They slow here... the fries are the nasty kind they like the wendys fries and the chicken don't taste like real chicken

Every time i come here the food is fire, never had an issue in the last 3 years ive lived near them, also when they say its gonna be done in 10 minutes it’s actually done in 10 minutes

I prefer 🐼 Panda Express over Chinese food stores. But unfortunately, I was treated shabbily by this restaurants manager (Kristian) because I brought to his attention how I did not receive my third entrée to my order. He just looked at me and asked another waitress to serve me and he went to online orders. I waited patiently for my food and asked to speak with him again, letting him know that he could have shown me a little bit more respect as a returning customer. In any event, he continued to act clueless and show no concern with my complaint. Kristian needs to be retrained for the management position. He obviously does not care about customer satisfaction. What a sad review for a good company.

Visiting our sister who is in the military and is placed here in Virginia we decided to check in on her and see how she and our nephew are doing, before coming here there were certain food places that we had to go to, and one of the places is Panda Express we had to try the orange chicken, let me tell you they didn't disappoint that chicken was amazing the customer service was amazing the potion was amazing we were so happy you just couldn't believe it. So, from a couple of Brits who have visited the fine state of Virginia, we will be back next year for some more orange chicken because that orange chicken alone made the trip worth it.

I ordered from their call service. General Tso chicken And soup for my sick wife. After I picked up the food and went home, which was A 15 to 20 minute drive. I checked the food to find out that I was given Hunan chicken instead of the general Tao as requested. I called back the number that was listed and spoke for over 35 minutes between being put on hold and being deflected away from an answer. Which included them stating that they record all their conversations and that I’d ordered the wrong thing and it was not their fault. When I asked them to play the recording, they could not, they would not offer a refund or offer to deliver the correct item to my house. They would only offer if I drove back to them that evening and swapped out the food they would give me the general Tso in place if I brought back the Hunan chicken. Would not admit their mistake nor would they work any other options with me. I’ve been going to this restaurants for years. I’ve never had this issue with the people at the restaurant. This appears now that they’ve switched over to some other company and they do not want to do business with people they want to lie to them and take advantage of them. I would not go there again. They’ve lost a long time. Customer who’s been a lot of money there over the years. I would’ve given them a zero if they I could’ve for the way the situation was handled, but you can only put one star, but I do want to warn people in the future of what they try to do if they pull a bait and switch on you and lie to you about illegally recording you. To get out of a mistake that they made

Best Chinese food in Chesapeake!! Love their Chow Mein and pork fried rice. I haven't found a decent chow mein since Ho-Ho's in Great Bridge closed until now. Food is consistently good and always ready within minutes of calling.

This has been my go to Chinese restaurant in Chesapeake forever. The food is always awesome. The portions are generous and the price responsible for the times. I was go out of my way to eat here whenever 😋 And this was a lunch special for under $11 Delicious.
