We've been coming here for 20 years. Reliably delicious food. We always indulge in some spring roles to start (to be fair, other reviewers noted that the ends were hard, and two out the six were remarkably tougher than in past visits, and I would guess that that wouldn't translate well in a takeout situation). Spouse gets the seafood curry, always very tempting! kid gets the crab supreme, an expensive meal, but no imitation crab to be found in it. I always get the clay pot fish, a pan seared tilapia in a flavorful sauce. Two of three entrees are generous enough for leftovers. Sweet jasmine tea all around. Wait staff are typically men of few words, but fairly prompt and smiling. $85 for a hungry family of 3.

WHAT HAPPENED ? ! ? ! I've been coming for my favorite Spring Rolls for years and this experience has changed my mind about ever going back. I paid $15 for a full order to take out. I ate them as soon as I got home without having to reheat them. The ends were so HARD and CHEWY. That same night, I took back the order and showed the elder Asian lady the bits I could not chew but she was unimpressed and didn't want to try to understand what I was saying (as we did not speak each other's language). I told the waiter that even the sauce tasted different and not in a good way. Neither of them seemed to believe me so I didn't even bother to tell them that the fortune cookie tasted OLD and STALE. Later that night, my stomach was really NAUSEOUS for about 2.5 hours. I went back 2 days later for the replacement and the elder lady was so RUDE to me. When she saw me and I said hello, she looked down to resume what she was working on. Then she walked to the kitchen without acknowledging that I was there. The cook came out and told me he makes the rolls himself and that I should not reheat them in a microwave (which I never have). They only gave me HALF AN ORDER!!! I guess they assumed, since I ate some, they would not replace those. I'm not going back unless they get new management.

Excellent Vietnamese food and service found here. Place was clean and well lit when I walked in. Was greeted by a lovely lady with a bright smile and said I could sit anywhere. Ordered the V16 with ice tea. Tea was delivered with a smile and a small bowl of soup for a starter. The main dish came out shortly with an amazing aroma. One taste and I could tell this was real Vietnamese food. Found out later the lady was the owner and cook. She was friendly and made me feel at home in her restaurant. Very much enjoyed dinning here! 👍

My first time here today and all I can say is WOW! They have such a variety from Vietnamese to Thai food to Chinese. I really loved the egg drop soup! I have never tasted egg drop soup with such flavor. The owner and hostess were so sweet and welcoming. The restaurant is so beautiful and cozy. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Gonna have to try something else from the menu, because the Mexican Burger is not good at all. Tastes like a school cafeteria burger. I’m glad they are open late. Will give it another try and see if the other menu items are better.

This is quite possibly the best Mexican meal I have ever had absolutely amazing

HMart is a nice change of grocery store. Food is fresh. We also enjoy the food court. Love the Hello Kitty merch!!!! Also their bakery was wild….so delicious. Coffee here was also very yummy and packed a lil kid kick!!!!

The parking lot is super stressful and the food is very pricey, but other than that the grocery store is somewhat laid out so you can find things. The fruits are fresh! That’s a plus. It’s really far away from where I’m at and not sure I would pick this over Bellaire Chinatown. BUT - it’s good if you want a glimpse of something Asian. Welcome to Houston… I mean Katy.

Such a gem find in Katy! The restaurant was super clean but trendy and looks perfect for groups of friends, especially if you’re looking to do karaoke! I was surprised that it was so empty on a weekend since the food was the best that I’ve had in the area out of all the Korean bars. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and service was attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend the jjampong and sweet and sour pork especially - the noodles were perfect and the pork was super crispy! The fried chicken was also super well seasoned and fried to perfection. Can’t wait to come back!

It's such a lovely place!! I came here with some friends for Karaoke a while back and had a blast with so many song selections to choose from, as well as food options. Now back again for dinner, and it is fantastic! The service is top tier: super kind, attentive, and speedy. They were also extremely adaptable to our food adjustment (changing seafood bibimbap to beef), which I really appreciated😊. The food was amazing! Very tasty!!! Comfortable environment with great, chill vibes to hang out with friends and/or family and lots of available seating of different varieties. Definitely recommend visiting!

Me and my mother go here all the time when we want fried rice or chicken. It's pretty good, and their staff is very nice and flexible. They listen to specific orders, and allow you to place orders over the phone as well. It's a small restaurant, but (personally) it's a cute little place to me.

I Came from Western Canada where I grew up eating Cantonese Hong Kong style food, so currently living in Austin area where Hong Kong Cantonese style food lacks big time. So I Drove to Katy to have Hong Kong style food. I was very satisfied with Hong Kong Street Food. Service was great, and the food hit the spot. The fish maw soup did lack flavor though, it was kinda tasteless. The Beef Ho fan and beef with greens crispy noodles could have had more flavor to it too. It was kinda bland, but overall the food was satisfying. I really liked the rice rolls, they were soft, warm and had flavor. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my first time visiting here, they got delicious Hong Kong food in Katy. One I like the most is the duck meat ,crispy and the quality are very good, the environment are also clean and brand new, which really make a good impression. However I will say the fried rice is a bit bland, probably can add more flavor in it. Overall is a very good Hong Kong restaurant to visit and I will be back soon !

The restaurant's decor, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures, is beautiful! Very nice atmosphere for a family dinner and would make a great date spot as well. I went with my parents so there were three of us total but would have loved to go with a larger group so we could have tried even more dishes. We tried the Garlic Bacon, House Special Funky Cold Noodles, Crispy Mala Beef, Pickled Pepper Chicken, and Sauteed Lotus Roots with red chili oil. Everything was very tasty, but the stand out dishes for me were the House Special Funky Cold Noodles and the Crispy Mala Beef. Almost every other table had an order of the Spicy Crispy Chicken (served in a shovel) so will likely try that next time. The service was excellent as well. Our server Gigi, along with many of her colleagues, were quick to fill our water glasses and checked on us consistently throughout our meal to make sure we were doing ok. Would highly recommend if you're at the Katy Asian Town plaza!

Mala Sichuan Bistro isn't the absolute best for Sichuan food in town, but it's always consistent which I can appreciate. I like the interior of this location the best; the Tsingtao Christmas tree was quite the sight. One of my favorite dishes here is the eggplants in spicy garlic sauce. Eggplants are cooked nicely and the sauce is just so flavorful and not too overpowered by the spices. The combination fried rice is a solid, safe option. The sizzling rice cracker pork wasn't exactly "sizzling" but the flavors were there and I always love getting wood ear mushrooms in a dish!

This Chinese dumpling restaurant is a true gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The menu offers an impressive variety of dumplings, catering to both traditional and adventurous tastes. Each dumpling is beautifully crafted, with ultra-thin wraps that perfectly hold the flavorful soup inside. The balance of textures and rich fillings make every bite a delight. Whether you're a dumpling enthusiast or just exploring, this spot is a must-visit for an authentic and satisfying dining experience.

It is really hard for me to post this review because I really want to gate keep the best soup dumplings in Houston. And probably the best I've personally had. They've only been open for just under a month but I am already imagining myself as a regular because I WILL be back for those dumplings. Maybe even tomorrow. I really wanted to try the thumb buns as well! The service was great and so surprised how quickly everything came out. Aside from the soup dumplings, we got chicken fried rice and braised pork dumplings. The portion of rice is huge! Great for sharing! The braised pork had great flavor but I was kind of hopping the filling was shredded; instead it was cubed. Everything was great, checking in here and there to make sure we were okay. Loved it all. Again, I Can't wait to go back!

Very good food. We usually take to go, but we decided to eat at the restaurant tonight and we weren't disappointed. The owner is very friendly and took good care of us. The jasmine tea was wonderful, and the dishes were beautiful. The food is always delicious.

I had a great to-go dinner from them. The service was friendly and attentive. We ordered a variety of dishes, including egg rolls, hot and sour soup, orange chicken and sesame chicken, and every single one was delicious. The flavors were bold and savory, and the portions were very generous to say the least. The chicken was a great balance where there wasn't too much batter and the chicken wasn't tiny and the fortune cookies at the end were the perfect sweet treat. I've been to a lot of American Chinese restaurants but they stands out from the crowd. Will come back and try more of the menu!

This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The Hot & Sour Soup tasted horrible I had 1 sip & couldn’t finish it. The sweet & sour “sauce” was mixed with water & it was extremely watery. The crab cheese puffs were stiff.

I love T Jin shrimp egg rolls and that Shrimp Pad Thai. Pad Thai is always flavorful with vegetables and shrimp. I went yesterday for a late lunch on 12/31/24. I kinda want to go back today lol

Overall, five star experience the food is delicious. Came out hot. The family had the bread, popcorn chicken, kimchi soup, and the Chinese soup. It’s nice that you could pick a different kind of protein(s) that you wanna add to the soup base. The parking was tight although there is a large parking lot on the other side of the stores. Clean facilities. The service was accommodating but they did seem a little busy to be proactive with checking in on us after we starting eating. Would recommend and look forward to coming back in the future.

First time here. Party of 7, no wait, Saturday night, walk-in. I got the Hot n Sour ready to eat noodle soup ($14.99) & sesame balls ($6). Gratuity is automatically added when you get the bill. My total was $27. Soup -huge serving -flavor: not sour, not spicy, & bland -would be better with Napa cabbage not an insane amount of lettuce. 5/10 Sesame balls (app) -7 small Taro filled balls. Pretty good. 8/10 In all there ARE better places, but I do like that they give you a LOT. I gave points because any hot soup feels great with the cold weather outside, but I should've gone to the Pho shop next door regarding to flavor.
