Best King China
Best place to stop and get fried rice. We have been coming here for years and it is just as good as the first time. The Staff here are so friendly! I enjoy stopping here when I can. Totally worth the 50 mile drive to Dallas.
Service was very good the Chinese lady I spoke w was beyond nice I mean food came out perfect thank you thank you thank you combination fried rice was so delicious
Peking Kitchen
Peking Kitchen at 1710 Norman Dr, Dallas, TX 75211 This is a small buffet that starts around 11:00 am and is very inexpensive đ” It a simple buffet with no thrill, decent foodđ„Ąđ„ đ The service staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a easy place to walk in and order some food or sit down for a quick buffet. Did I mention the affordable price for this meal đ There are a lot of parking spaces around this restaurant, seating inside the restaurant is limited. Now for a quick meal in the Oak Cliff area, that want hurt your pockets. You should think about eating at Peking Kitchen đđ
Is a nice little restaurant to come eat at the food's extremely reasonable. I would recommend anybody on a budget to come here and eat.. You will not be disappointed
Lucky Rice
Tried it for the first time and was not disappointed. The food portions are great! They have a good lunch special for $8.99 and dinner is $12.99. Each meal comes with an egg roll. Sesame chicken was really good and so was the combination rice. Pepper steak had a good sauce to it. Will definitely be coming back.
I got the Tofu with vegetable & Kung Pao sauce. Delicious & very reasonably priced! I am a vegetarian, and inquired ahead of time to make sure there wasnât going to be any fish sauce or something in the vegetarian items. The lady at the counter went & talked to the cooks, to ensure that everything was going to be good for me. And it was delicious!
China Wok
Received a recommendation to try this place as I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food. Pros: They have a special after 8 pm (the line was LONG), large portions (enough to feed multiple people) & options to choose from. Cons: The area & atmosphere were both a NO for me, especially at night. Would not return. Out of everything ordered, their broccoli was the best. It was good & seasoned well.
This place is not fancy at all, but the people and the food is good and fresh. 8pm is when the specials hit, and there is always a line for the specials. I like that I can order on Uber and doordash too. Good to know in case your not familiar with the area.
New China Town
Food has been so good I always get the oranges chicken it had been a hit or miss in the past but last dozen times I have been getting it HAS BEEN SO GOOD LOVE THIS PLACE been ordering here since I was 10 years old . Prices have gone up a bit due to needing to in turn of the economy is now a days but you get so much food to share between 2-3 people New China town always has a place in my stomach â€ïž
Afterour meal my friends phone had falling out of her purse. We had called the restaurant to see if they would look for it . We parked right in front . The Manager could not go outside to check if it was there. I say could not, more like would not. I just wanted to send out a Thank you for showing me, us that you do not care about your customers. I really find that your customer service skills lack empathy. As a manager you are setting a example to your employee's. This is what is wrong in the world. Again, thanks for your help.
China Village
My family and I have been patronizing this little gem for probably 15 years now, and we think it is the best Chinese food in "The Cliff"! The food is prepared in an open kitchen when you order it, and you can see the cook doing it. ALL the veggies are chopped FRESH daily and there are LOTS of them in everything you order. No skimping on the meat, either! The owners are friendly, and greet everyone with a smile! Just what you'd expect from a little classic hole in the wall place! Great food at great prices for generous portions! Don't expect a lot of fancy decor or a 5 star wait staff. Their focus is on friendly, fast service at great prices, and they have lots of regulars. Truly a hidden gem!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I found a dead roach sitting at the bottom of my food today and I've seen them inside the restaurant as well. I was refunded my money but insects of that nature...in food? It is unacceptable and I would be wrong for not saying something about it and warning others not to eat here. If you do, buyer beware. The elderly owners that were here before I never had this problem but the new owners have I'm sure have let this go on for quite some time. I'm sorry but somebody has to say something to keep the public safe if they aren't going to do it.
Asia Wok
These people stand around and look at you knowing that you need to order laziness at this restaurant. Not like theyâre doing any thing! Service is the worst and they could smile đ for goodness sake.
I ordered fried beef noodles and hot sour soup. Noodles are is delicious while the hot sour soup is fine. I am at Dallas for only one day and asked the owner for recommendations. Owner is very kind and wrote down 3 nearby attractions for me to explore in walking distance.
Panda Chinese Food
Whoever gave this place anything less than 4.5 is a whiner. Shout out to the person who said this is the fried rice youâve been looking for. $10 and enough delicious food to feed probably 4 children or 2 adults. I felt like I was in the economy we used to have. Thank you so much. 10/10 delicious food. They could raise prices and I wouldnât even be mad. If not for the location, Iâm sure this place would be famous but for now it seem to be the best kept secret in the DFW Irving area.
Went to grab lunch for my husband and I . The very first bite I found a hair. A very long hair tangled in sesame chicken. The new staff don't wear hair nets or anything . They stand over the food with loose hair swinging. We definitely won't be back
Chicken N Things
I ordered the orange chicken combo which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. They have some of the best orange chicken I have tried so far, I seriously like it a lot. I love the sweetness, and how it's mixed with red and green bell peppers and onions. The rice is also good along with the egg roll. The rice was seasoned perfectly and the egg roll was crispy.
The cashier was very nice and patient with us as this was our first time here. She explained the menu well and we will definitely be back!!!
Ming Place China Bistro
Wow! I canât say enough about Mingâs Place! My husband and I absolutely loved the food (presentation was also amazing!) but above that.. the service is absolutely PHENOMENAL!! I accidentally ordered very close to closing and I misjudged how far we were. They stayed open with a smile and even threw in free dessert! I couldnât believe it. From here on out, I will ALWAYS eat here when I have the craving for some orange chicken or sesame chicken. Canât wait to try more food on the menu! Thank you Mingâs!!!
Food is great. Prices very reasonable. A heaping dinner plate is priced about the same as our lunch from a fast food place. Service was wonderful. Tip: ask for the Chinese menu. The table next to us got these huge bowls of steaming soup the looked fabulous. Our soup, dumplings and mu shu chicken were out of this world good. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. This place is great!
Royal Wok Chinese Restaurant
The lady was so sweet. She welcomed us and invited us to dine in even though we showed up 40 minutes before closing time on a Monday. The type of enthusiasm that makes you feel valued not just as a customer but out of human kindness. She plated the table fully and made our first time dining experience memorable. She was so attentive and even pulled a chair to the side so I could place my purse. We mentioned we were waiting on a friend to arrive and she catered to our needs by making sure (out of politeness) to bring the entrees out when he arrived. While we prayed they also made sure not to interrupt with the plating. Itâs a small gesture of respect that made me reflect on times I maybe could have been more mindful of otherâs beliefs or cultures. The food was beautifully plated and served as community dining. This felt like thanksgiving in May. The prices were reasonable but the experienceâŠ.you just canât put a price on that.
While the staff are very friendly - the food is not that great. I got the spicy fried chicken- and it was not very fried and not very spicy. Not sure if the order was messed up, but was very disappointed
Chef Wang
I order Kau Pan Shrimp I got chicken instead The rice is just brown no stir fry no eggs or vegetables The food was horrible like it was old and warm up. Will never go back
The best Chinese chicken fried rice. The owner lady and her son are super kind. Service is faster as well. Definitely 10/10
