We decided on having a family outing at this restaurant. One of my family members chose this restaurant. I did my homework by reading the reviews & after reading the reviews I was skeptical. To keep from being difficult I decided to go. One of the reviews I did read say that staff do not seat you, you have to seat yourself after they give you your eating utensils. The food was good it was warm, shrimp were good & hot, crab legs were very small. I gave 1 star for service because the waitress did not keep my glass filled with water. Another thing that I read on the reviews is about the tip that is included with your bill I disliked that to the fullest. It was 9 of us & they put all 9 charges on one bill. We were paying separate. It’s ok I have definitely had better service. The food was good to me.

It's cheap and easy and always open, and that's probably the best you can say about it. I'm not sure I'll be back, but maybe someday they'll decide to upgrade the offerings. Before I had gone in, somebody had dumped an entire entree out of a box onto the sidewalk five feet in front of the door. It was still there on the sidewalk 45 minutes later.

I was here today, my father is on hospice and my mother was craving panda express and said make sure you go to the one on 95th and Quivira. They have the best food and that’s where your dad and I eat lunch every few weeks for the past five years! I happened to mention this to the girl at the counter who has worked at the store for three years and she was nice enough to give me a cute little stuffed panda that made my mom’s day😌 During this sad time!! Plus, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch!

I usually love Panda Express, but the food at this place and time was very unsatisfactory. It lacked taste and seemed undercooked. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the food quality. Despite this, I still believe in Panda Express and will visit other locations in the future.

some of their food is really good, but the noodles are dry, the sesame chicken is a little too sweet and the rice is just Dry

We always have to wait in line but the food is always good and fresh. Worth waiting

The staff here are so kind and helpful! They resolved an issue I had with the mobile app today right away, and the food has always been great. I appreciate the team here. Also love that the Beyond Orange Chicken is back 😭❤️

This place was literally on fire from the friendliness, hospitality and speed of the service. Brian was pretty epic in serving us! I loved the music, the cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of this place 👌👌🔥🔥🐼

Great value for money. We dine in here often for lunches. Sometimes the rice will be too sticky and won’t feel like a fried rice. But most of the time not! Wish they provide knifes and spoons too.

They run out of common items (rice??) long before closing time. If you ordered through the app, you don’t know the items you paid for are sold out until you go to pick it up. The only recourse is to contact customer service, who you might hear back from in 2-3 weeks, and then they’ll send you a coupon code - that expires in just a few weeks. The employees are always nice, but the place is clearly mismanaged.

absolutely disgusting.. ordered this on 5-8-25. what happened to the noodles ? all i see is cabbage in here.. i shouldn't have to dig around to find noodles for my kids.. this is not the first time it's been like this. Definitely will not be returning to this location .. very sloppy.. & don't get me started on the chicken. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Food was ok but seemed pretty old. We were also disappointed because we purchased a watermelon mango refresher but there’s no sign saying that it does not come with refills nor did anyone tell us. I think least one refill should be given since I paid 4 dollars for a drink.

Chicken egg rolls were burnt. I went through the drive thru and was told to pull around to wait for my order, and they forgot about me for 20-30 mins. I walk inside to check and they had my food sitting aside. No customers in line or anything so they just straight up forgot about me. Why would you tell me to pull aside and park if you were going to just leave my food inside the store. Not nice :(

I see the negative reviews and some are legit. Overall, the majority of my visits have been very good size portions for the overall price. I do stick with what they are known for and they do cut up fresh veggies. One note is that you MUST double check that you got the sauces you asked for. For some reason this seems to be the most difficult thing for them to do. Ask for hot mustard get 10 packs of sweet and sour. So weird.

I've been a faithful customer for years and here recently order around once a month. Same order every time. General tso with lo main and tonight despite paying $2.50 extra I received rice with it instead of lo mein. So ill be going elsewhere in the future.

Wasn't expecting much walking in, but needed something for lunch. Got the Orange Chicken and Szechuan Beef. Without a doubt, best Chinese food i had since I've been up here for work. Great stuff.

Ordered an entree plate with chow mein and orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, got home and my chow mein was lettuce only with minimal noodles. I paid $13 for lettuce. Highly disappointed, I should’ve checked my plate before driving off. Terrible.

Order through the app yesterday I ordered the beef and shrimp add sweet fire chicken with lo mein what I got was all cabbage with maybe 20 noodles in the lo mein no shrimp in the beef and shrimp it was all peppers and pineapple does sweet fire chicken was perfect I got ripped off I made a claim for it and yet have heard nothing back from Panda Express on this have pictures and the place was not busy when I went in there at 1:15

Hello Panda Expeess. We are not a big fan of panda express because of their oily nature in the food and also it is not that tasty or yummy at all but looks wise. It looks very classy and it looks like mouthwatering items. But we thought to give a try and we entered into this panda express , their ambience their place locality and the cleanliness is everything in shape, but I don’t see any more rush in the store. Having people or customers in the restaurant place a very major role it means people like your food if there is no one in the restaurant and if all the chairs are empty, it means people are diverting from your place. We tried to eat something called vegetarian fried rice 🍚, but unfortunately, they are not making any items. They are simply loading the items in the form of buffet and in the rice there is an egg so we end up not eating the fried rice. The only which item that we see here is — Chow noddles There is no salt at all, and even we requested them for salt 🧂 , but they didn’t offered. Well, it’s not their mistake because it’s their model or theme of cooking items in such a way so no negative vibes but I feel like if Indians are coming to eat then I wish they could re-create the food . And unfortunately, as for the panda express rules, they cannot redo the food. They have to follow some standard processes and showcase those items in the buffet. We have been watching this location while it was under construction. On 5/9/2024 we were on our way to another Panda Express location and noticed this new location was finally open. Of course we detoured quickly and happened to dine here on opening day. They had some dancing and music outside and warm friendly greetings as we approached the entry door. The service was great and our order was correct. The food was cooked well as it is in all of their locations. The seating was a little strange as there was limited seating for a private group of 2-4 people. However, we were pleased with everything and will return soon.

It might be fine if they actually have what you want. But it's pretty strange to order sweet & sour chicken and the guy serves you dry chicken and points to a tub of condiment-size room temperature packets of sweet & sour sauce. Better to go to a real restaurant, I suppose.

Will not get chinese from here again. Beef and broccoli was terrible. Beef was gummy and chewy, broccoli was practically raw. Crab rangoon was dried out and hard as a rock.
