My family of 6 stayed at Kalahari for my wife’s birthday. We were looking for somewhere close to eat that wasn’t at the resort. My wife found Roberto’s and it was amazing. The people were great and the food was cooked better than expected. They even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. I highly recommend this place, it did not disappoint. We have a son in a wheelchair and had no issue getting him in and out.

We were staying at Kalahari and wanted some good Italian food. We're originally from NY so we are very picky about our pizza. We got a cheese/pepperoni pie, lasagna with garlic bread, chicken parm and some garlic knots. Everything was DELICIOUS!!!! The sauce was amazing!!!! Roberto and Missy were so nice to chat with!!!! We will definitely be back when on this side of town !!!!

This experience was awesome. I’ve heard about this place for a long while but never actually went before. I’m glad I did, and I’ll be coming back. Their cheesesteaks were badass. Mine had a hint of jalapeño in them and it made all the difference in the world. Their fries were crisp and perfectly cooked. I don’t usually enjoy hot dogs but even they were good (Sabrett dogs with spicy mustard, ketchup & cheese). I’d highly recommend this place. It’s worth coming to even if you have nothing else to do in the area.

Without a doubt the best food in the pocono area. The cheesesteaks are loaded with meat, they definitely do not skimp on that. We were here about 10 years ago. Great to see that they’re still here. The food is exactly the way I remembered it and with the same menu. They just shows quality. Hopefully we’ll see you guys in another 10 years.

RIP OFF!! Must READ! So far the servers, waiters, host were decent. The only complaint I have is that the price they have online vs. what they have at the actual restaurant was big price difference which not many know about. If you pay close attention and already have been there then you’d probably get it. Otherwise, just booking online would be a lot more expensive. Or perhaps you can ask via phone if they have the option. Here’s the break down: Online booking only option they have 1 Adult: $25 (and change) not $26 as stated right outside the restaurant 1 Kid: $15.99 On the actual restaurant they have 3 option’s for kids which as you see on the photo attached: Teenager (Ages 10 - 12): $18.99 Kids (Ages 4 - 11) $9.99 Kids (Ages 3 below) Free Like what?! We have ages of 4, 6, 9 years old kids and charged 15.99 plus tax per kid. What a rip off!!! Food and food selection was great tho! They have some basic vegetables options thankfully.

Server was amazing. Greeter extremely rude. I’ve never been greeted before by someone by sternly saying 7:30. Not good morning we will be open soon. Mind you it was 7:29. The reason you don’t get 5 stars is only because of her. I was blown away in every other thing here. Food was amazing and so well kept. Ann Marie was an amazing server who checked on us frequently. Can’t wait to visit again.

Wow, the Sicilian pizza is delicious. So crispy, and held up well. I love the sauce! The garlic knots had lots of flavor, large size, and the dipping sauce was great. If I’m ever in the area again and want pizza I’d definitely order here again.

Response to business’ comment below: 1)the picture of the buffalo chicken pizza on website shows ranch drizzle. 2) I wrote this review before you sent the second pizza after being told from Slice that you would only refund 10% and would not offer a replacement since our pizza was touched. 3) thank you for the replacement. It came hot. It was also as pictured on the website WITH ranch and buffalo sauce. The first pizza we received was just the mozzarella cheese and chicken. 5) the second pizza was delicious. I had every intention of coming back and editing my review since you resolved the issue once my kids were in bed. Our pizza was delivered cold. The buffalo chicken pizza came without hot sauce or ranch. When called to seek replacement they said they can only refund 10% since we already ate some. How else would we know its quality unless we eat it?! Seriously!!!!???

Great food, seemed very fresh. The pork fried rice was mostly rice and not much pork. Fried dumplings were slightly overcooked but still very tasty

Ordered general tsos tofu. $11 for this soggy, mushy, not cooked mess. Didn’t even taste like it should flavor wise. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because my girlfriends chow mein fo was good. Rice is bad too.

Great Sushi! Cute little place with immaculate vibes🎏🎑 Highly recommend the Sweaty Tuna roll if you like it spicy! Prices are average, and reasonable, but if you’re looking for cheap sushi I would recommend getting the house rolls like the spicy crab roll, very tasty and doesn’t break the bank. The Bao buns are tasty too, just seem to be a little less for the price.

Simple good sushi rolls. Ordered over the phone, easy and quick 20 minutes from order to pick-up. The only reason I'm not adding 5 stars is the addition of bread crumbs inside the spicy salmon rolls, which seems to be a filler, opposed to some other sushi places in the area use 100% raw salmon. The sushi was still enjoyed and everyone else was happy with their choices. So about 80% were amazing, 20% needs a little improvement. Regardless, would go back for the take-out convenience and try other rolls in the future.

The ABSOLUTE BEST WINGS we have ever had. They definitely know what they’re doing. Even plain without any sauce, the wings and how they’re cooked is dynamite. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond answering my questions and making recommendations. They even let us sample the berry bbq sauce they make in house. This review is for the Stroudsburg location! I was looking for a new wing spot and was NOT disappointed. When we were perusing the menu, we expressed interest in the Alabama White flavor, a horseradish-based sauce, and the cook/owner comped my wife and I one each to try. Delicious! We tried three flavors tonight: General Tsao, Nashville Hot, and the traditional Buffalo that the chef kicked up a notch for me. Each one was better than the last. Very crispy, meaty, and tasty. The chef also had us sample a cucumber wasabi sauce with our fries—it’s good enough to bottle up and sell. The cornbread was also excellent. The waitress was so kind and accommodating, and we had the chance to chat up the owner for a long stretch before we left. What a kind soul! I cannot wait to go back to sample the grilled wings and have my brother try the vegetarian wings. This place is a MUST try if you love wings. It was very much worth the 40-minute drive from Dingmans Ferry.

Not the usual i get. I always get sesame chicken and it’s always chrispy NOT the soggy kind of chicken you use for sweet and sour or general tsos. It’s different now?? 😭👎 wish you told me that before I payed.

The service is amazing the people are understanding and kind and get food out relatively quickly the foods amazing can’t go wrong with anything and the atmosphere is great always makes me feel comfortable.

First and last time at DG’s. Not sure if it was an off night or poor luck on my part. But I was told to go here by a handful of people that said the pagash was awesome. Maybe it usually is. But what I got was far from awesome. I ordered a pagash and plain bar pie and an order of porketta wings. Both pizzas were sloppy, doughy on the bottom, overly crispy on the outer crust. The potatoes on the pagash had ok flavor but they were so dry. Dry like they were left out uncovered overnight. Extremely dissatisfied to drive 20 miles out of my way to have pizza like this. On a side note, the wings were actually spectacular and the service was very friendly. If I could base this review on just the wings and service it would be 5 stars. But I would definitely not recommend DG’s for pizza. Had high hopes. What a let down.

Visiting Forest City for a horse show, we stopped in for a burger and a beer. We had a fantastic time! Love the local flavor and atmosphere, and the food was tasty, too. Beer selection is a bit slim, but I can always find something to drink. Lady at the bar was friendly and helpful, and bathrooms very clean. We really enjoyed a memorable experience and would go back again in a second.

🍕 PIZZA DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 🍕 First time customer, here but it won't be my last. I ordered a large pepperoni, x-cheese, light sauce($17.xx). I forgot to ask for the pepperoni to be on top of the x-cheese BUT that cheese is so buttery, I didn't mind 🤤 Crust is good and the outer crust is almost like a crispy breadstick. Sauce isn't overly or under spiced. Owner isn't tech savvy and the credit card machine was down. He seemed very old school and definitely Italian lol. I have read several of the other reviews and assume they're just Karens, because he seems like an older no non-sense type of guy and they probably just have thin skin. ANYWAYS... My family has a new favorite local pizza spot. NOTE: We have tried most(maybe all) of the pizza places within the a 10 mile radius and this is hands down the best pizza we've had! 🍕🤤🍕🤤🍕

I can't stop thinking about this pizza. My mouth is watering just typing about it. I've tried countless NYC pizzas and this one tops them. 👏 And the inside of the place, made me nostalgic for my Italian grandparents house 🇮🇹 ♥️

With the 4th of July coming up, I immediately thought of this beautiful breakfast that I had last year during my vacation trip to the Waymart area and had to come on and leave a review. This beauty was an irresistible choice at the Belmont Cafe the second we saw it on their specials menu. Not only did we get a incredible amount of delicious food for ridiculously cheap, but the staff working there went out of their way to make everything perfect for us. My friend had a bad migraine the morning that we visited and they were sweet enough to allow us to eat outside where it was a bit quieter for her. I absolutely loved this cafe and definitely want to eat here again in the future! We are hoping to even fit it in the schedule for our trip this weekend! Excellent food. Excellent service!

Good stop for some not fast food, but really good food. Had the 7-inch meatball parmesan sub. Freind had a cheese steak. Wow. Delicious.

Ordered a hoagie, Italian 12" & a [half] of a tuna hoagie..today 1/15/25 at 1:17..pickup at 1:30 charged..22.00 !!? & i think I was charged for 2 full 12" hoagies ,..however, very good hoagies, it's just prices getting up there unless maybe that is the price for a hoagie & a half at waymart deli , idk but from now on will go elsewhere .
