Lady who takes your order at the front desk is super sweet! I told her I wanted a lunch special chicken & mushroom but they didn’t have it. She quickly accommodated my needs and made it for me! :-) This place makes super delicious food and don’t be afraid to give it all a try! Thank you Bamboo!

No table/seats. Takeout boxes and supplies on the dining hall. Menu photos are fading out. True hall in the wall place. But it does not matter. The food is deliciously prepared and the portions are generous. And it costed me $8.75 for that large platter plus a can of Coke. Can’t complain. We STILL need place like this, especially during this era of inflation. If you are in the town of Clermont, FL and crave the old-fashioned American-Chinese takeout, I highly recommend you to try Bamboo Garden.

This is a delicious place that deserves a much better name than China New Buffet. The food was very good, the drink is included in the price, and you are empowered to make your own plates and drinks. Other than the pleasant conversation we had paying, no one bothered us but were there to answer any questions we had. The buffet is normal sized but the food is higher quality than most bigger buffets. In the end, this is a place I would take a road trip to since I find most of the Chinese buffets here in Knoxville have had a failing cleanliness score. We'll be back!!!

The food is somewhat okay if you go when there’s a lot of people there. If not, expect food that has been sitting all day. Today, the food was somewhat decent. The problem is we were told the price was going to be $31 for 2 buffets and 2 waters. We even confirmed it was for no drinks included because she still handed us cups. She said we were being charged $31 for the buffet. So when I got home and saw that my card was charged $37.20, I was shocked. I attempted calling before leaving this review to see if there was some kind of mistake that could be fixed, but no. She kept insisting we were charged $31 even though I was looking directly at my bank statement and seeing the charge with my own eyes. So I will be filing a dispute with my bank because this is stealing. Also, this is a small buffet place so I would expect the food to at least taste like they care. When they first came to Rockwood, they were amazing. Decently priced, food was great, nice people, etc. They have went downhill drastically over the years and it’s a shame. Either way, I’m getting our money back. They’re not going to steal from our family. Times are already hard enough as it is for them to be not only charging a ridiculous amount of money, but stealing money as well? You should be ashamed of yourself. And then not to mention, them trying to tell my husband how much food he’s allowed to eat at an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. Definitely won’t be returning anymore.

Very pricey! The food was a little on the cold side and the buffet could be cleaner. Staff could be a little friendlier. But there’s not a lot to choose from in that small town. Think I’ll just eat at home from now on. A deer roast sure taste pretty good

The food was OK, some might have been better cooked. Some of the chicken was overcooked and tough/chewy. Service was awful, granted a buffet, but we had to get our own drinks and no stopped by to pick up dirty plates.Prices were reasonable.

This hole in the wall restaurant is easily one of the best Chinese places around. The food (esp to go orders ) is always very fresh and taste great. They are able to create outstanding food in ten minutes consistently year after year. I've eaten at plenty of Chinese restaurants all over the country and this is easily one of the better ones. The dishes are always fresh with a lot of flavor. Besides the food the staff also make this place a must visit Chinese restaurant. They are always very friendly and provide great service. People are very lucky to have this family as part of their community.

VERY BAD . Trying to enjoy my food and try to pick a piece up to notice a huge hair . I told someone about it and they took it to the “owner” and she didn’t nothing . no one did . Not a single word sat there didn’t get up to get another plate waiting for someone to be PROFESSIONAL and come speak to me . Nope paid $26 to eat half a plate . This place has gone way down hill . Never eating there again!!!

This our go to place for takeout on a Friday when I don’t feel like cooking. The drive through window is so convenient. I call ahead and it’s always ready by the time I get there. The Crab Rangoon is my favorite thing to get. They are always so friendly and never fail to ask if I need sauce. Such great customer service is definitely a rarity these days. Thanks so much for the consistency in all the things you do so well. Also love that they put the food in boxes versus a bag.

You ever have a craving at the worst times? Are you ever in a ridiculous hurry? Are you extremely picky about your food? Same. I go here often but only today thought I’d review it for once. I ordered 4 minutes after they opened because I had been craving it for two days. I only live 5 min away so I didn’t think it would be ready when I got there. I’m not insane. I went through the drive thru, which is my absolute favorite thing about this restaurant next to how affordable and delicious the food is! She came and asked if i had an online order and then immediately went back inside to prepare it. I sat there for less than 5 MAYBE 6 minutes not long enough for it to be ready but like magic, there it was. She came back got my payment I said thank you and boom I’m back home with super hot delicious food. 🤣 is this the best review? No it’s kind of ridiculous but so is how fast and good they always are. Literally my favorite place to treat myself. Highly recommend for anyone with a Chinese takeout craving. They’re awesome! 👏

The Sweet&Sour Chicken was delicious breaded made fry in house Juicy and crispy, the sweet&sour sauce was Excellent right on point. The cashier was very patient and polite with good service.

This is the only take out Chinese food in the area. Is not bad but is not great either. The $11 combos are the only reason I dropped by.

I never thought I would eat such horrible Chinese food! The rice and vegetables were hard and raw; the ribs were also hard and burnt; the meat was toasted. The food looked like leftovers from the day before. What a shame, it doesn't look like the food from a year ago. Thanks, but no, I won't be back; the economy is not in a position to throw money away for something like that.

So this spot is a quick to go grab your Chinese food and go but let me tell you this PLACE THIS PLACE!!!! I mean YOW!!! I did the solid test for Chinese is General Tao , but MY FOOD Culinary GWADS!!! Its on damn point !!! Flavors are there , chicken coated right texture, and pork fried rice can work, it’s a must to try at least once but for me I’m going on other dishes!!!! I ordered for the first time on my way to work. It say they close at 10 pm. I ordered the food at 9:15 and headed to the place. I was called at 9:30 from them asking if I'm on my way. I was 2 minutes away. When I picked up my food at 9:35 they were rushing out and closed the store at 9:45. What happened to 10?? The chicken wings were lousy . Then I asked for wonton egg drop soup, and all I got was egg drop soup, and my bill was 14 and change . Expensive compare to what I paid for the same thing else where I was 4 dollars more .. first time and last time... 👎👎👎 If you don't want to close at 10 pm, fix your hours.. False advertisement for 10 ???

Ordered carry out over the phone. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and it was. Lady wad friendly. Very odd pick-up window though, feels uninviting. The food was good. Fried rice, white rice, and general tsos spicy chicken. The fried rice was very good. The general tso chicken was not very spicy, but other than that, it was delicious. Overall, good.

Honestly, good food. I’m vegan, from Pittsburgh, and a bit of a foodie. This place might be a hole in the wall but they’re good - in fact better than my go-to back home. It’s a mom and pop shop and they cater to your needs. Here on business and ordered their veggie fried rice (no egg) and veggie mei fun (no egg) for dinner tomorrow with a couple spring rolls. Great place, check it out. Probably your only vegan option in Berne aside from the Mexican place next to the hotel

I ordered my simple usual dish on a Friday nigh and the wait was approximately 25 minutes for takeout. It was quite packed so I waited outside. The food was quite good but the portion size could have been larger. The fried rice was authentic and flavorful and the chicken and broccoli was incredibly tender. For Chinese fast food, I would recommend this place.

We had this 2 times while visiting the area! Once door dash and once picked up ourselves. Both times were exceptional, very hot and fresh! Cooked to our request and had excellent flavors, not too strong in salt and allowed us to add what we needed. Definitely will miss them and want to try again when we return.

Today Tuesday 17 Order number 486855 you all forgot my chicken teriyaki. I called 3 times but you won’t answer the phone.

Horrible experience, not sure if there has been a change in management or staff, but today I came in, (drive through) ordered a small bowl rice & orange chicken. I opened it in my car and counted 6 little pieces of chicken. 6!!!!!!!! But I just paid $11 dollars. Been coming here for a year now. Decided to go in to show / ask about that, An Asian lady serving the food side eyed me and said rudely What’s wrong with your food!? I said ma’am I just got this & it has 6 tiny piece, she rudely continue to say oh it’s like that it’s like that! I demanded more chicken. The fact that I had to interrupt my time get off and come in and then treated this way is unacceptable! All the other associates look tense and not happy At all, you can tell the atmosphere has changed! I will not be coming here anymore! I work near by and bring coworkers! I will not be doing that either! Please give ppl the food they pay for! If she’s new please get her with the program! If you are in the food /customer service industry get on board with 0 attitude or choose another career.

Jersey girl approved! I got the pork with broccoli and my mom got the General Tso's, and we had egg drop soup. It's just like Chinese food from back up north! We've gotten from here twice now since moving here and it's our new favorite spot for proper Chinese food. So thrilled!

I ordered the beef lo mein and fried rice. It's hands down the absolute WORST chinese food I've tried to eat in my life. If you don't mind soggy noodles and white rice then this is the place for you. Even the egg roll was terrible. How do you mess up an egg roll. Wish I could give this place zero stars
