Los Dos Molinos 0

As my loyal, dedicated followers know, my purpose in life is to find the world’s best chimichanga. That quest has led me here, to Los Dos Molinos on Camelback Rd. On the universal 13 point scale of chimichanga deliciousness, this chimi scored a respectable 10 1/2. The tortilla came out a little burnt, and the chimichanga was definitely on the smaller side. The green sauce was quite good, and I liked the whole pinto beans instead of the refried beans. Train up your fryer people, invite me back, and I’ll edit my review. Until then, my search for the best chimichanga in the world continues.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. A friend introduced me to the place and I became a regular while I was there for work. Their margaritas are incredibly potent without realizing it. I enjoy the frozen prickly pear. They have the traditional New Mexico green and red sauces. They get truck loads of Hatch chilies durning the season and then roast them on site. There they freeze it for the year. It is my favorite of all Hatch sauces I have tired and recommend it. Their chimichanga is perfect. Every place I try now is compared to theirs. Lastly the manger is truly amazing. I had not been there a year and asked how I was and remembered my order. I have planed work trips around getting food here and it is well worth the stop if you are in the area.

I love this place, it’s my go to Thai restaurant, I usually get the stir frys especially the pepper garlic or basil with chicken. I also love their yellow curry, fried rice, and Tom yum soup :) My boyfriend loves their orange chicken. Another plus is that this place is calm and not too busy so I’m not overstimulated with a bunch of people or noise

We ordered take out tonight since we didn’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back. We ordered green curry with chicken and drunken noodles with beef - which I’ve had both many times at different restaurants. The curry is literally green (see photo). I’ve never seen any establishment that would put green food coloring in green curry before. It was shocking to open our meal to see green chicken pieces, definitely ruined our appetite. The drunken noodle was subpar and the beef was so tough we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing dinner.

This is a good fusion spot. The bao appetizer was not the best. The chicken was delicious and cooked well, but the Korean pork and the pork belly were fried to a flavor limiting crisp. The XO Noodles and the Orange Chicken were delicious and a great marriage of spice and fresh ingredients.

We were on a road trip driving through Phoenix and stopped by this place since it has decent rating eye catching food pics. However we ended up disappointed. The food was mediocre to bad. There was a lack of flavor in all the main dishes, but the calamari fries were especially salty. There was a sign that says “voted best ramen in Arizona” by some newspaper in the front of the store, so we got excited and ordered a ramen. If this tonkotsu ramen bowl were the best in Arizona then I feel bad for the state of Arizona. The broth was bland and the meat was so dry. The cocktail was pretty good though, bravo to the bartenders! Service was nice but slow. We were late on our itinerary so we tried to eat fast and continue our trip, but after we finished eating, our waitress was no where to be found. We waited for a whole 10 minutes before we coud hand her our card, then another 5 minutes to get it back

I'm so glad they now do catering! Every time we want Chinese, this is where we'll be ordering from. Everything tasted so fresh and "real" if that makes sense. Everyone described the food as Chinese food that takes it up several notches. We tried several things, and everything was so tasty. Even the crab rangoon, which can sometimes just taste like canola oil and cream cheese. These were full of crab flavor and perfectly fried. The bao buns held up nicely for catering, the mushroom dumplings tasted healthy and fresh, and the chicken dishes were so good. The sesame chicken had delicious veggies and the almond chicken was crispy but not dry, with lots of slivered almonds and a savory gravy. Delicious! It's been so difficult to find decent Chinese food in the city, so I'm so glad we tried them today. Highly recommend.

So many tasty dishes, here! And the service was outstanding! Megan was our server and took her time helping us choose dishes for our large party. The bartender was also wonderful and made us some Red Dragon shots that went down so smooth! The food came out so quick. My favorite dishes were the Lo Mien, which is a bit on the salty side, but I like that, and the chicken wontons! The chicken wontons had a chili soy sauce that was very savory. I don’t like spicy and this was just very flavorful. Also you can’t go wrong with the fried rice!! Highly recommend checking it out!

We recently moved back to Hampton Roads and have been looking for a good Chinese spot. We have found it in Wong Kwok! The staff are so sweet and cheerful, the food comes out very timely and the food is phenomenal; honestly, one of the best egg rolls I've ever tasted! The hot n sour soup hit the spot and the Moo Goo Gai Pain is delicious! We will definitely be back for more!

Messed up my order and then told me I told her the wrong thing yet made sure to charge me the equivalent of what I originally ordered. Very upset with the quality of customer service and I will never order from this place again I would rather cook at home.

THE BEST PAD THAI IVE EATEN AND I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO PICKY WITH MY PAD THAI. I’ve tried SOOOOOOO many in the entire city and this is THE BEST! Even the egg drop soup is so creamy and FULL of egg. I’m OBSESSED! My daughter got a he chicken with steamed rice and came with two dumplings! 🥟 seriously the best food I’ve had.

The food here was delicious! We ordered several dishes, and everyone was very pleased with both the generous portions and the incredible flavors. Each plate was satisfying, making for a great dining experience.

This was extremely disappointing. This is not fried rice, this is rice pudding with some cheap chicken nuggets and some sauce! I asked for a scrambled egg on my order and didn’t get that either! It’s ashame that I can’t put a zero star because that would be the more accurate rating.

Really good food, we got the sesame chicken and spicy peanut chicken rice bowls with their fries. The fries were unique and tasty, the bowls came delivered still super hot with crispy chicken and really delicious rice

Chef Billy whips up the tastiest Asian cuisine in San Antonio! The quality and effort he puts into each dish can be tasted in every bite. Billy does not settle for complacency when it comes to his kitchen and the dishes he pushes out clearly reflect that. I definitely recommend Ou Mami’s, there is a menu item for everyone’s taste buds!

If I could rate this higher I would. The Orange Chicken was perfectly battered, the sauce was DIVINE! Not too sweet but full of flavor, and to me it tasted more natural rather than artificial. Fried rice was on point and so flavorful! Definitely ordering again SOON!!!

So after eyeing the photos of food from this restaurant, I finally made a trip down to Indian School Rd. Honestly, I was prepared for my mouth to not fulfill the promise made by my eyes, because how could their food taste as good as it looked?? Let me get to the bottom line: this is the restaurant I’ve been looking for since moving here from the Bay Area. Coming to Phoenix from what is arguably a Mecca for Asian flavors has been… disappointing and challenging. Reathray Sekong was exactly what I was missing and frankly I left the restaurant with what can only be described as gratitude that they are in operation. Do not be fooled by the humble location! The restaurant is charming inside with great service (by a young man with an epic mustache) as well as spotless plates and silverware (fork/metal chopstick). It’s also worth noting the climate control was fine with temp outside at 108. I had student noodles w/ shrimp and the bbq plate - both were fantastic. Flavors were fragrant and complex with no heavy handed use of salts or sugars. Meats were not conspicuously fatty but were moist and really flavorful. Textures in the noodle dish were varied through use of herbs and crisp cabbage. Finely minced Thai chili was provided to me on request for some heat but most will probably not need/want. Only made it halfway through the two dishes, so portion sizes are generous. Check came to 39, a bargain in my opinion. Can’t wait to go back and try some of their seafood dishes. Thank you Reathray Sekong!👍🙏😀

The food is so good here! I usually get the student noodles or the lemongrass soup, but recently we had the curry soup and the green mango fish. The flavors are beautifully balanced and feel like home cooking. I think more people would eat here if they knew about it.

Wow I'm so glad I tried this place out! I was interested in the different style of food they offer and the pictures looked fantastic. I wasn't expecting it to be a food hall with very little seating and the area it's in is a bit sketchy. Aside from that the way you ordered was pretty neat and the food was phenomenal. I got the spicy chicken tacos, side of noodles, fried dumplings, and Thai tea. So fresh and appealing to the eye. I look forward to trying more of their menu!

My order was via Doordash so I cannot speak for the service or atmosphere but the food was delicious! The Nachos and Pad Thai were amazing! Will definitely try again next time I'm in San Antonio.

YOSHI’S: Passable eats minus the complimentary egg roll. My teriyaki chicken bowl was just okay - not bad, but nothing special. But at 8 bucks plus a tip for a (small) bowl, a complementary egg roll wouldn’t have been too big an ask. Amirite? The interior of Yoshi’s is thirsty for an update but is very clean, while the exterior looks run down and in need of a shiny new box of nails and fresh coat of paint. Fun fact: most modern eggroll recipes don’t use eggs!

This food is fast but wasn’t really appetizing for what I ordered, chicken was over cooked and too overpowering with the sauce. Served was courteous and pleasant. They call you by a number verses your name!

The food was amazing . Crispy Gyoza Bao Hot and Sour Soup with Tofu All of the flavors were such a treat. The place was clean and very calm. To access parking is a bit of a headache, and you have to make sure you scan the QR code found the the MuSe garage.

Second time I’ve been to this place, and I’m already craving to go back. We ordered the Veggie Gyoza, Spicy Udon Mein and HK Typhoon Style Claypot. These dishes were cooked and flavored flawlessly. I find that many restaurants don’t cook tofu well but Mifan has the best tofu I’ve ever had. I also enjoy the chill atmosphere, staff was nice and their food is very affordable. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Phoenix!
