The Fairgrounds Hotel
It was good, had reservations. Didn't wait at all. Waiter was nice and attentive. Some of the tables were a little close together but overall it was cool. 👍👍
We've been disappointed by many Seafood establishments in the past but the Fairgrounds Hotel impressed us. Nice portions, great menu, delicious food!
Henry's Salt of the Sea
This is definitely a hidden gem. I absolutely enjoyed my meal. The vibe was great, and it was well lit while still keeping its romanticism flare. The food was out in a timely manner, and they did not have you waiting odd times to bring out your dish. The drinks were good, and the cocktail mixes were tasty. I didn't feel like they were stiffing you. The portion sizes were very reasonable for the price that you paid. The dishes were running a $35 and up price range, and it did not disappoint. There is off the street parking so please be ready to find parking or rideshare over. (Especially if you consume alcohol) Dont forget to make your reservations! I would definitely recommend this hidden gem and I will be back another time.
They deserve all 5 stars. I’ve been going to Henry’s for years and have never once been disappointed. Always 2 thumbs up and a smile on my face. One of my personal favorites in the Lehigh Valley and a must try if you have never been there. Best lemon drop martini in the area. From the drinks to the meals, they hit the nail on the head every time.
Cali Burrito
This is well worth the stop! My shrimp burrito was delicious and large! My wife enjoyed her salad and the quesadillas were very cheesy! They have a salsa bar that was very good. The only downside was the chip we’re ok and don’t bother with the guacamole because I didn’t get much. Service was friendly. You order at the counter and they bring it
Was visiting from another state with my friend who was buying car parts and we accidentally found this place. Huge parking lot! Beautifully decorated and painted interior gives it such a fun and awesome vibe! I had the Santa Barbara chicken tacos combo! One of the most densely packed with chicken tacos I’ve ever had! I could tell the good quality of the chicken they use with every bite! AMAZING! The tortilla chips they came with were also really thick, delicious, not too salty or oily, just perfect, went well with the salsas they they had at the salsa bars! Even the salsas were great! My only mistake was not taking another combo to go for later that night! Hands down one of the best burrito/taco and more, sportive ever been to! The wall art full of cool stickers and more, which were all over the walls all around the place had me feeling like I was on some kind of awesome adventure while eating! Genius!
China House II
They have the BEST sushi in Lehigh Valley hands down!!! They are so KIND and COURTEOUS and really good hearted people 🥰 May God continue to bless them all ❤️
Always welcoming and kind to me. I'm able to order, sit down to a peaceful meal and head back to class within 30 minutes. Don't miss out on authentic cooking.
Little Miss Korea
I've only eaten here twice so far but the food is really good. The dumplings are amazing. The photo is of their "lunchbox" I got today. It was delicious and enough food for me to make 2 meals out of
This was my first time trying this restaurant. We almost walked away without ordering, after not being acknowledged for 5 minutes. Our kids got very restless standing there waiting. A simple, "We'll be right with you", would have been appreciated. My wife and I both ordered Bibimbap and Mandu dumplings. I got the beef and she got the chicken. The chicken had an off taste I thought, but the beef was good. Similar to steak sandwich meat. The plates were heavy and the amount of food was good. The dumplings came with a house dipping sauce that was vinegar based, not the typical soy sauce. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would eat there again. Hopefully get a greeting next time.
Eastern Gourmet
To say that we’re regulars to Eastern Gourmet would be an understatement. This is definitely one of our favorite dining out restaurants in the area. The food is excellent, the portions substantial, and the prices very reasonable. And the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. Can’t go wrong here!
Extremely quick service! Food was delicious and fresh. Hot and sour soup and general tso's actually had some spice and flavor, which I enjoyed because not many places add enough spice! They also had one of the best pork gyoza I've ever had! We will definitely be returning!
Kim's Kitchen
Enjoyed dinner with my family at Ms. Kim's Korean restaurant serves authentic, delectable meals. A worthwhile stop for those nearby. Friendly service and reasonable prices are an added bonus. Ms. Kim's is a hidden gem of PA ❤️
would recommend this to anyone!! perfect home cooked meal. not ideal for bigger groups since it's run by one person, but if it's four or less people i would definitely try Kim's. only water for drinks which i didn't mind.
THAI DINER RESTAURANT
I was a bit surprised by the unique and special interior, considering it’s a Thai restaurant, but it had a very distinctive personality. As per the reviews I read before going, the food was generally delicious. Pad Thai was a little bit too sweet but was delicious. The Thai ice tea was really good at the end for refreshing even though I was really full. Our server was very friendly and professional. She was very lovely.
Extremely large portions. Quite good, especially for the area. The food feels tailored towards the American palate, which should be a good thing for most customers: sweeter and greasier than typical of Thai food.
Mr. Wonton
This is the first time I have ordered from this restaurant. My impression is that the restaurant is very clean, the decoration space is very cozy and beautiful. Staff is very enthusiastic, hospitable and happy. In addition, I only need to wait 15 minutes for food to take home. In my opinion, the dish has a slightly bland taste (depending on personal taste), it will be great if you eat it with soy sauce. I am satisfied with this order.
I absolutely loved their shrimp lo mein! It's been a challenge to find a place that makes it just perfect. The flavor is on point and they don't overcook the noodles like other places. The shrimp tasted fresh. I also love their wonton soups and eggrolls.
Sumo Sushi and Japanese Fusion
The food was quite tasty and arrived quickly even though it was a holiday. Be aware that they don't do their lunch specials on special days like holidays. We didn't know at first, but told us when we were seated and it was fine. They have a good menu and prices are good ($4.95 for an avocado roll as of this review). I got the sushi combo B. It was very tasty but I'll tell you that the rice for the sushi was sweeter than I'm used to. It wasn't bad or anything, but it's something to be aware of if you're particular about your sushi rice.
The most amazing sushi. Options for hibachi (not table side) if your loved ones don't do sushi also. Standard going rates for pricing, beautiful presentation, clean and modern atmosphere. The sumo namesake roll is fantastic.
Carrabba's Italian Grill
I think this was my second time at Carrabas. I made it just in time for happy hour. So their deals were great. I got the pomegranate martini, which was one of the best. The charcuterie board was flavorful and discounted during happy hour. The server was good. The red orange margarita was very nice. The appetizers were worth it. I will definitely be back!
A.J. was a fine waiter. We appreciated the offers he brought to our attention which we took advantage of. More families could share great entrees with the $10 deal and make their week easier.
Osaka Asian Fusion Cuisine
Love the food!! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The tuna tartare was a highlight—so tasty and perfectly plated. The appetizers, like the skewers, were also delicious. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy, stylish vibe. If you’re looking for great sushi and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must-try!
I have been here many times and didn't know how I forgot to leave a rating. This is a family owned and operated business with some of the tastiest Asian food around. Because it's family owned the food is consistent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. This place is a must try. If you're visiting the Lehigh Valley for the Parks or a local looking for simply delicious food. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
