The Crossroads
Gem of a place. An older place, but those are the best. The pictures online do it no justice. A lot bigger of a place that I thought. The wings were awesome. Tried 3 different flavors just to check a few of them... They were all fantastic. I will post pictures next visit.
Excellent wings some of the best around soups are also amazing and very affordable
Gravity Restaurant & Bar
This is a great restaurant and bar. The inside is a very comfortable atmosphere. Dim lighting which I love. If it’s cold out the fireplace might be roaring and the tables near it are a hot commodity. The food had always been good and they have a big selection on the menu. There’s lots of space and I have even hosted a birthday party here. The bar is separated from the dinning room enough to forget it’s there and close enough if you want to go in, plus there’s a pool table. The staff is great and the building has a lot of history. Worth a try if you’re in the area.
Great place to eat, play and just chill! Stumbled on this one by accident. We are so happy we did! We walked in to see a huge place lively music and a pool table. The big bar with a lovely bartender welcomed us 😄. We chose to sit outside. So tranquil, Rose bush and all. We ordered burgers. THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD! Find it and simply enjoy?
Waymart Hotel
The food at this place was wonderful.. Given a seat of my choice, which was by the water. Beautiful night, great service, and extraordinary food. I will come back here again.
12/19/23 Ordered takeout for the 2nd time. Got the meat lovers pizza and an order of hot wings. The wings were done one time and they brought them out, but the pizza took almost 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to. So besides the fact that I had to wait there for 15 minutes, by the time the pizza was ready the wings were cold and soggy. And I was the only person in the restaurant. Gave 2 stars because the pizza was very good. It all came to $32.75 🍕 Edit: Been getting pizza here on the regular now and it's always delicious, so I had to up to 4 stars.
Grand Palace Restaurant
We attended a friend’s wedding at Grand Palace and were pleased with the service, which was friendly and attentive. However, the food was disappointing. The sashimi was not fresh, and the overall presentation of the dishes was lacking — it didn’t meet the standard we expected from other similar venues. Additionally, the candy and snack bar had mold on some of the items, including the peanuts. Thankfully, we noticed it in time and prevented our kids from eating any. While the service was commendable, the food quality and cleanliness issues were concerning and not what we anticipated for such an important event. We hope they take these concerns seriously and improve moving forward.
I'd say this place is very authentic and entertaining. The food is genuinely authentic. As a picky Asian who can't cook and always eats out, I'd give this place an 8/10. So, why did I give it 5 stars? It's because I saw the fish in the tank and talked to it. Surprisingly, it seemed to understand my problems so well that it had its jaw dropped. Hahaha, I will come back to this place soon.
Desaki Restaurant
My friends and I got there by accident, after hours of driving we decided to stop and it did not disappoint. Our server Krysti was very sweet and attentive, our chef Eko was full of personality and made my friends and I feel included by saying some words in Spanish. Over all, it was a lovely time. We were also recommended the hotel and it was another fun experience. Will be coming back and recommending! Can’t forget— food was great and made fairly quickly.
One of the worst experience we had. It is an overpriced, The food is OK, but it’s not value the price. And they charge you 20% gratuity, which they definitely don’t deserve! We’ve been told that if we want to order noodles, we will have to sit at the hibachi table, although the rest of our party didn’t want hibachi at all, They met a mistake in our sushi order and it took forever to arrive. Also, it felt like whenever the hibachi guy finished cooking. They just wanted us to leave so They can sit the next group, The waitress brought us the check immediately. Yes, I will give credit to the hibachi guy. He did a nice show and the kids liked it and the hibachi food was good. But overall, I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
Mister Lee's Noodles
We’ve absolutely loved coming here for ramen especially for their Spicy ramen. They were one of the better ones around, but recently their noodles changed for SURE! Previously their noodles were soft, thin, nice chew, texture and tasted much like ramen noodles. Past couple of times, it’s like we’re eating spaghetti in soup, the portion have gotten smaller, not enough broth AND the price went up from $15 to $18! For 3 ramens, that’s $9 increase for us. The veggies in it haven’t been consistent. Sometimes you’ll get broccoli, if you’re lucky you’ll get a few jalapeños, sometimes you’ll get bokchoy other times there isn’t any fresh veggies on top at all except sprinkles of scallions for presentation!!! These veggies are alway available so there’s no excuse for inconsistency. We won’t be returning again. The quality isn’t same to be paying $18 for a bowl of spaghetti and broth.
Located in the Easton market, plenty of window seating and bar seating for dining in. The ramen here is definitely a little different, but pretty good. They have only a few options, but still have something to offer for everyone. Ramen is full of flavor and the portion is good as well. Definitely worth trying.
Pacific Fusion
Such a great experience! Super friendly service! Ultra responsive and respectful staff! Nicely decorated interior! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere! Service excellent! Food is excellent! Presentation excellent! Good location that's easy to get to! Will eat there again! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, time of pick up and the taste of the food was subpar. 😞 This place came highly recommended by a friend of mine, and it was just a disappointing experience. I ordered the Mongolian beef and the General tso’s chicken. The general Tso’s chicken did not have that tang like it should and you can tell that they kind of just put together some chicken nuggets, sauce and some broccoli and called it a day because it was mushy and flavorless …like I said without that tang, and I usually test Chinese restaurants with general tso’s. Now for the pick up experience: Whenever I pick up from any restaurant, I usually just say my name and they tell me here you go. Here’s your order. Have a nice day. This particular situation they wanted me to open up my GrubHub app and show them my order so I was taken back and said I had already closed the app; is my name and what I ordered not sufficient, I asked them. She said it was common practice that they would show the GrubHub order , I guess she mistaken me for a delivery driver. So bad customer experience all around. They don’t have their own website ordering-online system so you have to choose one of the apps to order from and I chose GrubHub. I guess that was a mistake. I definitely would not recommend this place. Just an observation: however, the locals that are of a lighter skin tone would probably enjoy it because I’ve noticed that the Pennsylvania palette is a little bit more bland than my own. And ever since I’ve crossed over the Mason-Dixon line to the north… I’ve been treated…. differently.
Vietnamese Noodle House
Clean place. Service was a bit slow since it seemed they were understaffed. The pho was good. Broth was tasty. A large amount of noodles but the amount of meat was lacking. There are no napkins available at the table and they are brought with your order. I would visit again if in the area.
My boyfriend and I moved from Philly where we would regularly get Pho. We were happy to see this restaurant and excited to try it. We both agree this place has tasty broth, good portion sizes, and is priced well. This has become our new casual cozy pho spot. Service has always been kind and quick. I don’t usually write reviews either but this place deserves the praise.
Sogo
I don’t have any complaints for my first time here! Food was delicious, Came out quickly, and I absolutely love the atmosphere of the place. Definitely would recommend a date night here😄
Ordered shrimp fried rice and crabs rangoon. The shrimp fried rice was hard in some places (clumped together) and didn’t have any flavor. The crabs rangoon flavor is a bit different from others that I have eaten but it was okay. The service was great and the restaurant is really beautiful. I figure the food may not have been the best because the restaurant specializes in sushi 🤷♀️. I will have to try their sushi next time.
Takkii Ramen Easton
Ramen was okay at best. Wasn’t a fan of the flavor I picked which I think was black garlic. The chicken was amazing! The service was phenomenal and I loved the decorations.
Came here for my 3 year anniversary and wasn’t let down! The interior is extremely beautiful. Everyone from the staff which was small was constantly checking up on us whether we were there table or not. In house manager super down to earth guy. Lemme tell you tho the food is amazing. My drink and ramen I had. The tantan one I missed a picture of the appetizer but everything was really really amazing.
1001 Thai
Visited this charming little place today. The food was pretty good, but there was nothing there to stand out compared to other Thai restaurants. The waitress never asked about a level of spiciness, and even though we like spicy hot food, the papaya salad was so hot that it was very difficult to eat a soup after! My favorite dish was the soft shell crab appetizer! BYOB is always a plus!
Service was friendly, food was delicious and prices were so reasonable. We will definitely be returning.
Sette Luna
A great place for summer Al fresco dining. Small, but interesting menu, great cocktails (I recommend the Peach Old-Fashioned), pasta, and salads. Strongly recommend the Tuscan Bean Soup!! Pricing is appropriate for the quality/atmosphere. Service was courteous, if not enthusiastic (at least the night we were there), but there was no rush. Great if you want to linger and talk. Sette Luna is just a block away from the center of town, which allows patrons to eat, then walk off dinner amongst historic tree-lined streets regarding beaux-arts buildings, and a historic monument in the town square.
This was our first time here. A friend recommended it after he said he has the best pizza ever at the garlic festival. We requested the same garlic pizza they had at the festival but the waiter said they can’t make that. So we tried the Josh’s Bianca with the meat on the side and the Florentine pizza. The Josh’s pizza we all liked the best. So good! There was nothing special about the florentine pizza. It was boring. The risotto balls were sooo good!!! Probably my favorite thing there. Our server was awesome! Forgot his name. But great experience! Will definitely be back to try more!
