The portion sizes were disappointing-much smaller than what I've come to expect from Panda Express. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn't particularly busy at the time. The food tasted fine, but the experience as a whole didn't meet the usual standards.

We arrived at 9:30 and we decided to wait for our orders and we got them at around 10. We didn't mind waiting and the service was very quick! The employees were kind, patient, and kept the environment clean and neat. Their positive vibes were also a bonus! Highly recommend this place to anyone!

The food was great and tasted what it was supposed to taste like but wasn't warm. Service was awesome! Waiters was nice and sweet. There weren't a lot of people, which was weird.

Very good atmosphere, really clean bathrooms and dining area. The waiters were also very nice and attentive. Amazing experience with me and my family. I would definitely come again!

They had a bug in their food, got very upset and hysterical at me talking about it’s just seasoning. How does a seasoning grow legs… I literally showed them the proof. They offered to remake it, who in their right mind would eat food at a place with bugs in it… they only wanted to refund the food that had bugs on it, so we still ended up being charged for the other food which we threw away immediately. Will be reaching out to the bank.

First time going yesterday, and let me say I was highly disappointed. It's so hard to find a place that has bourbon chicken, so I gave this place a try. The chicken was overly done, and the rice did not taste like fried rice at all. They don't give you any sauce for your egg rolls. The place has a really bad smell, which I should've listened to intuition and turned around to leave, but no, I wanted to give it a chance. The manager Natalia is very rude and very quick with her customers. She rung me up for beef and broccoli when I asked for orange chicken. I checked my order before leaving and realized it was wrong. I told her I asked for orange not beef and broccoli she slammed the beef and broccoli in the garbage. And made the right order she also didnt ring me for the crab Rangoon I asked for. Once I realized that I told that I asked for crab Rangoon and she said no you didn't. You didn't ask for that. I said ma'am I can pay for it with my card in my hand. She said we'll you didn't ask for it. She's argumentative and not pleasant at all. These restaurants winder why they don't have a flood of customers. It's because your staff is terrible. Do better PANDA EXPRESS. THIS MANAGER IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR BRAND. THATS WHY THIS STORE HAS A 3.5 RATING NOW.

They whole pot of rice was burnt and it even smelled burnt . When i ask for some fresh rice , the girl gave an attitude look on her face that was so dissatisfying it almost upset me. She didn’t wanna exchange my box for fresh rice and when she finally did , it was still burnt. I just left cause i didnt wanna get upset today but this was my first and last time ever coming here. Really need to get it together.

This service was great, service was fast however the young lady making my food was a little upset at me because she messed up my order. I had the bigger plate with three meats. And I always get the meat on another plate by itself I never mix it with the rice and she’s somewhat had an attitude. I’m willing to give them another try to bring the 3 star up to 5 star I wanna follow up on my recent visit for January 17 I begin to eat my rice. My rice taste very burnt. I bought my rice back into the store. The young lady opened up the rice and looked at the rice. Only one way to tell the rice is burnt. Is either by smelling it or eating it, she was very upset with me. She had an attitude with me. I explained to her how customer service works. It’s not my fault the rice taste burnt. The manager did step in and he made the situation right however, I will update you again on my next visit, but for now this remains a one star.

This plate of food looks old. The broccoli is not green as it usually is and overall , it wasn't fresh. I ordered a bigger plate and the food was very scarce. 1st mistake , I went through the drive thru. 2nd mistake , I went in the late afternoon..( food isn't as fresh). Will NOT be going to this location again.

I stopped by here looking for fried fish. The fish, shrimp, and chicken okra too, were pretty good. I also got the gumbo, and it was absolutely terrible. I could not eat it. Price was good and large chicken strips! Friendly girl in the drive-through.

We drove over 4 hrs to this Panchos location since we haven't had our Pancho's fix in years since our local location closed. The service was slow and stingy with the manager slinging our food on our plates. Once we sat down we started eating and WOW we were ever disappointed. The tamales was very bland, the chili sauce was so watered down it ran off the tamales. The cheese enchiladas wasn't good either with no green chili's in the cheese sauce to give it some kick, bland bland. This was the case with just about every item we tried. The dessert bar was pathetic looking with no ice cream, which all the old ones had. Only the sopaipilla's were good. So disappointing to drive so far and waiting to eat some good food only to realize how bad the food really tasted. Not coming back there ever!

Absolutely love this place. I wish there was one near me since I grew up on this. My dad and I occasionally make the two hour trip up there. You have to get their soapapillas, if you don’t, you’re missing out big time. Warm fried dough with honey? You cannot go wrong. Everything here is tasty though and service is always great.

Well I just walked in,and no customers were inside. The lobby was disgustingly filthy. Me and my wife still proceeded to the counter where we looked at the menu board. There were two employees behind the counter not once acknowledging us after a few more awkward minutes we ended up leaving. I'm not going to pay those prices for crappy customer service. So sad I love Long John Silvers.

I've been here a couple of times. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. A lot of restaurants don't have malt vinegar available, but this place gets me and my intentions when I eat fried fish. The batter was great, very crispy, and not soggy. The sides were delicious. I always get fries and coleslaw. Every time I go, this place is busy, which speaks volumes for their business. I need to try more of their items, but I'm kinda stuck on the fried fish. I did try their fried clams today. They were not bad, and I'm glad I tried them, but not for me. They have cheesecake factory deserts. Maybe I'll try those next time.

DO NOT eat here!!! I ordered a 10 piece chicken meal from here and the chicken was not good at all, the visual of the chicken should have been a warning when it looked to big and did not look right. But it tasted old as if they refried it over again. Went back to get a refund and the lady had a nasty attitude. Literally the next day my little brother is sick with food poisoning. What ever they are serving here it is not safe for people to be eating, all you have to do is walk in there and smell their restaurant and that should tell you enough. It’s unsanitary up In there and they are feeding people nasty stuff.

Got a rib plate and fish plate. Ribs were like trying to chew wire, looked good but were as hard as a rock. The fish had no taste at all. I wondered if it was prop food good to look at but just don't try to eat it.👎

We’ve been ordering delivery from them for years. There’s only been maybe once or twice that something wasn’t quite right. Food is consistently pretty good and arrives quick and hot.

l will give them one star and that's only because the food was hot. I ordered the steamed vegetables which isn't something that can be messed up however they neglected to tell me they did not have all the items that comes with the steamed vegetables they were out of or did not have the money to purchase water chestnuts and mushrooms. I did call the restaurant back and asked why I was not told that they were out of items and the vegetables weren’t going to contain certain vegetables. The vegetables wasn’t even fresh! The young lady that answered the phone had the nerve to tell me that she didn't have time to be explaining everything to me. How does she not have time when no one else is in the restaurant? it looks just totally deserted boxes packed up in the dining area half the dining area is a storage they got horrible Garland hanging from the lights half on half off. But you're going to say you don't have time and being very rude when only I asked you if you don't have certain items for the menu you should let the customer know. so they have the option to purchase or not purchase I wouldn't recommend this place and I would never go there again. S/N I paid $9.75 for a head of broccoli!!!

Food came out fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful. I will come to this location more often.

This Timmy Chans has come a long way! I stopped going here years ago, but I decided to try it to see if they have improved and they did! The wings and rice was one point! Everything was made fresh and tasted good! The black girl at the window was nice and took my order correctly! The young asian girl was very nice as well. I can confidently say that I will start going back to this Timmys!

You gotta come here and try it! You won't be disappointed at all. We came for dinner around 4 pm and it wasn't packed but there was plenty of people eating. There is so many food carts full of hot fresh food. They have so much you better bring your appetite with you. They have excellent pizza , seafood , wings and desserts . They have plenty of soups, fish and have crab legs to go. They have everything even an arcade area for the kids! It's beautiful inside the place and plenty of booths to sit down to enjoy your meal. The service is excellent from the time we walked in to the time we left. They kept refilling our drinks , taking empty plates away and checking to see if we needed anything. I really enjoyed eating here and definitely marking this as the best buffet in Houston so far. Excellent staff and excellent food! The place is beautiful and definitely full of delicious fresh food.

I tried to ask the manager (JOE) about the food being a little cold. He tells me he’s going to go bring me food from the kitchen as a courtesy. I asked him to bring me a bbq chicken and asparagus and he tells me no problem I’ll bring it. He proceeds to go to the buffet mix the orange chicken And bring some from the bottom of the pan. I didn’t ask for orange chicken but he brings me a plate. And then asks me to try it. Again it’s LUKE warm at best. Then just leaves. It’s like He forgot about what he said he was going to bring me And just thought i wouldn’t notice the difference. I was very kind and polite and was still disappointed. And then explains to me how i should grab form the bottom of pan. So it’s my fault . I told him okay and was ever upset that he thought this was a solution. Mind you im here at 11:40 When I’m leaving he comes to me and says is there a problem? I just show him the review and he says i need to delete it because im lying and i quote “a trouble maker” . I told him look i don’t care about all of this i just want to pay Then he screams at me when i am trying to pay. I ask him to lower his voice and he says no and continues to shout at me. I then leave away from him and tell him don’t speak to me and let me pay. He proceeds to argue with me in front of the whole server staff And said he is going to call the cops. I demand him to make me pay and leave i finally raise my voice and make him pay me so i can leave he would not let me leave. The older lady that’s a buster was trying to calm him down but the man was too angry. I smiled told him god bless you and left.
