This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered a small shrimp egg foo young w/ a shrimp egg roll. The gravy was dark which I had no issue with but it was bitter and bland. The eggs tasted like they were made with powdered eggs.The egg roll was made in house, that they added red pepper flakes in it. It was terrible, my egg foo young wasn’t patty’s but rolled into a ball. I won’t be going back.

Perhaps they know their clientele, but if you haven't been here before think twice before going. I got the egg foo young but the gravy was very dark and very thick. The fried rice tasted a little bit old and smelled kind of burnt. I did notice that there were a lot of people getting yock a mei so I guess that's part of their specialty. Like I said, If you like it you like it but if you haven't been there I think twice.

This by far is the worst chines restaurant I have ever been to the food tasted like it was store brought and preheated. I ordered egg foo young the patties were so small I never seen the patties that size before.. at any chines restaurant the shrimp rolls were not heated all the way through. Just a big disappointment all the way around.. who is keeping yall In business seriously yall should be shut down... don't even deserve one star..

Finally! I found a great Chinese restaurant. Got house fried rice and chicken and broccoli and they were both absolutely excellent! Lady at the counter was very friendly unlike the jerk that I've been abused by numerous times at another Chinese restaurant. Topps China, you have a new customer!

The lady was super nice. She did me a solid by giving me an egg roll last minute from another order so i wouldn't have to wait. Decent prices. Lowest I've seen in Hampton Roads. Busy stores and restaurants aren't here to kiss your a$$. Get your food. Pay and go home and enjoy it. Stop complaining about the person answering the phone. Maybe it's you!

This was my last visit. Noticed they treat customers as inhumane. Today I ordered at 10:50am, they said 20 min. I walked in at 11:10am paid and waited another 10 min for them to cook it. Upon paying asked how much, she didn't want to answer, charged my card then said the amt. Bag was almost tossed out the window and she shut the door. Looked in the bag a second time after I left, box was smaller than previous orders and food was loaded with pork. When I called back about size of the box she made it a point to say "You ordered house lo mein no pork." I SEE PORK! DON'T THINK I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS! Time changes things. I have had my run with your nasty attitude and thankless customer service. You said "I am sorry ma'am." Yes the SORRIEST I have ever seen! You will know how sorry you really are as you lose more customers!

I'm giving one stars all around because a few nights ago. He was wearing a black shirt unfortunately I didn't catch his name tag, but he felt uptight and I felt rushed when getting my food. I wanted a nice plate of chow mein/broccoli beef/Kung Pao 🐔. Yeah yall are fast food but that don't rushing your customers to order.

i eat here 2-3 times a week. Employees are all friendly and clean. the staff keeps the restaurant clean inside and out. the food there is always fresh and never burnt

They are pretty fast for being busy. But it appears quality is sacrificed for speed. The meat for my teriyaki chicken was very dry and they did not put enough sauce on it because they were in a rush. The portion sizes are smaller than most other panda expresses and the flavor on their mushroom chicken was off. Also I asked for half rice and half vegetables and they gave me mostly rice and hardly any vegetables.

I came from California to be with my daughter who is stationed in Norfolk. She’s having surgery and I’ll be here for a couple of weeks to take care of her. I have an I have not slept or eaten or slept and decided on Panda in the hospital. OMG! immature, rude little girl working the register was beyond disgusting and rude!! Her name I think was Bianca. Try thinking of the kind of $&!7 people might be going through before you decide to be a a-hole! to a kind, respectful, and nervous, scared mother. I hope your superior don’t know how you treat civilians!

I ordered pork eggfoo young & lomein. It is supposed to come with brown gravy in a separate container. Well this didn’t. It was a grey -ish tan gravy that tasted like old grease and a bit sour. It was over all of the food so I couldn’t eat any of it. The one star is for service. Definitely not the food.! Never sgain!! ! Waste of money.

General Tso chicken not too bad. Plenty to eat lunch special. Typical Tso flavor, not too spicy. Fried rice was dry but enough sauce to mix in.

We ordered shrimp fried rice and sausage fried rice it was awful...the chicken wings weren't good none of the food was fresh. There was a strong chemical odor with both of the fried rice dishes making it inedible, the gravy was way too thick with a scorchy taste and smell. It was a very unpleasant experience for the money spent. We will never order food there again it was a waste of money being that we couldn't eat any of it. Also the lemonade was watered down and sugary. Something isn't right with this place!

The rice has a very strange chemical taste. The chicken is just deep fried chewy stuff. I was looking forward to trying this place out but I will never come back here due to this awful experience. There are much better places so please keep looking for people who value their customers. My lunch is unfortunately ruined.

Either they get your order wrong or they forget part of your order and also skimp on your order. Everyone here is nice but that doesn't get my order right. The food is decent. Check your order if you do order from here.

The reviews surprise me. This is a very busy spot. They work very hard and I've found the staff to be very gregarious vs a lot of similar spots. Their prices are fair and the food, particularly the Egg Fo Yong, is very tasty in quality. They take good care of you.

The food is amazing. Only place we go to since moving here and finding it! Prices aren't crazy either. However we end up with something missing or swapped every order. Still love them. We haven't addressed them about the mixups so I can't blame them, it's still reasonably priced and delicious. It just isn't worth going back after sitting down at home to eat. I try to check everything when leaving to prevent it and when addressed they did immediately fix it which shows it's accidental and they are honest about fixing it if it happens. Still the only place we go to!

Very run down looking. It smells like old reused oil outside the place and inside. The inside had no heat but a standing heater. Looks very dirty. The menu is hand written on different colored poster boards secured by tape onto the wall. This was my first time going there because someone asked me to take them. I would never eat there. 🤢
