Tomo Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Great quality sushi! Varied selection for AYCE, absolutely good value for $27.95

Love the 'All you can eat' sushi. I have been to Tomo's many times since 2015 and the sushi is the 'Bomb.' The wait staff is very attentive and you can eat sushi until you bust. I know my limit, so I only eat my limit!

Rice King

101reviews

"The rice king" The Reign of the Rice King: Why Rice Rules the World In the grand culinary kingdom of foods, one ruler reigns supreme: the Rice King. For centuries, rice has claimed its throne as one of the most cherished and versatile foods across the globe. Its simplicity, adaptability, and significance in cultures worldwide have solidified its title as the "King of Grains." But what makes rice so undeniably great? Let us bow to the Rice King and explore its royal qualities. 1. The Versatile Monarch The Rice King has a unique ability to rule over any cuisine it touches. From the bustling streets of Asia to the comforting kitchens of Latin America, rice adapts to countless dishes with ease. It can be soft and fluffy, sticky and sweet, or even crispy and golden. The Rice King reigns over dishes like sushi, biryani, jambalaya, risotto, and fried rice—each unique, yet united by the magic of rice. This versatility ensures its place in every corner of the culinary world. 2. A Lifeline to the People The Rice King isn’t just a culinary delight; it’s a life-giver. For over half the world’s population, rice is a staple food, providing essential nutrients and calories. It’s affordable, accessible, and easy to store, making it a vital resource for communities everywhere. Its ability to thrive in diverse climates—from the lush paddies of Southeast Asia to the arid plains of Africa—demonstrates its resilience and adaptability, making it a food fit for a king. 3. Unity in Every Grain What sets the Rice King apart is its ability to bring people together. In every culture, rice is more than just food—it’s a tradition, a celebration, and a symbol of togetherness. Whether it’s shared in family meals, religious ceremonies, or festivals, rice fosters a sense of community and unity. From the sticky rice of Thai street markets to the fragrant basmati of Indian feasts, the Rice King connects people through shared flavors and stories. 4. The Hidden Depth of Simplicity At first glance, rice might seem humble, but don’t be fooled—the Rice King’s power lies in its simplicity. A bowl of perfectly cooked rice can bring comfort on the toughest days. It’s the ultimate sidekick, complementing every dish it accompanies, yet it can stand alone, starring as the main event when prepared with care. Its unassuming nature makes it a quiet ruler, but one that leaves an everlasting impact. The Rice King’s Legacy Rice isn’t just food; it’s a way of life. It’s a reminder of the beauty in simplicity, the power of adaptability, and the importance of community. The Rice King has nourished humanity for millennia and continues to do so, reigning supreme as the ultimate food for both survival and celebration. So, let us honor the Rice King, for without its humble yet powerful reign, the world would be a far less flavorful place. Long live the Rice King!

The Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Wontons, Crab Rangoons and Wonton Soup were all very good! I didn’t like their Egg or Shrimp Rolls they were very greasy and there was only 1 shrimp in the shrimp rolls (usually you get 3)! I also didn’t like the Sesame Shrimp, General Tso Chicken or Lobster LoMein! The sauce is very gingery in the Sesame Shrimp & General Tso Chicken which makes it smell and taste terrible! The Sesame Shrimp looked big, but they were all dough on small shrimp! The Lobster LoMein was all noodles and tiny tiny shrimp (which taste awful) the other few pieces that are “supposed to be lobster” were not! I also thought it was very petty of them to charge me $1 for white meat in the General Tso Chicken when I just spent $165! They always short me a white rice “every time” I order from them! A couple of times they didn’t give me any fortune cookies! You have to pay with cash in order to use a coupon which is crazy to me! I don’t know any other place that does that! They’re losing so much business by doing that, cause most people just use their credit cards and don’t have a lot of cash handy! It doesn’t make any sense!

This restaurant is a true gem! The food is absolutely incredible - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive, offering something for everyone. The service is impeccable - the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or a casual night out with friends. And the best part? The price is unbeatable! For $35.99 per person, you get an all-inclusive dining experience that is simply unmatched. We cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

I recently discovered a great new restaurant that offers all you can eat for one price! They have delicious hot pots with a variety of fresh ingredients, and delicious sushi, perfect for sushi lovers. Also the BBQ with milk tea and fruit tea is a must try! Whether you're dining with friends or family, this place has something for everyone. Don't miss it - go!!! Highly recommended

The Pierogie Place

I came here with my girlfriend and we got spinach and feta pierogis and the bacon cheddar ones. They were fantastic. The location has a very clean and nicely designed interior. The prices are reasonable and it's definitely a good deal that a large order is 50% more costly than the small with double the size. The toppings are also good. I had caramelized onions and my girlfriend got the bacon toppings. They complimented the food well. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back in the future and would recommend this to anyone.

A beautifully-decorated place that feels so cosy that we couldn’t resist sitting down in front of the fireplace and enjoying a wholesome serving of pierogies. They were so good that we then had another serving of savory pierogies and some sweet ones for dessert. We could have them every day. I think we’re addicted.

Hunan East

Best. Chinese. Food. Ever. Has some of the most flavorful and reasonably priced menus. Six people for appetizers, main course and dessert was $100. Very generous portions and the waiter here is phenomenal. He's very funny and personable. Please stop here for lunch or dinner.

Food is fresh! Absolutely love the cheese steak egg rolls and the wings. I also had the grandpa chicken but unfortunately it was very sweet and had a very weird taste. Overall not a bad experience. I just womt get the Grandpa chicken again

Win Golden Wok

I ordered an item that was not fixed properly. When I called them back to inform them of this, the woman, I spoke to first of all try to defend herself by saying she fixed it the way she always fixed it. When I let her know this is not the current case because I ordered a number of times from this restaurant and this is the first time the shrimp rolls were soggy to the point that I had to throw them away and my chicken and stream beans were all string beans and two pieces of chicken. She then just offered an apology and hung up. No offer to refund money. No offer to remake a quality meal, just “I’m sorry.”

Disappointed... I used to go here years ago when I worked in the area but now I don't think I would go back. My order was simple, vegetable fried rice with added beef. The rice was dry and pretty much flavorless and I couldn't find the beef plus there were very little veggies, all for $15... Sad. The woman behind the register cooking all she did was yell at her kids in Chinese and you weren't allowed to sit down in the restaurant. I don't know how long Win Golden Wok will be in business for but their future looks very bleak to me.

Lived in the area for the past 3 years, this is our new go-to spot. Shoutout to the hard workers during busy hours, I’ve seen them take on tons of orders. We got both Szechuan Chicken and Sweet and Sour dinner combos.

Not only did they forget to bring some of my order but this was the worst Chinese food we've ever had. The only thing that tasted good were the fortune cookies. We got burden chicken combination, pizza rolls and crab rangoons. The bourbon chicken was flavorless the pizza rolls as well and they were soggy not crispy. The crab wontons had almost no filling and were also very flavorless. Definitely would never order from here again. Do not recommend!

New Bamboo Garden

Really good food, probably best chinese takeout in town. Only thing that sucks is they don't deliver. But we'll worth the pick up! Pork dumplings are absolutely amazing 👏

It's very hard for me to get Chinese food anywhere other than New Bamboo Garden; it's definitely some of the best in the area. Prices are fantastic, the food quality is great, and they're quick. I've gotten multiple things, and have been getting food from New Bamboo Garden for the past two or three years, and have never been disappointed.

Oishii Ramen

It's one of the best authentic japanese restaurants in South Jersey! The ambienence is casual and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and delivered top-tier service. Takeout is available. We dined in and had the japanese cucumber salad (highly recommend if you like spicy pickle flavors), takoyaki, ma-yu (black garlic ramen), tonkotsu (fried pork) ramen and red bean mochi ice cream. The portions are generous, and ramen can be customized to accommodate your flavor preference. A perfect place for a date night or sharing a meal with friends / family.

Very good food!! Reasonable pricing. Nice and clean place. I will definitely be back.

Hibachi & Wings

193reviews

The place was empty and quiet when I came in, but that's to be expected from a college take out place during winter break. Ordered the shrimp hibachi and chicken wings combo for $16. Came with a soft drink. Took ~20 minutes. Wings had a tasty honey BBQ sauce and were juicy, but nothing to write home about. Hibachi was very good; Fresh vegetables and shrimp complemented by saucy rice. Both came out nice and warm. While I was eating, the lady who cooked them asked how it tasted, and I told her it was delicious. The interior could use some decoration, but overall a very homey vibe and deserving of their rating.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE a million times recommend! The owner is such a sweetheart and gave us great service~ As well as free dumplings ✨🥹 May god bless this wonderful family and business 🫶 please please try it. Not to mention she gave college students a free meal for simply offering to clean the windows. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will certainly be back~

Tokyo Mandarin

Amazing food! You can taste all the subtle flavors, each one blends or contrast the other. Their sushi is and has been top notch for the past 24 years that I have been eating at this location. Nice quiet atmosphere, very nice staff, prices are fair! We took our time to place the order but our appetizers came were served within a few moments, very good service for the entire meal. Every item tasted so fresh, noticeable different than other restaurants we have eaten. Highly recommend this restaurant if you like the choices of a full Japanese sushi menu and Chinese entrees and soups. A lot of people order for pickup and that’s how I started eating their food back in early 2020. I recently took my wife there to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great experience!

Very delicious! The Pepper Steak was the best we have ever had! It had so much flavor and the beef was nice and tender. The lunch Vegetable Delight was very good and has a white sauce. I really liked the sweet and sour soup and it was filled with lots of veggies and things. Not too spicy. My sister got a lunch Bento box spicy tuna and she loved it. So much food. I highly recommend!

Peking Buffet

This place is fabulous. They have pizza, fries, sushi, hibachi and soft serve ice-cream. My kids and friends had a good time there. Services are great. I will be back with my family again.

7/3/24 So I have been to several buffets in the area. Peking is the best of all of them. The verity was Hugh compared to the others also. My wife is hard to please, and she said everything she ate was very very good. I will agree, everything I had was excellent. Keep up the great work.
