Ordered today, food is good and quick. The store inside of the store ain’t that bad, the cashier is respectful and quick with service. I ordered Pork Fried Rice w/ Chicken Wings and it came out hella good. Plus they’re hella cheap.

Great location, friendly employees, fast service, the prices are quite impressive. $10 for this Pepper Chicken and Spring Rolls, absolutely delicious.

These people set up shop in a very "ethnic" part of town where you don't even see others like them. They'll take every "ethnic" dollar you give them but when you're down bad, literally short no more than 5-10 cents for some wraps or a blk they won't let you slide. Of course there's no obligation, no one has to do anything. But I find this VERY interesting. Besides the foods trash anyways...seriously. You can find better "Asian" cuisine under the EL bridge … This isn’t my comment I found this comment under someone else’s comment at another place but this is my experience from this

I get my eggs rolls and any rolls from here. I know people who eat here often. Don't live around here so I just gets rolls when I come thru

Ordered from here because it was 2am and the only thing open near me. I got the coconut shrimp and it was horrible. First the shrimp was cold and soggy. The coconut sauce that was on half the shrimp had no flavor to it. On top of the food being horrible they called me to tell me my order was ready and when I got there to pick it up I had to wait five minutes while the lady counted her tips. Overpriced and customer service sucks.

This establishment is basic at best. They are price gouging and down right rude and unapologetically arrogant. When a customer request a itemized list of the expenses, you are told that you can't have one and if you continue to ask they push back (bully) by saying that they will not take your order. The prices online do not at all match the prices in menu. The wait times outrageously long...even if you place a small order. You call to place an order over the phone and can't get through. Then you arrive in person just to be chastised by the staff, as if they don't already know their phone lines are always busy and they have two lines apparently yet only one is posted online with dare I say outdated menu prices. They have completely chosen to not open the dining hall since the pandemic. Please BEWARE when you choose to patronize this business. Kindness will carry you everywhere. This business should be humble and not take advantage of those that they truly depend on, that allows their business to thrive and continue to operate. "David's Mai Lai Wah" please do better. Stop treating your customers like you have the best restaurant in Chinatown.

Best Chinese delivery I've had since I moved to Philly 4 years ago. The beef with onions and bell peppers was SO GOOD! The meet was tender and there was plenty of sauce. Same goes for the General Tso's chicken, and the Walnut shrimp. Excellent food! Edit: It Was great, that one time, but I'm so insulted by my last two orders that I am changing my review. There is so much promise here, and I was excited about their food, and then I got watered down sweet and sour sauce and cold chicken, and items left off my order...

Absolutely love both the general tso shrimp and general tso chicken. Delicious!! The establishment is very clean. Panda Garden City Restaurant gets five ⭐ stars for all around great service with an extensive menu of excellent dishes prepared.

Great place for takeout! Generous portions, fast service, and friendly staff.

Highly regret spending my money on general tsos. Weird tasting balls of doigh and something that’s not chicken in 4/5 pieces. Also got bourbon chicken and that was edible

I love the fried chicken gizzards! Food is always good, and they're always super nice. I like that the chili oil is hot, not just plain.

I always get Chinese food here when ever I'm hungry and don't have food at home😀👍

First time. Sea food Soup was good. We also got chapped lobster 🦞 for 75$ I isn’t like it. Need to take out the meat with my hands and taste wasn’t much great.

Prices are a bit steep but the food I had was fantastic. Got the lobster (gingery) and the snow pea leaves (garlicky). The price per head (ie, just me) was probably higher than necessary since I splurged on the lobster after getting lucky at the roulette table. Was worth it, but the lobster could definitely be split by 2-3 people as the main protein.

this place is gas. literally the best sesame tofu i’ve ever had. i cannot stress enough how good this place is. i’d include a photo of my food, but i ate it all. 11/10.

I usually grab their steamed dumplings, unfortunately I was not the one who grabbed my food tonight (8/16/24) it was a Friday I can understand if they are busy. It seems the steamed dumplings are well over cooked on one side. It’s insane. I’m disappointed tbh but this one time won’t stop me from coming here. Again I’m a little disappointed and dissatisfied

Always hot and fresh been coming here since I was 9 , love the owners!!!!

The Staff is terrible!! I just went to get my food and was accused of being someone else who ordered the same thing and never picked it up!., They switch up their servings.. and think you won’t say anything! Then when you complain .. they raise their hands at you to shut you up!!! Unbelievable service!!! They think because they are the only Chinese Restaurant near by that they can treat people any way they want!!!… I just got cursed at in a different language because I didn’t agree !!!
