I love this place. It’s small so call ahead if you can. The Tom Kha Gai soup is an absolute must!! Everything is excellent. Let them know your spice level when you order. Sorry no pics, I just got take out this trip.

I'm leaving 2 stars because my girl liked the food, but 3 are gone because the guy that could have served us was very off putting and unprofessional. We came in dine around 1:05pm, and when we sat down after grabbing two menus, the man said he doesn't serve people after two. He just had a nasty attitude about it, like how dare we sit down for lunch before 2. I understand you close for your own lunch or to prepare for dinner service, but my girlfriend and I came in with enough time to spare for you to make us some food. Yes, she came in yesterday, and it was take out like you said, but you were nice yesterday, and today you had a stick propping you up if you know what I mean...so it makes no sense why you would embarrass us when not only did she bring you additional business but we were going to leave a fantastic review and tell our friends that live locally to come and try your food. You don't need our business, you had a full house. Instead of having a nicer delivery and telling us we can only do take out, you embarrassed us...when people were already seated. I wouldn't have normally spent the time on this but it was very unexpected to receive that treatment. We ended up going to Wendy's where we received much better service! I've been to probably 50 Thai restaurants in the last 3 or 4 years and I've always been treated with the utmost respect and never made to feel like I shouldn't be there. Maybe you should work on that or at least post a sign so people know what's up! "Only take out after 1" simple.

My normal Chinese take out place was closed today so I reluctantly found somewhere else to order from. I figured I would try Eastern Chinese since it has pretty good reviews. Well I'm glad I did because this is my new favorite place now. All the food was great and there was a lot of it. The egg rolls actually tasted like they had good cabbage inside and the crab rangoon had a nice cream cheese with chunks of crab in it. Normally when I order takeout these things taste very processed, like you can't really taste the ingredients, but this food was much better quality. I will order again.

Ordered food online, it was ready within 20 mins. The food tasted like pretty much all the other Chinese food you get. The crab rangoons were better than other places though. Place was clean, though I did takeout so I didn't sit. The staff was nice and overall, if you have a craving for Chinese food, then go here.

Disappointing food. We always try new Chinese restaurants with the hope of finding good, consistent cuisine. While the food appeared to be made well, the taste was just “not there“. We ordered Chow fun, the broad rice noodles. It had a cinnamony taste and I suspect they used a lot of five spice powder. The noodles were cooked well, but the aftertaste killed it. I ordered MaPo tofu , which is a good test of a Chinese restaurant. Everybody makes theirs differently, but despite the variations, it is often flavored well. This one had that same cinnamon taste that the chow funsuffered from. Tofu was used, as opposed to soft tofu in most restaurants, but I actually preferred it. But again, the flavor was not good. We ordered boneless spareribs. They are usually a good appetizer. These were tough and overcooked. Again, it tasted similar to the other food. If you enjoy the taste of the food, you will be blessed with consistency. You may have to drive a bit farther, but I believe there are better options within a reasonable radius.

Best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley I assure you!!! The food is consistent, always delicious and always steaming hot when we come to pick it up. Can’t recommend this enough. Truly a hidden gem.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tasty Dish, and I can't stop thinking about the amazing experience. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was made with the freshest ingredients. The flavors were bold and authentic, really capturing the essence of traditional Chinese cooking. Overall, I had an unforgettable dining experience, and I can’t wait to return! Whether you’re a fan of classic Chinese dishes or want to try something new, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

This is not your typical Chinese restaurant food. It is good and wellcrafted. Perhaps a little quirky but worth a try. There is lots of parking in the back and a ramp that brings you to the front of the building where the entry doors are. So looking for a parking place on the street is not a problem. We ordered four items since it was the first time trying the place. The price per person would have been less and we only ordered two. My usual test of a Chinese restaurant is to order MaPo tofu. Every restaurant makes it different, but it takes a skilled chef to make it flavorful. This restaurant did an excellent job. It was, perhaps, a little more oily than I like it. But it had great flavor and you could feel the Szechuan peppers. Unfortunately, I had not ordered from the restaurant and did not know that they would put sesame seeds on the teriyaki chicken and chicken fried noodles. Since one of us doesn’t eat sesame seeds it became a problem. In the future, I would know not to order without deleting the Sesame seeds. The stirfried eggplant rice bowl was delicious. Aside from the Sesame seeds, the chicken fried noodles were good. If you order them, they are Mei fun noodles, which are thinner than the typical lo mein noodles. The chicken teriyaki rice bowl was average. I didn’t think the chicken was that flavorful. I would not order it again. The menu is smaller than many Chinese restaurants, but each dish how do unique taste. It is better than a menu with 200 items many of which pretty much taste the same, which is not an uncommon theme in some takeout Chinese restaurants. There is also a dining area in the restaurant, although it is small and I think they probably do more takeout. I would recommend this place although it may take you several trips to figure out which dishes best suit your taste. There is an online ordering app, but I did not use it because it does not allow you to customize the dish (in case you want to leave off Sesame seeds.)

Got the meatloaf it was really bad it looked like dog food out of a can. They were very nice to us They replaced our meal for something better than the meatloaf. The staff was very good. The salad bar should of been filled They were out of stuff.

My family has been going to Larry's restaurants for decades. The food is always delicious, and the servers are professional and friendly. Larry still remembers my family and asks after them when he sees me. It's just one of the reasons why no corporate branch or franchise will ever compare to a mom & pop establishment.

Came here for the first time last night and was kinda disappointed since I had such high hopes. Firstly the place is nice and clean inside and the staff are very friendly. However the food was quite mediocre. You start with fresh homemade chips and salsa. The chips are thicker than other tortilla chips so it was kind hard to swallow without choking, the salsa was very good with fresh chopped onions and cilantro. For a drink I ordered a Tropical Margarita, I took one sip and it tasted like the whole drink was doused in a bottle of salt. I immediately sent it back and just got a Strawberry Smoothie which was very good. For my entree I got the Birria Burrito which I had to eat with a fork and knife since it was too soggy to pick up and eat with my hands. It was okay, not much flavor. You get a side of rice with corn which also had no flavor. My friend got the Steak Burrito Bowl (not pictured) and she thought it was okay. Although the wait staff were very nice overall I will not be returing here again.

I went here today 3/19/25 for the first time ever and I was not disappointed. They start you off with chips and salsa. I got an horchata to drink. I ordered the al pastor tacos, they came with a nice red salsa so good! And I ended with an order of churros for dessert. I'm in a food coma! This is a must go to.

This was our first experience here. It was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered a chicken empanada, the mini mofongos, Bistec with veggies and sweet plantains, and the grilled pork chops in the house creole sauce. It's a shame we are so far away. We would definitely be ordering our way through the menu. I definitely recommend stopping in here and giving something a try. It was a great experience.

The mofongo is a garlic lover’s dream. The plantain itself has great texture, but the chicharrones were rather gravel-like and tough, so I’d recommend getting a different protein. Mofongo has a tendency to be extremely dry; the one here was moist. It’s a gigantic ball of starch that’s enough for 1.5 meals. Food here is generally very good, especially for the price. They have $10 lunch specials such as the rice with a quarter of chicken. The main issues are with service. I suspect customers are not coming back because of it. By American standards, service can come across as unfriendly, uncaring, and unwelcoming. The restaurant also insists that you buy bottled water; they will deny a request for tap water. If water were $1 it’d be more acceptable, but they charge $2 for a bottle. Sure they’ll get a quick two bucks but people will feel ripped off and choose to not return.

Lehigh Pizza 0

I recently had my very first Lehigh Pizza experience as my wife and I drove through Bethlehem on the way back to Florida after spending Christmas in New York City. My wife was born in Bethlehem and lived there until her family moved when she was in middle school. She talks about the place lovingly and always mentions Lehigh Pizza when she does. She hadn't been back in decades, and I thought taking her to her old stomping grounds would be a nice treat. When I told her where we were going, she was super excited and the very first thing she did was google Lehigh Pizza to make sure it still existed. I was so happy to hear that this place that meant so much to her as a kid was still around. I was a little worried that the place might not live up to her expectations as we all have a tendency to romanticize and hold on a pedestal that which we loved as a child. I needn't have worried. It was our first stop in town and Lehigh Pizza did not disappoint. First, it's just a solid pie. Good crust, quality toppings and perfectly cooked. Second, the place has a classic old school pizzeria vibe to it with absolutely no pretense. Just what you'd expect and want from a working-class college town. Finally, the staff, particularly the manager/owner who helped us (not exactly sure of his title), was super friendly and engaging. They treated us like regulars even though nobody there had ever laid eyes on us prior to that visit. I would definitely go back for these reasons alone but wanted to share something else from our visit. When I was paying the bill, I noticed some pens in an old Lehigh Pizza coffee mug by the register. Don't typically see pizza places with their own coffee mugs for sale, but I inquired if they had any mugs for sale or any that they be willing to sell even if they didn't. I was told no initially. However, after hearing my wife was from Bethlehem and had literally grown up on Lehigh Pizza, the manager/owner offered, despite being busy, to go upstairs and look to see if he could find one. A few minutes later, he returned with a coffee mug and a Lehigh T-shirt he thought my wife might appreciate. The fact that he took the time when he could have easily said no and left it at that meant everything. Now, for the past month, my wife has enjoyed her morning coffee or tea every day from her Lehigh Pizza mug, sometimes while wearing her Lehigh Pizza t-shirt. It is a little piece of home and absolutely her new prized possession. Thank you, Lehigh Pizza and keep up the good work. I see you all will be celebrating 50 years in business this year. Congratulations and here's to 50 more.

Brick was closed so decided to give this place a shot after many recommendations. We got a medium plain 14”, 10 wings, and garlic knots for a total of $45. The pizza unfortunately was undercooked, the sauce bland, and the dough was soggy in the center and a thick rubber sponge cake everywhere else. The wings were all so tiny I couldn’t help but laugh when I opened them (a little smaller than my thumb). Idk where they found these anemic chickens but $18 for 10 of these is highway robbery. The garlic knots were good though.

I love Limon! The owners are super welcoming, and the food is always on point. Every dish and dessert hits the spot, and their vegetarian and gluten-free options are solid. I highly recommend the meze platter and lentil soup. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

BYOB Turkish spot. Staff recommended the chicken kebap and it was indeed the best bite of the meal, so order that: juicy from the salt in the marinade with lots of charred bits. The mezze’s strength lies in the fire-grilled flavors of the eggplant.

This place was great! The food was absolutely delicious. We had chicken and waffles, a French toast special and yummy cappuccinos. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Our server, Shauna, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't let the crowds discourage you. We went on a Sunday at 1:00 (they close at 3), and it was very crowded. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes, but it was only 15 minutes. It was well worth the wait!!!

More than a diner! - great place for a unique, high quality breakfast or lunch. There are a lot of interesting dishes and delicious drinks. I got a special chocolate and strawberry latte, and it was delicious. This place is also known for their eggs benedict - I got the southwest one, and it was very good. Great place overall and definitely recommend it.

The paneer nann was really good freshly made. I would highly recommend it. I also got the chicken tikka masala it was made with white chicken meat and that added to making it dry. I got the hot spice level and it was as hot as a hot cheeto. Overall okay 👍

2024: We tried this restaurant out for mother's day. It was quite good. One of few Indian buffets left in the area. The selections were varied and quite tasty. The atmosphere was ok, there were issues with the music cutting out. Not certain what was going on. Overall we had a great time though and plan to go there again.

The food is Thaimazing! Very friendly and kind Mom & Pop Restaurant that serves delicious Halal Thai food. 😋 You can request your spicy level from 1 to 10. The must-have special drink that Yaseen (owner) recommended was Thai Iced Tea, which was refreshing and had the right amount of sweetness. We ordered the Royale Tom Yum soup and had Fried Rolls 🍲 and they both were full of flavor. The entree of Pineapple Fried rice was savory! Thai Halal has made me a customer for life, and I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu. They also offer Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and more. Definitely recommend Green Curry with chicken 👌

I had Shrimp Pad Thai with Spring Rolls. It was delicious. The serving of Pad Thai was huge. I couldn't finish it all. The owners, a husband wife couple were very friendly. They engaged in conversation and it made for a great experience. I've been looking for a great Thai restaurant and I found it. Not gonna say it's glamorous at all but to me it seems that they want to prepare a great meal for you. I will definitely be going there again.
