Excellent food. Boneless spareribs are amazing and also the shrimp friend rice with chicken. The sauces they give you are also really good. The price is very fair! Staff seems rushed and kind of aloof despite not being busy. Otherwise, I will be back. EDIT: Updated to 5 stars. Food here is just too good and addicting!

The food is good. But when it come to ordering delivery they are not consistent. Placed an order ($22) just for myself for lunch (ai work less than a mile from the location) and received a call that it didn’t meet their minimum which is not listed on their site. This is the second my order could not be delivered due to some issue not on their site.

My order of wonton soup had a nice number of wontons but the broth was the neon yellow of canned chicken noodle soup and was flavorless. My shrimp eggroll was stuffed with cabbage and had 1 very little shrimp in it. My spring roll was still raw dough on the inside. My crab rangoon’s were cooked perfectly and the filling was good!

This location is your average Chinese fare that has a large selection to choose from. I found the General Tso chicken to be tasty with a large portion of food at a reasonable price. I’d usually like to order the beef and broccoli but I don’t like the greasy/oily sauce it comes in in this dish. Overall decent food that I’ll occasionally order for convenience but will try to order Chinese elsewhere if I’m really craving it. Staff are prompt in taking your order and making your food. Usually only have to wait 15-20 minutes max on any given day to receive it. Plenty of parking in a shopping mall-esque parking lot.

My "go to" Chinese take out restaurant for many years. I am never disappointed with food quality and service. Whenever I order a spicy dish, they always ask how much spice.

The food is good. The service is excellent. I gave it 4 stars simply because with the fried rice, the broccoli came in like 2" pieces wasn't chopped to close to the size of the rest. Maybe it's just me but I definitely would like them chopped up quite a bit more. I don't want to have to locate a knife to eat my Chinese. It's like pizza. We eat it in the car and never have to chop anything. Thank you

I want to start off by saying I rarely write reviews like this..... but I am surprised this place has an average 4 star rating. 1.Shrimp fried rice had no seasoning and tasted bland. 2. Crab Rangoon had no crab, tasted like straight up cream cheese. The sauce was even watered down. 3. Mongolian beef was more like mongolian onions because there was barely any beef in it. 4. General tso chicken was like a white rice entree with a side of general tso chicken First and last time we will be ordering from here!

I was very pleasantly surprised! They have the crispiest, most delicious egg rolls! We had the combination dinner, that comes with an entree of choice, pork fried rice and an egg roll. The sweet and sour chicken was good. Nicely breaded without being all breading. The general tazo chicken was good, but not very spicy. I wish the fried rice was seasoned a bit more. Still very much enjoyed it. I ordered online and picked it up in the store. We will definitely try some other dishes here.

This is decent food quality for price, considering it's a Chinese takeout restaurant. There are sit-down tables inside if you wish to eat there. Call ahead to order. If they are busy, it's a longer wait. The chicken and broccoli were tasty. The shrimp and snow peas were also tasty with large sized shrimp. The pork egg rolls were also tasty and crispy. This was a great choice for a last-minute late dinner.

A fellow Veteran recommended I try the Mongolian beef… he and his wife said it’s their favorite Chinese restaurant. I went the very next day and didn’t see it on their menu…it’s listed on the wall. Very tasty! I’ll definitely buy it again. It was scallions and beef strips in a flavorful sauce…a little spicy and slightly sweet. Just right. I look forward to trying their lo mein and also their beef and broccoli because another customer in the restaurant said he orders them all the time and this restaurant is his favorite as well.

Panda Garden

Surprisingly good, not greasy and ingredients are fresh unlike most Chinese places where it’s always the typical oily brown sauce on everything; and meat and rice may be tasting a day old. I didn’t give the place 5 stars because the place needs a little upkeep for ambiance. I ordered kung pao chicken for carry out. The only reason why it’s not 5 stars is that there’s not enough spice as am used to…

The food tasted delicious, price had gone up since inflation hit hard but price per person is not bad.

As a native New Yorker I take Chinese food seriously. This spot is delicious! Their chicken is amazing, the rice is perfect! They still have the plexiglass and signs up from the Vid-19 but they are super friendly. Stop by and give it a try. There’s other places either the same name but this one is particularly good!

Fantastic! Chinese takeout food. The General Tsao was fantastic, with meaty chicken and large portions. The pork fried rice was one of the best I've ever had. Egg rolls were delicious.

Good authentic traditional food! Clean and so good! We had Roasted pork, Roasted duck and Chicken, Intestine and clam.

Come only if you have patience to wait for 75 minutes for a vegetable dish and 55 minutes for a noodle. The waitress never checked on us for the entire time, after an hour, we had to ask her where are our food and she looked shocked as well… meaning she forgot us completely!!! After she went back to check, all the rest came in 10 minutes… After all these happened… the restaurant shows no sign of apology, with a terrible service like this, they still charged 18% tips automatically…

MUST TRY chinese food take-out in Virginia Beach!! Family-run place that Consistently serves Quality food!! This is my husband and I favorite go to spot for order pick up! They offer lunch specials with a whole list to choose from and we've tried a handful of the dishes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving the food a try. My top fav chicken dishes served w/ fried rice: Sesame chicken & Orange chicken (Crispy&Flavorful) Bourbon Chicken (Saucy&Tender) My top fav pork dishes also served w/fried rice: Egg Foo Young (Roast Pork) - its like a fried omelette and they serve with a side of gravy on the side! Extremely Delicious. Boneless Pork Spare Ribs Sweet & Sour Pork - served extra crispy w/ sauce on side! Appetizer: Crab Rangoon (they're huge!) Oh, and don't leave without trying their homemade tea! It's a bit sweet for me so I like to dilute it a bit with water & extra ice (extra tea for me) Very refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to try some good food in the area.

this place is a GEM. It is so hard to find takeout that has shrimp dumplings and they are delicious!! The service is so friendly and welcoming, surroundings are of course the reg Chinese takeout but the lady behind the counter is so sweet. A must try out here! If you are wanting to try a different spot or get a different item to be adventurous I would recommend them. Can’t go wrong. In general everything I’ve ordered from them is delicious. May they continue to do great and have great business.

We ordered delivery on a Friday night at 7pm. The food was delivered right on time (40min) and they have fair prices. Good quality of Chinese food and quantity for the price

I decided to try them based on my dad’s recommendation, they give military discounts. I ordered the family meal, combination meal, and two lunch specials. Everyone liked their food. Fresh food and friendly service. Thank you.

By far, the BEST General Tso’s chicken in my 18 years in VB. By far, the worst fried rice in all of my life. It is just rice and soy sauce. I think I saw a sliver of yellow, that could’ve been an egg. Order the white rice 🍚 I went here last weekend, and it took me an hour to get my order togo in person. I did not order the fried rice that night. Tonight, we used Post-mates, and the order was here in no time. I’m not sure how I feel about that. I asked for pork fried rice, and was given what is in the picture below. Post Mates didn’t care.

I thought I'd give them a try immediately I regret it. The pork fried rice is nothing more than rice with soy sauce the beef with broccoli is like American beef with gravy. I don't know who gave this place more than one star but they must not know what Chinese food should taste or look like because this isn't it. The only decent thing was the egg roll NEVER AGAIN straight TRASH. The people are nice though

Haven't been to Imperial Palace in years and WOW! Online reservation served well with the Saturday crowd. The service was excellent and the food was good as I remember! Steamed Dumplings - OMG!! Crab Rangoon - OMG!! Pork Peking Style with Pancakes - OMG!! Bacon Wrapped Scallops - OMG!! Stuffed Shrimp - OMG!! LOL!! ER'THANG WAS SO GOOD! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😋

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was at The Imperial Palace. The combination of superb service, an inviting atmosphere, and exceptional food makes it a must-visit for anyone who loves Chinese cuisine.
