My boyfriend strangely wanted meat on a stick. Big beefy meat. I wonder about him sometimes. He said it was good. He shared it with the dogs, which was nice of him. I didn't like the smell. I'm sure it was good.

I love your restaurant its one of the only ones I'll eat from in Gaston. I love your Mongolian beef but the last two times I've ordered it. It's been Mongolia onions with a little beef. I love onions but not all onion. ❤️

Just posting the new menu info, the other pictures posted are old and out of date. I got the lunch special orange chicken, which was good. She got the sweet and sour chicken but didn't like it, she's a little pickier than I am.

This place is a must try! My husband and I got shrimp lo mein and coconut shrimp combo. The lo mein does not have your typical lo mein taste, but I would argue that it is better! I loved it and so did my little one. My husband’s coconut shrimp was also delicious and the egg roll that comes with the combo was one of the best I’ve had. Five stars easy!

I notice as long as you eat in the food is fresh and good!! The last few take out orders my Wings have been old and dry!!! And the food no so fresh!! Do better Sunming with your take out orders!!

Amazing atmosphere, just big enough to fit a good amount of people without it being overwhelming. My server was attentive, my cup never running empty. Good Georgia sweet sweet tea. The sesame chicken was TO DIE for! The chicken wings were juicy and fall off the bone. If you're looking for your typical Americanized Chinese food, this is not the place. Everything was so fresh and tasted amazing. By far my favorite place to eat!

I moved to the Lexington/Gilbert area of SC over a year ago from NY. You may not know this, but NY is the home of the absolute best pizza and Chinese food ANYWHERE. That said, since I have been on my new hometown, here in SC, I have been in search of both. I’ll leave the pizza discussion for my review of the best pizza place and I’ll focus here on the BEST CHINESE FOOD in the Lexington/Gilbert/Leesville-Batesburg areas. That place, THE BEST CHINESE FOOD is China 1 at 245 W. Columbia Ave. The food is made fresh as you wait, the food is nuclear hot temperature, so it’s hot when you get home with your take-out. The meats like the pork in the fried rice is perfectly flavored and perfectly trimmed. No fat in mine whatsoever. This is my new go to place for Chinese food and it’s a 15-20 minute drive each way, but so worth it. Great food, great prices and it is a 16 or so year old, family owned business. One of the best parts of my experience there was the owner brought my food out and a lady named “Sunshine” who was working the counter cashed me out. (I’m afraid to attempt to spell her real name, but I think it’s Kiaun, but I’ll stick with “Sunshine”. She is as much a part of the family there as anyone in the kitchen. That’s my words based on my observations and from talking to Sunshine and a long time customer who was there that same time I was. Just her sunny disposition and incredible vibe is a reason to try the place, and you’ll keep coming back for the food and to see Sunshine. She has been working there for almost as long as the restaurant has been open. They have an incredible selection of chicken wing flavors. A pic of the wing menu is in the photos attached. As far as ambiance or atmosphere, the place is a Chinese restaurant, the majority of whose business is take-out. That said, it was clean, it was busy and had tables to sit at in the event you can’t wait to get home to eat the best Chinese food in SC. Sit down, chill out, enjoy your food and chances are you’re gonna see your neighbors come and pick-up and you might even meet a friend who you haven’t met yet. The food was PHENOMENAL!!! The chicken wings were hot, fresh, and delicious. I live 45 minutes away and will DEFINITELY be back. The service was great as well.

Huge thanks to the amazing team at China House! I had a last-minute order for a large group and needed the latest possible pickup time, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The food was fresh, delicious, and ready exactly when we needed it. Their flexibility and outstanding customer service made all the difference. Highly recommend this restaurant for both great food and incredible service!

Use to go here all the time. Went other day after years of not going. The food is very salty and overly sweet.

This place used to be pretty good but I went there last night and the food seemed really old. Not even sure there was any Cooks they had The curtains drawn and it sounded like a lot of construction going back there.. you can tell they cut back on what they're putting in their food. There was very little meat and it was cut very thin. It almost looked like the noodles. I ended up throwing most of it away. I'm not sure if it made me sick this morning. I would recommend going somewhere else. There's a better place off St. Andrews next to the AutoZone

This place has been around for years and although it's good food. They not that friendly.. but I will keep getting the food. Being that there are not many Good Chinese food places that are good anymore

A great overall place to eat, lovely staff, they're very polite, and are patient when you have a little one with you. They give you just the right amount of time to situate and then order. They're very attentive and regularly check on you. The food is fantastic(highly suggest the bao buns), another thing could be said about the tea on the other hand; they bring it to you in an authentic Chinese tea pot and glass cup, but really only tastes like hot leave juice, no flavor, just hot water in a pot.

Great food at reasonable prices. 1 example: a lower cost shrimp and vegetable combo had large, succulent shrimp. All meals I have received were well prepared and delicious. Staff is very friendly and wait times are low.

Not sure what the 1 stars are talking about. Food is always hot when fresh and the quantity of food for the price is unmatched. Their sauces are taste great and aren’t too heavy. It’s our go-to Chinese food in the area.

We ordered take out from the menu. The stuffed wontons were so dried out the cheese was hard. Our combo plates tasted like old oil. I don't normally rate and critique restaurants, but this was inedible.

Friendly location and got one of the best guys on staff at lunch running the counter. Staple place to eat in town and low key and peaceful to take guys from work. There are not a ton of items to choose from for food, but enough to be tasty and get your fill.

Normally we have good food from this place. Today was not like that. I ordered mongolian beef. What I got was a platter of huge onion slices and 6 pieces of beef. The rice had zero flavor and our egg rolls were deep fried to dark brown. I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Wasted money today

Normally as a dasher I have a pleasant experience with companies. However that is not the case here. The dasher app was glitching and I was unable to have directions, so I called to verify if this was the correct restaurant and was rudely hung up on TWICE and yelled at by the woman when I said I was just verifying this was the correct place

Even though they just opened and were incredibly busy today, the customer service was outstanding. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. Isabella and Victoria did an amazing job preparing our orders with care. So glad to have this Panda Express here in Red Bank it’s a fantastic addition to the area !
