Food was fire as always! always super hot, always super fresh always spot on they never miss! this is my number one spot in New Britain hands down.and trust I tried them them all definitely top tier compared to the competition.

Me and my fience thought it would be nice to try a Chinese restaurant since where new to being here in new britain and let me tell you.. the lady with the black hair has the worst attitude of all. On top of it the rice tasted burnt. And the chicken was so spicy I couldn't even eat it... we honestly threw our whole entire meal in the trash 🗑 Remind you I ordered Sesame chicken with no sesame and pork fried rice. The rice looked like Spanish rice and no pork. Never has sesame chicken and it be spicy... most of all this lady customer service was not it from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out... if I could give this place a 0 star I would (but in order to leave a review I have to give a star)

This is the best Chinese food in New Britain!!!! I’m originally from Bristol this is mine and my families favorite Chinese food spot! Everything is so jam packed full of flavor! I’m also very pregnant and often crave Chinese food and this just blows doors on all other Chinese food around here!!! Totally recommend any day or night!!

Where to start with new china..... 1st of all there place stinks walking out of there I felt like I caught COVID!!!!!I had to wash all my clothes!!!! Food was cold only rice was hot and egg roll, i try not to order too much from there I only go there when I'm in a pinch But I don't think I'll be going there anymore. And to top it off I went hungry I sat my bag on the table in such disgust /dismay that I didn't even touch my food, bag sat out all night! I don't know what happened to this place they used to be good!

The worst Chinese restaurant in New Britain Just moved here and ordered twice from here. The 1st was the wrong order. They gave me some small fried dumpling things saying it's sweet and sour chicken. When I ordered Garlic Chicken and pork fried rice. This time I had to take a stand. This is supposed to be Garlic Chicken and fried rice. Chinese are famous for garnishing their food and look at this for $12.00 and the taste is barely palatable. Once bitten twice shy. They won't catch me again.

The oil he uses to fry things smells and taste funny. Don't order food from here. It's empty for a reason

First of all, if I order delivery and pay for it, it’s for a reason. I have a special needs adult and cannot step out at times. I placed an order for chicken teriyaki. Not asking for much. I called because the chicken was burnt and the rice was uncooked. No flavor whatsoever. I call back and the guy I talk to says, if you want a new order you have to pick it up. I tell him my situation. After debating back and forth with him, to bring me another order. He says: I hope you tipped the driver good, because now I have to send him back. Tipped him $5 btw What kinda customer service is this!! I called back and told him I did not want the order. That I was not gonna ever order from here again. If you show no compassion from my situation, then you do not deserve my money or time.

I've ordered from Chinese Kitchen New Britain around less than 10 times now. Each time, their prices end up changing despite me ordering for the same stuff. I get Singapore MiFeng, Sesame Chicken Combo with Fried dumplings. Usually, all of that comes around $20+. But just recently, I ended up paying $40 bucks for the same stuff minus the dumplings and gave the driver a 10 dollar tip out of pressure from the lady on the phone. Shes also stated that if the Singapore MiFeng is separated, its $18+. same goes if you were to get the Sesame chicken combo separate, its yhe same price, and they dont take orders under $20 bucks? So if thats how you act realistically, you lose money and a customer. Thats the behavior you'll be met with if thats how you'll act towards your customers. Business is Business, this I understand. But to haggle your regulars for tips is a step closer to losing regulars. Safe to say their prices randomly increase and decrease based on who's in the kitchen and who picks up the phone. Most of the time I'll get a man who's sometimes short tempered and very little patience I have picked up from him. I wouldn't recommend trying this place out yet or at all for that matter unless moral improves in the workplace and for how they engage with customers over the phone. 2/5 stars.
