Food is DELICIOUS. Beef and broccoli 5/5 - some of the best beef ive ever had in this classic dish (not dry or chewy at all!). Loved the fresh slaw with it. Flavorful all around. Cubano bun 5/5 Chocolate strawberry lava cake 5/5 Tres leches 3/5 - too thick/spongey. Didnt melt enough Service is soooo slow. We didnt get checked up on once, had to wave down our waitress and other waitresses to get water, sauces, order dessert… Note: they charge extra for hot sauces/ jalapenos but didnt tell us

A wonderful dining experience in a very well designed and planned restaurant. I arrived to see many people waiting for a delicious meal. I was told I could eat at the bar to avoid a long wait. So I did. The bartender who served me, Juan was very sociable and professional. I enjoyed a lovely meal of shrimp coconut curry. Most delicious and an excellent portion size. I recommend to all.

Great little hole in the wall restaurant. The service was great, and the chicken was being cooked fresh. The speed of service was excellent. They are obviously a well loved addition to the community, and there wasn't a lack of customers during our small wait time. The rice was lackluster, but if you add some of the sauce from your meats, it's pretty good. The general tso chicken wasn't spicy at all. We had to add spices to it at home. The orange chicken had more spice than it. The egg rolls were really good. The service was fantastic. The nice little old lady behind the counter was very kind. They didn't even charge me until the food was done cooking. The building smelled a little off, like their plumbing somewhere needed to be fixed. Overall, it hit the spot, and we will be going back in the future.

I've heard about this place from several people who say this place "Rocks"🗣⚡️ So I had to try, and I wasn't disappointed at all. ✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️✅️ Friendly Ma n Pop Chinese Couple with a little shop mart plus freshly made Chinese food too.......🍴🥡🍽 Great selections & choices from this Wonderful Old Sweet Chinese Lady & Hubby👵 Huge portions & Tasty delicious Chinese food. My family and I stopped into Susie’s Lumpia House on Sunday. This was the BEST homemade and authentic food we’ve had while here in San Antonio! No wait for seating. But the place did get super packed quick. Buffet had a lot of options, but isn’t a self serve buffet. Someone serves you the portions but you can go back as many times as you would like. (My guess is to keep from food wasting) Food was AMAZING! Temperature was on point and flavor was fire! The buffet only comes with water. Yea and soft drinks are extra. I still asked for a glass of ice with my soda. Desserts were also included in the buffet, the flan was the perfect finish to an AMAZING meal. Price wasn’t too bad. $87 for 4 of us with extra drinks. They have karaoke nights and a huge stage on the opposite side of the restaurant. And a small market with lots of Filipino goodies! Super neat place to visit. We will most certainly come again. Susie was also very personable! She came around to all the tables to see how everything tasted. She gave us a nice comfy homestyle feeling.

Really enjoyed the set up here! You can dine in for the lunch buffet -choose 3 entree’s with a scoop of rice- or you can do a la cart and take it to go. Pancit Bihon was very flavorful and had a good ratio between all ingredients. Lechon Kawali was amazing, all the pieces I had were crispy with a good amount of both meat and fat. Make sure to get the mang tomas to dip it in. Lumpia was big and filling. They’re wrapped more like egg rolls in my opinion, but they were delicious!

Our first time trying this and it won't be the last! I'm always skeptical about seafood restaurants, especially for being clean. Our service was always friendly and helpful even after we received food we were asked by multiple staff if we needed anything else and even had the manager stop by our table to ask us how everything was. From the drinks to the empanadas, to our main plate, the seasoning and spice level were perfect, and nothing was overcooked. The portion size of the plate was plenty good for someone very hungry or might have leftovers for take home. Many items on the menu that we would like to try, so we will be coming back.

Me and my cousin walk in and were greeted by a young lady. She immediately set us down. It was our first time here and she was very helpful with the menu. We ordered the rice we ordered oysters, bacon-wrapped jalapeno bombers and 20 shrimp to go with the rice. The service was great I couldn't ask for better the food was amazing. It was very clean in there. The restrooms were clean and kept clean. They have an outside for the children to play. I will be back soon my experience at Mambo what's amazing.

I’ve ordered out from this place a dozen times now and it always hits. Meat is seasoned super well, ingredients are fresh and colorful. I think it’s a ghost kitchen so it’s takeout only, but huge portions and great food to bring in. I always eat it before I get the photos, so here’s the half I haven’t eaten.

First time trying this place and I loved it. I ordered the Mediterranean nachos. Packed full of fresh veggies.underneath veggies are pita chips, they were perfect.. crispy.. not over cooked thou. On top of pita chips were these extremely flavorful cooked onions. Added a nice kick to all the veggies I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this.( this is I guess what is considered a ghost kitchen… )have different names on delivery site. They do have different types of food I was leery about ordering However. Every time I pick up a order. The place is super clean..and food smells delicious

I love Sarku Japan. My husband and I have been customers since they opened in Ingram Mall. The portions are huge, more than worth the price. I wish they would bottle the YUMMY sauce so I can have it at home! We always order double meat and double sauce. Even our 3 kids love it. 😍

Love this place!! Sarku is one of my favorites for chicken teriyaki in San Antonio and I've tried them all. The restaurant seems to have a huge following and I can see why. Very delicious, affordable, and plentiful. I highly recommend you go out of your way to try this place even though it's located in a mall. Phenomenal!!!!

This was my second time eating here. I did not do a review the first time. I ordered the general tso's chicken although on the menu it's spelled a little different. I took a picture and included it in my post. All in all the food was good. However, I only gave it four stars because of the location and the condition of the restaurant is pretty run-down. The owner could spend a little money and fix the place up to where it looks really nice and then I might consider giving it a five-star rating. The service was good but then again it was only me and one other person at another table. Will I go back? Yeah, I'll go back.

Not sure how long this place has been here but it's new to us. Hole in the wall spot. Comfortable and clean. We ordered two dinner specials which come with egg roll, rangoon, soup rice and entree for $9.95. I ordered the General Cho chicken with fried rice and wonton soup. My hunny ordered Hunan beef with fried rice and hot sour soup. I enjoyed the egg roll and rangoon, very fresh and tasty. Wonton soup broth delicious, the wonton was quickly moved to the side after tasting it. Hunny enjoy his soup, says it was spicy and different with the carrots. The fried rice was underwhelming, lacked flavor super basic. The Hunan beef was tasty, meat very tender, veggies were delish. The General Cho was ok. Meat was fresh tasting and very tender. Very large pieces. Definitely not the same as General Tso, so don't get it twisted. It was more like fried chicken thigh in a nice batter with hot sweet and sour sauce poured over it. Our food came out very hot. Staff was nice, made sure our drinks stayed full and made sure we enjoyed our meal. Chicken pieces were a little large for me and the rice needs some work. Very large menu so many items to try. Great price for the food. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ambiance⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pho House never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The broth is rich and perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous. The service is fast and friendly, making every visit a great experience. Whether it’s pho, spring rolls, or banh mi, everything is top-tier. 5 stars every time!

Food was delicious and the right temperature. I ordered the spicy pho and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and informative as one of my friends had never had pho before. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon.

Best Egg Drop soup in town. Great place with awesome service and great prices! Highly recommend 👌

Been going to Aprils for a very long time. I have to admit, it looks dirty, never see their health scores posted and their bathrooms smell so so bad like sewage!!! What the heck is happening inside their drainage system?? You can’t afford to at least buy air freshener from the dollar store? Really! It stinks!!😷 Well we went on Friday and the time was 8:35 and we were turned away! The male waiter motioned to me and my husband like they were “closed” with his hands. So then he asked the girl behind the front counter and she tells him no by shaking her head! It wasn’t the regular Hispanic lady. She didn’t have the courtesy to talk to us or say sorry. They close at 9 pm, I get it, it was close to closing time. But the fact that they serve super fast, we had time to eat and leave before or at 9 pm! Never had a restaurant turn us away before closing time. Also note we don’t enter like 20 minutes before closing hours. They surely didn’t appreciate our business! That’s the worst way to lose customers and business. Also, the wait staff never talk to their regulars or any customer at their restaurant is just poor service! We just cancelled them off our restaurant list. Fix your nasty and smelly bathrooms. Also need to display your health scores by law.

Wow I'm so glad I tried this place out! I was interested in the different style of food they offer and the pictures looked fantastic. I wasn't expecting it to be a food hall with very little seating and the area it's in is a bit sketchy. Aside from that the way you ordered was pretty neat and the food was phenomenal. I got the spicy chicken tacos, side of noodles, fried dumplings, and Thai tea. So fresh and appealing to the eye. I look forward to trying more of their menu!

My order was via Doordash so I cannot speak for the service or atmosphere but the food was delicious! The Nachos and Pad Thai were amazing! Will definitely try again next time I'm in San Antonio.

Visited on a whim for a late lunch/early dinner and absolutely enjoyed the experience — great service and ambiance! Our fave dish was the curry shrimp fried rice; the cashew chicken was also a group favorite. If you go, you should know that 1) your food is brought to the table as they finish it (versus waiting until everything is done to bring it out) and 2) they serve their dishes family style and they’re meant to be/best shared among the group. We were a party of four that shared pot stickers, hush puppies, and 3 family style meals and enjoyed ample sized servings of all.

I loveeee this place! First, the name is hilarious, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food & drinks are best top quality. We had Above my Pay Grade, Are you there God.., Standard Deviation boozy boba, Garlicky noodles, Taiwanese Popcorn chicken, Eggplant, Marinated Bamboo, and Black Sesame ice cream. Everything was so delicious, I came back the next day and ordered almost all of the same. I highly recommend if you’re in the mood for super good Asian food.
