The food looked amazing and came out hot and fresh. The service was wonderful as well. The only complaint was the taste of the food, which was disappointing because it was fresh. Sesame sauce was just very mild/flavorless and just tasted sweet (unlike any Ive had). Noodles were the best, but the fried rice had a strong onion taste. (It did have onions but stronger than ive tasted in other fried rice).

Always fast and friendly. Best bourbon chicken and egg rolls in Irmo hands down. Highly recommend! Nov 2022 edit: bourbon chicken is even better than last time. I think they may have had a tough time during the pandemic, but their food is still delicious to me! Give it a try!

The food is not fresh and there is no value. 8 wing lunch "special" is over 14 dollars and the wings you do receive are about the size of your big toe. If you're hungry for some decent to good Chinese food or looking to get some bang for your buck, you will regret your decision to spend your money here.

It's a hood joint. Chinese people are cooking just wings with various kinds of fried rice. Limited food selections not typical chinese. Tasted bland, not returning.

Did a quick pick up for lunch. Called my order in. The food was ready by the time I got there. Staff was friendly. My only issue with this restaurant has always ever been their parking lot. It is a tight squeeze. I needed to get back to work fast but I was blocked in by a delivery truck. For a popular spot, I wish the accessibility of parking was better.

There was absolutely no flavor on 2 of the dishes i got. You could tell it wasn't cooked in any sauce. General tso's chicken was fine though.

The rice didn't taste like fried rice . We had the chicken and sour it was good. The beef and broccoli was not good the beef had an awful taste. Lastly we ordered a kungpao shrimp it had like 5 shrimp and mostly vegetables. The ice tea was good.

On the outside this place looks like it wouldn't be much . However I called in a order of two small orders of Pork Lo Mien from my wife and I, and one small plate/Styrofoam container was under 10 bucks . As you can see the servings are very generous and food is made upon order. I weighed one of these plates on a scale and it came out to 1.9 lb of food. I had three full servings of a full stomach worth of meals off of this one plate! Largest serving of a small order of Pork Lo Mein I have ever gotten and I've been across this nation trying different Chinese restaurants. China Palace off of beltline boulevard in Columbia South Carolina gives you a truly bang for your buck! They are my new go-to for Chinese food! Five stars all the way!

Idk if they had a bad night but this was the worst Chinese food I ever had in my life. My sesame chicken was stuck together like it had been sitting all day. It tasted just like a fozen dinner drenched in bbq sauce. And my shrimp fried rice tasted like they dropped dish soap in my plate. I ordered vegetable egg rolls and they were tough and rubbery & I’ve never had a veggie eggroll I had to chew like tough steak. With the amount of money I spent I am very dissatisfied!

The food was okay, nothing to brag or complain about it was smaller portions for regular menu prices, their was about 3-4 small strips of beef in the while beef dish but my friend told me I should have ordered the chicken lo mein but I don't like thick noodles. Nevertheless, all the fried rice have eggs in it, so that left my choices very limited. However, I don't think it's worth the traffic headache during lunchtime.

Five stars for everything for a solid Chinese lunch spot. Easily the best Chinese we have found in the Columbia and Irmo area. Sesame chicken and house fried rice was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Better than Sun Ming. Would definitely recommend.

Their shrimp egg foo young wasn't what I was expecting. Their focus is on Taiwanese food [maybe should have ordered from that menu]. Egg rolls were good!!

Definately try the Sesame Chicken and either the chicken or beef Lo Mein. The Crab Meat Rangoon’s are really good as well. Sweet and Sour Chicken comes with the sauce separately and I suggest as soon as you get home to mix it up and give it a few mins to enjoy it better!

First time ordering from Tony’s and I can say that I was very happy !! The portion size was great. I was able to eat off of this plate for two days. Lol (I’m that person) The Crab Rangoon was good and my wings were flavored well!! Love the many different flavors to choose from. Try them out for yourself!!!

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Good Day Chinese! The food is amazing, especially the wings—they’re my go-to every time, along with the egg rolls. The owners are super friendly and always treat you with respect. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this place or the people behind it. If you haven’t been yet, definitely stop by and give it a try!

Crispy Chicken that's always good and the best Fries‼️ I love it and will continue to go.

We did not care for the rice . The food was good tasting but not much meat in . One of us got chicken and peapods. Way too many peapods. Another garlic chicken good flavor but not much chicken. Another got sesame chicken nice large portion.

Always a wonderful experience. Quality and delicious food, prompt service and exceptional cost!

Probably one of the better Chinese store within a 50 mile radius. I’ve always been greeted anytime I walk in there. I do taste the difference in the food, I won’t say that it’s a bad change, But it definitely doesn’t taste the same as when I first started eating there. A suggestion is that you order your food online for faster pick up service. It seems like every time I just call in the traditional way, even though I live 15 minutes away, I will call five minutes prior to me leaving To pick it up, And it’s still wouldn’t be done.

The food was very good. I just realized I didn't get a picture of it. Try it out.

Boneless spare ribs are 100% the best I've ever had. Most placed and probably pan fried and tossed on sauce, these are grilled or broiled. They have a char and smoke flavor that is phenomenal. The veggie lo main had zucchini and mushrooms and broccoli that you don't normally get from Chinese places. I will not go anywhere else. 100/100

I ordered the chick chow mien and got chicken with veggies but no noodles Chow mien is the noodle

So I ordered lunch from this place earlier in which I was pretty busy at work today & didn’t get the opportunity right away to eat. Once I got the chance I’m sitting down eating & pretty much Chopped down into the rice & Lo Mein and got a bit more than I expected. I thought I was exaggerating at first but I wasn’t. I bit into a SCREW! I also chipped a tooth in which I won’t post but the screw is enough. I called the place VERY polite I might add to get cussed out & called a liar at the most instead of anything of apologetic. This has to be the WORST experience of Customer Service!!!

Update to my previous review. We decided to give China Kitchen another try and we were impressed with our dinner. The General Tso chicken was hot and fresh, the chicken was flavorful and not full of filler. The chicken teriyaki and honey wings were also hot, fresh and flavorful.
