Maravic was a delight! They were really busy and she was super nice and kind. Everyone worked as a team and the whole kitchen staff was on point. You don’t see that a lot! Great job guys! My family and I really enjoyed our lunch!

I ordered 2 orders of spring rolls and a plate. When I left I didn't check my food. I was hungry or should i say haangry 😩. I get to my 2nd destination parked already and notice 2 spring rolls missing&my Chow mein had too much cabbage&less noodles. So I go back real quick. Mr.Gani(manager) was really respectful&handled it quickly since I was hungry.He went above&beyond,Mr.Gani cooked the food himself and it was delicious. Let me just show a before and after. But yesss people check your food before leaving. *Another thing that I hate now in every panda location they cook the broccoli on beef&broccoli for only 3 minutes 😑 an employee had told me before.The broccoli too hard I want it back to softer plz 🙏 Now I have to skip beef&broccoli🥲. Bowl: $11 (military discount) King Pao chicken has been a good option for me. Fast service. The staff here seem to work hard and know how to keep the line moving.

Food is good and service was nice to customers but it was shocking and disheartening to see how the manager was speaking and treating her employees. Definitely not a leader or trainer… all I saw was a bully. I wish I would have gotten names but manager is a black woman on shift April 2nd at 12:00pm. Her staff definitely deserves to be spoken to with more respect.

The food was good, the interior is not too fancy. There were two TV s on different stations to watch while you eat.The price is good. The buffet did not have crabs, but there was shrimp, fish and crawfish. The waitress was extremely attentive and friendly.

Went for the menudo & it was delicious with all the veggies! Have huge selection of food hot and ready for enjoyment. Refills are always taken care of promptly which is nice. 享受你的食物❤️

There was a long line here on a Saturday night. They ran out of noodles, so we waited a bit. They give you a lot of food on your plate so the price for 2 entrees isn't bad. We got the Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Mushroom Chicken, and an Egg Roll. Not gourmet food, but it was OK and my kids liked it. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were.

Wow. As a consistent customer of panda express, this location is showing the true colors of the brand by providing the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Not only is the food consistently stale every time I go, but there is always a lack of urgency by both Managers and employees. Especially GLORIA. Very top notch on being rude, disrespectful, and not caring for the customers. I am honestly disappointed in the consistent lack of urgency, customer service, and quality of the food. When I got my drink I expected a medium as requested but got a small. Apparently Gloria was doing me a "favor" by giving me the large. I no longer wanted it and wanted a refund apparently unlike other stores, manual refunds cannot be processed. I call horsecrap on that. Other Panda locations can do that, I've seen it.

With so many new restaurants opening up, majority of us forgot about panda express. But my son and I are definitely going to come back bc the service is awesome, it’s very clean and they make the food in small batches so it’s always going to be fresh and not sitting there all day!

At first there was a really nice lady who served us. Then another lady came over and said she would take her place. She was very rude and was yelling at other customers. When we asked to sample on of the item she shouted “no”. She was very impolite and disrespectful to us and other customers. However the lady before was much nicer.

Fried rice is not fried at all rice is brown and everything else is kept hot some were. No flavor nothing!!!! They used No wok to prepare this. No sautéed onions no sautéed garlic nothing. Just tossed around brown rice steamed peas and carrots and steamed old chicken some shrimp and some kind of beef and there you have it “ fried rice”. This place used to be good. But that was many many months ago. I will not be coming back and do no recommend this place to anyone. You better off going to panda Express . Don’t come here you will definitely feel like you got ripped off.

Portions are generous! Great food! I ordered chicken cashew and beef lo mein & the fried rice, I loved the garlic sauce in the lo mein but I received plain brown rice…? Not sure if I received their version of fried rice or just a plain rice? Overall pretty good food and pretty quick delivery.

The best lunch specials in DFW. The portions are Enormous. They barely fit in the Togo box. Good food and Good service!

The customer service was great. I forget the gentleman's name at the counter. I did love his customer service. The shrimp fried rice has no wok action The rice is artificially colored. The shrimp is boiled. It doesn't have the crispy bits that you get from a real wok. This is my opinion. I do appreciate the customer service but I was expecting fried rice. This is his best boiled and put together or steamed.

The lady that took my order could not hear good. She asked me the same question like 30 times. Good food, though.

Good service and good food. It is located in the food court. There is a little wait time before you get the meal, but nothing ridiculous.

Words can’t possibly describe how absolutely terrible and disgusting this place was. Not one thing I ate seemed fresh. I could also tell from the taste that it wouldn’t have been good even if it was fresh. Horrible. I’m gagging thinking about it. They brought me the check and it was nearly $18. I told the lady it was disgusting and I can’t believe she’s charging me this much and she laughed. Everything felt filthy too. This is a very large building so I can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer with this being the product. Do not give them your business under any circumstances.

I tried this place twice via the Too Good to Go app which sells the food left over at the end of the night vs throwing it away. The food here is so amazing!!! Looking forward to try it eating inside for a change. 😉 PS - this place always sells out every night on the TGTG app so you know it's good! 😁 Update: Still awesome & yummy!!!

Arrived at 9:02pm, ordered my food and asked for fresh mushroom chicken since the one on display looked like it was sitting there for hours, and since they had ran out of Broccoli Beef I was willing to wait for fresh string beans chicken and Broccoli Beef. As I was waiting for my food I noticed that they were calling for half orders for everything. The lobby was extremely full and half of the lobby had been closed off. We were all crammed up. There was miscommunication with the staff and kitchen since lots of people were waiting extra for their food. As I was waiting I saw people who had been waiting for fresh food after me get it first. I asked for an ETA and was told they don’t have it started, I was originally told 5 minutes wait but ended up waiting almost 35 minutes due to them forgetting about my order. I had to wait 12 more minutes on top of the 35 minutes since they forgot about the mushroom chicken. The cook hesitated to making fresh Mushroom chicken for some reason. As I ate in the lobby I saw more than 12+ people leave due to no food being ready to serve. It was all chaos and I wasn’t satisfied with this location and due to my string beans chicken to be burnt ,since I didn’t get to enjoy my food, due to my appetite going down from disappointment

This was my best experience at any Panda Express, ever. Including this location. I usually come here, and I'm happy with it, but this time, I felt compelled to leave a review. Audrey was hands down the nicest and most efficient person that I've ever had serve me in a restaurant. She was so friendly. I wouldn't have thought to leave a review if it wasn't for her.

Really tasty food. I wasn’t familiar with any of the items but wanted to give it a try. Glad I did. It was super spicy & good. Their spice level is Asian standards so take that into account when you order. Really wish they had somebody who spoke English too coz it was hard to order and they didn’t understand or knew how to explain. To their defense, I saw a ‘Hiring’ board so hopefully they’ll get a person who can also speak English do people like me who want to try new food and flavors can be helped.

I ordered Stir Fry Hot Pot. I love it so much! The food is sooo good and the owner (I think) is a very nice gentlemen. Please come support this store!

Came for a quiet, to ourselves lunch and we got exactly that! Max of two other tables were used while we were there. The staff is very inviting, friendly, and just overall wonderful!! After ordering I got my drink and sat down and had only just started to talk to my boyfriend when our food was brought out!!! It was so so fast, fresh, and absolutely AMAZING. I made him share his orange chicken with me bc it was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again

Food was TERRIBLE ordered chicken teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken and the vegetables weren’t cook completely thoroughly and the sesame chicken was cool super hard and didn’t have any meat inside I called to see if I can get a refund or switch to something else I was told they don’t give refunds and I can’t get anything else that’s just how they cook their food We didn’t even eat any of it just threw it out very disappointed
