Windchimes Chinese Restaurant

Great service. Many menu options, including Thai and other flavor- influenced options. Recommend Hot and Sour soup and Chef Specialties.

Sadly, my take out order was not good. I had a broccoli and shrimp lunch dish which was mainly broccoli with only 5 shrimp with no flavor, not even salt in the “white sauce”. The fried rice was dry and it did not taste fresh. It was disappointing. I’m not coming back…

Panda Express

718reviews

Pretty much on par for a good Panda Express. We love this location. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t use white meat in the dishes labeled “chicken breast.” Today they did and the food was on point! Thanks guys

This place almost never disappoints. The place was packed, but we were served really fast. All the employees were nice and we didn't have to wait for them to make what we wanted. Orange chicken is the best or course, and the kids ate all of theirs, I was hoping to get some extra. Guess I need to start getting extra for everyone.

Blue Ginger Asian Fusion Bistro

I’ve been coming to Blue Ginger for over a decade now and finally thought to leave a review for the years of great service they have given! These pictures are just my most recent meals, but I’ve been lucky to try almost every dish on their menu and everything thing is phenomenal and my favorites are always consistent. My last meal I had - Crispy Red Snapper: I order this almost every time and it is my favorite and what I think is one of their very best dishes! Crispy, a little spicy, always delicious, full of complimentary flavors. - Fire Wok (pictured): Thai curry lobster, shrimp, scallops and more. All of the seafood is given in hearty and plentiful amounts. It’s a pretty spicy one, but I couldn’t stop eating it! Delicious. - Octopus sashimi: I order this every time, and every time it is fresh, perfect consistency, plated beautifully. - Thai Spring Rolls: I could eat a bucket of these. Crispy on the outside, packed full on the inside. Always a great meal with quick, professional service and in probably over fifty meals at least here, I don’t think they have ever once screwed up an order—which is insane, because we’re all human and it happens but wow, they are on point! Thanks Blue Ginger, for always being solid and yummy. I look forward to my birthday Sushi Boat here every year!

Singapore Shrimp noodles. Not from this area at all but craving noodles and dumplings. Tried it because of the reviews and WAS NOT disappointed. I am so glad I tried it and I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

Fiery Sky Asian Kitchen

Conveniently located in the Bethel Center with a clean and cozy dining room. Out food arrived promptly and was hot and fresh. We had lunch specials of sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian chicken. Both came with soup and fried rice. Fried rice basic with only egg noted as mix in, but lots of good flavor and rice was fluffy and tender. The crab rangoon was crispy and LOADED with crab. Pork egg rolls were also crispy and not greasy. We'll return to try some of their more unique offerings next time. Definitely worth trip!

Authentic delicious Chinese cuisine! When you go into a Chinese restaurant and you can hear the sound of the wok from the kitchen, it's definitely a good sign and it is the case of this restaurant. The food is very delicious with full of "wok chi" (the intense heat infused into the food by the wok and the very strong flame of the stove). "Wok chi" can bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. The pan fried dumpling was spot on. The level of pan fry is just right and the filling inside is still very moist. The taste of the pan fried rice noodle was wonderful. If you want me to be super picky, it would be even better if the color could be darker a little bit, and the moisture of the noodle to increase a bit. But all in all, the noodle is very tasty. Clean restaurant. Friendly staffs. Definitely recommend it.

Ko Sheng

This has been my favorite Chinese Restaurant for over 15 years! They’re food always tastes amazing, they’re very polite and know how to make good food. Anything they fry is always the perfect consistency, crunchy but still soft, and I think that’s what I love the most. In the pictures I took is a combo meal of General Tso’s Chicken, with egg fried rice and an egg roll. That’s another thing, I’ve never liked egg rolls until I started coming here. They also deliver to your home which is something most Chinese restaurants don’t do, and they’ve done it for at least the 15 years I’ve ordered from them and consistently arrived on time within 30 minutes of ordering it. The shop is small, it’s a hole in the wall gem, located in a shopping mall you’d probably never consider turning into because the shops around it, in my opinion, aren’t anything special, besides maybe the Pizza Hut next door. I’m surprised I didn’t already review this location, since it is definitely the best Chinese food I’ve had in Ohio, but if you’ve never been here you definitely need to try. The staff are also of Chinese descent, which is awesome because obviously they cook the best Chinese food being that they’re Chinese. Their prices are awesome and low, the amounts are more than enough, and the quality is amazing. The meal I bought costed me $10.75 and I ordered it specifically with egg fried rice. Another thing about that, the pieces of egg are bigger than other egg fried rice I’ve had at other Chinese shops, which is also a plus!

Not satisfactory. Portions are laughable. Paid $9 for a lunch price. Very small portion of chicken for the price. Ridiculous. Literally give the smallest napkin with so much grease on the food. Tried it right after they handed it to me. Cold chicken even colder broccoli. Will not be a repeat customer. Literally no one in here in the middle of the day the phone doesn’t ring. Obviously noted. There’s cutting corners, and then there’s going out of your way to make sure you don’t get any repeat customers. The cashier was rude and gave me a different price than the menu said and then changed the price. For someone who works there a long time it is a surprise that you would quote a higher price and then change to the menu price after I politely ask if the price had changed from the current menu. Rice tastes like it was reheated in oil that was reused who knows how many times. Will not be coming back. Guess customer satisfaction is not important to this restaurant. Literally frozen food that is reheated at home tastes a thousand times better and the portions and price don’t compare.

Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant

I ordered chicken fried rice, I received white chunk onion rice with I think boiled chicken. The chicken texture and flavor reminds me of what’s left after you make chicken stock and didn’t get all the meat off the bones. It was hot so it had to hit some type of heating element, can you boil premade fried rice? It seems like if there was any flavor they tried their best to remove it before selling it.

We ordered crab rangoons, General Tsos Chicken with fried rice and sweet and sour chicken with white rice. Food was delicious, sweet and sour chicken was crunchy, light and tasty. General Tsos Chicken was full of flavor. Our total bill was $32 and after placing the order over the phone, food was ready within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

China Jade

114reviews

China Jade serve Chinese and Vietnamese food either to dine in or carryout. Their food is amazing. Their lunch portions are incredibly sized and deliciously impactful. I’ve gotten the General Tso Chicken and it’s gets tastier every time. The interior decor compliments the cultures that China Jade services. Free parking in front of the restaurant. Maybe limited depending on the time you go. The staff are very friendly and serviceable. Decent prices.

The food was old. I got General sol chicken it was soggy and the rice was dry with no flavor. The lo mein noodles were super dry stuck together, no vegetables no flavor overall a horrible experience please do not eat here and then they did not want to give me my money back.

China Garden Buffet

488reviews

They kept the buffet clean and restocked, brought and refilled drinks quickly. Large variety of good quality options! I really liked the ginger chicken, peanut chicken, perfectly cooked and sauced broccoli, fresh long green beans, coconut shrimp, fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce, strawberry cake dessert squares, and tea. We thought it was a very good buffet! Bathroom soap dispenser needs replaced, and I wasn't into the crab rangoon. Otherwise it's an excellent Chinese buffet.

I've eaten here off and on for years. It's always been one of the best Chinese buffets I've experienced and the people are nice. I had the fried rice and orange chicken. For desert I enjoy a small piece of cake and strawberry ice cream. It was good. My only complaint is that I don't live closer to visit more often :)

New Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant

For the price this place is one of the better secrets in town. Large portions I rarely finish in one seating. Wor su gai with breaded chicken is very good. The fried rice is above average. The orange chicken broth completes the dish. I will caution you that you really need to ask for hot oil and soy sauce to get the best taste combination. Wonton soup is average at best, but the taste is enough to satisfy. $9 or less with can of soda. I get takeout here with my co worker at least once a month.

Me and my son came in for lunch. They took our order right away and it was done in about 10 minutes. We ordered a sesame chicken combo, sweet and sour chicken combo, a small wonton soup, one egg roll two sodas…the best thing about our meal was our drinks. He likes his wonton soup, and the rice was just ok. But we the last picture below is how much food we threw away. The flavor (when there was any) was weird/off and even my son said he does not want to try this place again.

Asian Star China Buffet

1019reviews

I have tried a lot of buffets but this place knocks it out it out of the park. The food is always full of flavor and they keep the food adequately hot and plentiful. The only small complaints that keep it from a five star. There egg rolls are very bland and greasy. The won tons for the wonton soup are always looking a bit old. The broth is good and makes up for it, but the wonton has no substance. I also think the napkins are way to thin for an all you can eat buffet that can get messy. Bonus points for the dessert selection. Lots to choose from. You have your choice of cookies, cake, fruits, pudding, jello and much more. But I always finish my dining experience with a rainbow sherbet on a cone. Dinner with a drink is $20. Not too bad for an all you eat dinner buffet. I will return.

$12.95 for a weekday lunch. Quick and easy lunch option for a group of people on different diets. In and out in less than an hour. They had tables prepared for groups. They had no problem providing a separate check for each individual. Friendly staff, but they did not clear used plates quickly. Food seemed fresh around noon on Tuesday. Typical Chinese buffet spread. There are a variety of stir fried chicken and pork dishes. There are also sushi, soups, dim sum, pizza, dumplings, and egg rolls. Sweets include mini cakes, cake rolls, cookies, chocolate pudding, ice cream, and fruit. Vegetarian options include a small salad bar, fried potato wedges, onion rings, fried breads, fried rice and noodles, white rice, stir fried green beans, stir fried mushrooms, spring rolls, steamed broccoli. Wish they had tofu. They did put up a Christmas tree which was nice. The old lanterns are dusty.

Amazing Wok Chinese

74reviews

Don’t be fooled by the low ratings. If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, come here! We love its excellent fast service, delicious and generous food portions, and clean environment. You can even taste “wok hei.” We will definitely come back again.

Food was great if you love spicy Hunan style. They have only one waitress to help out the whole restaurant, overall service is good but she can be busy all the time! Restaurant is clean but small. You have to make a reservation if you have a large group of people.

HC Way

A great American Chinese fast food restaurant. The place was clean. Their service was fast. Their entree had a large size with a low price. I ordered create your own stir fry coming with chicken, fried rice and 6 veggies. The sauce was bland but veggies and fried rice improved the taste a lot. It is not an authentic Chinese restaurant but a good and cheap fast food place.

This was my first visit to a HC and I was very excited! However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was berated by an employee for not having done the online order correctly. I was told I should have ordered the create your own for cashew chicken instead of making an allergy substitute, like I had done with the Kung Pao order. In fact, there was no option for a create your own cashew anything. It was clear the employees understood my intent by telling me I had done it correctly the one way. They never used the phone number or email I’d provided. I was informed, loudly and embarrassingly, in front of customers and employees alike, that I had made a mistake and they decided not to bother making modifications. I was directed to where utensils were (they were out) but all the employees had walked away and kept their backs to me when I tried to get their attention. This is my last visit as well, for obvious reasons.
