Went to Rising Sun and enjoyed the food but came out fast on the other end. Did have a weird experience with worker with thin creepy mustache, he said that I smelled nice and asked if he could buy my sweaty socks. All around a good place and I made 20$

My order consisted of the shrimp Lo mein and the general ts'o chicken with white rice. The shrimp Lo mein was tasteless, as for the General ts'o chicken that was average. Overall the food was ok. Won't be ordering from here again though, there are other Chinese restaurants with better tasting food.

Absolutely awful. Crab Rangoon’s were tough and tastes. Sweet and sour sauce had no fruit. Won’t order again

Drove 3 and 1/2 hours to eat here!! Seriously, though, it's about half way between where I live in Pennsylvania and my son lives in Michigan. My mom and I stopped here the last time we came through, and we specifically planned our trip so we could stop here again. Super easy in and out. Lots of parking. Clean bathroom. Prices are in line. Food came out blistering fast. And tasty.

This is my first time visiting a small town and I had the pleasure of dining at this local Chinese restaurant, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. My friends and I ordered a wide selection of dishes and each and every one of the dishes were amazing. There was just the right amount of favors and they were all VERY delicious. The portion sizes were also very generous and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided. The service was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. I speak for both me and my friends and we would 100% recommend this to anyone!

We've been getting take out here for a number of years now, and we love it. The food is good, the portions generous and the people are really nice. It's pretty much take out only, but there are a few tables.

Big fan of Chef Chen! It’s super close (right next to the McDonald’s on 380 & offers great tasting dinners QUICK & at a value. I could eat their chicken lo mein for every meal for the rest of my life and be fat & happy.

It's our typical, very well serviced, and consistent space. The food is hot and flavorful. The orange chicken is good but it's not giving alot of orange flavor!!

I'm sorry but there is nothing special about the food. It's like white people chinese, very basic and lackluster. I may order different sushi some time but I don't know. Hubby ordered Mongolian Beef (he tries everyone's 😋 and makes it homemade). The beef was horribly tiny and no texture. I ordered honey chicken it was just okay, tasted like there was ketchup in it, odd. Anyway, stick to the basics don't try so hard with a food that is naturally delicious.

Lobby was clean kitchen was very clean from what I could see clean stainless steel kitchen had high hopes as a first time customer, I got shrimp lo mein and steak and peppers and you could get better steak out of a tv dinner box and the lo mein was dry and very tasteless. Wouldn’t go back personally

China Palace has done an update/makeover. They have a new menu which now includes sushi, rolls, etc. Had the Alaskan Roll and it was very good. The egg plant in garlic sauce was very flavorful and tasty. Don't sleep them.

Reliable spot in the Monroeville area with friendly and personable staff every time. We always order for 3 and we are always hungry and order almost 100 bucks in food every time. Egg rolls good. Egg drop soup is good. I don’t care for the fried rice for some reason to me there is an aftertaste of something that my palette does not like - maybe the oil it is cooked in even though my family is okay with it. For that reason I usually stick with steamed rice. Daughter likes the Lo Mein with vegetables. For the beef with vegetables we would have liked to have seen see more beef than onions and vegetables. General TSOs is our go to. Comfort food for Friday night. China Palace always does the job to curb our quick hunger fix.

I am usually weird about trying new places. This place is a hidden gem! I really wanted some Chinese food. The staff is super friendly, and quick. The food is hot and fresh! The place is clean too. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you

The food was great, and so was the service (besides them putting our food in a literal box to carry it all). The atmosphere was, alright, to say the least. There's not much to look at in there, but it's definitely a hidden gem of New Ken either way.

I had to update my review. I used to come here once a week whenever I worked in the area, I noticed the food isn’t as delicious as it used to be. I feel the last time I have eaten here. The chicken was very tough and chewy just to make sure it wasn’t a off day. I returned four days later to try to sesame chicken lunch special and the chicken was also chewy and tough. So I’m now moving my five star rating to a three star rating.

Absolutely the Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The food was amazing. Huge portions and the service was great. The only thing off was the place is set up like it’s Covid still and the seating was all blocked off. Two stars taken away for that on atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and asked twice to make sure I ordered the right thing. Definitely recommend.

So the buffet was okay. I think the best things on there are, the coconut shrimp, garlic green beans, and chicken nuggets. The rest is okay but they have a word variation of the flavors of those other dishes that I do not like. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I don't think it was worth the money to eat there. While the place is clean it has a dingy and grimy look to the eating area. The buffet looks clean and crisp just the eating area is not great. The wait staff was great here and significantly improved my experience eating here, but not a place I would recommend, but not bad enough for me to hate on. It is just not for me flavor wise on a lot of things.

This place was great! The service was outstanding and the food tasted good and fresh. We went there for lunch and was impressed by the selection and cleanliness of the buffet. I would definitely go again!

I have been coming here for well over ten years and have never had a bad expired ever. Food is always hot, fresh and good portion sizes for the price! People that work there are all really nice too!

Food is best Asian i have had in Pittsburgh area, and I have lived all over the country. Never had an issue with the food. People are very nice and quick to provide delicious take out orders. Just wish there was a place to sit down.
