What a lovely restaurant! The food here is super tasty, and the welcome is warm. I had the triple delight, which consists of beef, chicken and shrimp served in a beautifully seasoned sauce. It was so tasty! Mrs. H had a super tasty lo mein. The ambience is worthy of a "Saturday night out" and there is a good choice of alcohol. I am 100% happy to recommend this wonderful Chinese restaurant.

Iv had food from here twice now. it is not bad. it is very mid though. the crab rangoon are always hard like they are stale, and the egg rolls remind me of the walmart egg rolls that sit out for hours. so many better places to go, but it will do in a pinch or if you dont want to go further.

Ordered beef broccoli. Beef undercooked they wouldn’t refund money they only take cash , so that’s crazy to me .. told me to take food nothing was wrong with it . I left food on counter . Will never again do business with them horrible business and just down rite greedy ..

Came in 10 minutes before they closed and got a nice to go box for a very reasonable price

You can't have a Food Lion shopping strip without a Chinese takeout place, and this one hits differently than most. The service was superb. She even called me "honey", which I'm not ashamed to admit made my day. It's the little things in life. My Sesame Chicken hit the spot! Could've used a bit more of the broccoli, but the overall flavor was rich and sweet. The biggest surprise came from my egg roll though, with a nice little crunch and a filling that I can only describe as "incredibly minced". There's also something special about their drinks. My sweet tea was tremendous, and I saw two others stroll in just for an order of their lemonade. Additionally, the way she repurposed the soup containers into to-go mugs may be the cutest thing I've ever seen. Again, it's the little things. I've been a loyal customer of Top's China for over 15 years, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is consistently awesome, packed with flavor, and always fresh. The staff is super friendly, and they make you feel welcome every time you walk in. The store is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall great experience. They're impressively fast, even when it gets busy. Despite rising costs everywhere, their menu remains fairly priced, making it a great value. I highly recommend them if you're craving delicious food and fast service!

I will definitely NOT be returning here. First problem that didnt make since was that you gotta pay before u eat. Most of the food bar looked like it had been sitting there for a few hrs. Rice was dry and hard, chicken cuts were not fully done, NO CRAB LEGS (false advertising) but there were some small dry looking crabs, and some other foods were cold. If it wasnt for my mother saying she was HUNGRY i was leaving this place. Also the staff was not very inviting. Sometimes you can feel the vibe and there definitely wasnt one here. CHOOSE ANOTHER BUFFET.

They come up to you when you are serving your food to tell you that you have to pay extra, and they demand more tip when it has already been paid at the entrance. They especially approach the Hispanic community when clients do not know the language. If u come here check out ur receipt don't get scammed.

Ordered large Wonton Soup, what a rip off only had 5 mini wontons with hardly any meat, just dumplings. Broth was flavorful but will not order again. They only have take out but you can eat inside. They seem short staffed. Friendly service.

- Hot and Sour Soup - Crab Rangoon - Chicken w/ mixed vegetable and shrimp fried rice - Beef Mussamum (Yellow Curry) The hot and sour soup was probably the best I ever had. I immediately finished it all which was great because I'm not feeling well. Everything else was pretty good as well, I just didn't eat a lot and was saving some for my roommate. Will be ordering again in the future. Definitely ignore the reviews and still order from here!

After I made my delivery. I found a nice huge lot to park my semi truck. I saw this place and thought to give it a try. Wow, I was totally surprised how good the food is here. Everything on this plate was delicious. I saved this place as a favorite. To dine in came to $12 something. Very affordable place.

Food was decent, service good. However the workers in the back don't look to sanitary.And the worst part is my dtr found a fly in her lo mein.

Placed an order for Barbecue spare ribs and pork lomein. I got home and opened the bag to this. I immediately called and reported the food. I also ordered chicken wings ( not pictured) and the smell of old grease engulfed my car. When I called I was told there was nothing wrong with the food and this is the pork that all Chinese restaurants are using. I told her we have ordered from them several times in the past and have never received food like this. She said if I wanted a refund I had to drive alll the way back and bring the food back. I did. Upon arrival she grabbed the bag and began to tell me AGAIN that there's nothing wrong and this is how all the Chinese food restaurants are serving their food. I will let pictures speak for themselves. We will not be returning.

Spring roll was cold in the middle, shrimp fried rice was bland and overcooked....highly disappointed especially being that its in a decent location. That food wasnt fit for a dog $9 gone down the drain and i should known better when I seen a sister working the cash register...i was hoping that was a good sign not. #terrible

I love the food here, no matter what I order everything is delicious. Everyone is super friendly and that means a lot to me. I've been eating here for several years and have never had a complaint and have never been given the wrong order. The amount I get in my orders I can eat twice n sometimes still have a lil midnight snack for later. I highly recommend jinjin to anyone looking for a good Asian dish. Thank you JinJin for great food great service and friendly smiling faces.

Ate take out beef and broccoli. The fried rice is subpar at best and quite bland. It took some seasonings and a bit of margarine to get it palatable. The beef was chewy and the flavor was on par for this common "Chinese" dish. There is honestly nothing to write home about, very average teetering on insipid. If you are looking for Chinese cuisine and cannot find anywhere else, this will fit the bill.

I ordered 2 dishes. They were tasty but not what I ordered. Called to let them know and the man argued with me. Very poor customer service. I kept telling him what # I ordered but he kept saying another. So I just hung up. Not going back.

Super good food! Tried it for first time ever yesterday and everything was served quick and good. Got the chicken broccoli and crab Rangoon. Glad I found this spot for Chinese takeout as I just moved into the area.

Really wanted some sweet and sour chicken and this place hit the spot!! My sister and I split our meal because we got so much!! Great prices for the amount of food you get. Service was quick

For the second time I ordered delivery only to sit and wait …. And wait … and wait. Then when I called to check on my food I’m told “sorry we just saw your order and the chefs gone so you won’t vetting your family’s dinner tonight” how does a restaurant not see your order for 2 hours? No one checks? Utterly unacceptable. And like I said this has happened multiple times . I will NOT be ordering again.

1 star review because you don't solve your drive thru times by just having everyone pay and then drive around and park. You solve drive thru times by running the kitchen more efficiently. Currently sitting in a parking lot with 4 other cars waiting on food with the explanation they are working on drive thru times. Seems like gaming the system instead of fixing service issues, no? We visited this Panda Express on 3/15/25 at 2:30pm and the staff working was particularly thoughtful. They were friendly, made sure we had fresh food, were keeping the tables clean. Best fast food experience in awhile. Excellent team working here.

Best Chinese food in the area. Ignore all of these negative reviews clearly written by the same person. If you don't like the people working there then order online like a normal person (we have not had any issues with the staff). The food is always delicious and it's reasonably priced.

I frequent this location, food is always great . But customer service is horrible. My daughter said hi to the young girl working the register and she looked at my kid like she was crazy . It’s sad that kids treat other kids like that !
