I recently moved close and this is my third time order. Fast, clean and taste very good. They’re always so kind to me and my family. I really like their cleanliness!

My God I love this place and the wonderful family that runs it. Very professional, great customer service, kind, clean place, WONDERFUL FOOD! I Love the cucumber soup, the fruit 🤤 is very good, I'm a personal fan of their Beef Lo Main , their Hot & Sour Soup and their egg rolls are always fresh. I am happy bringing friends & family here from time to time. Worth the travel and worth the wait for good quality food. Aloha ! 🤙🏽🐻🤙🏽🙂👋🏽

Disappointing. Don't recommend. And won't be back. Got Lunch Special of Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pork Fried Rice and Hot and Sour Soup. The chicken was breaded and designed to take up container space. That's cheaping out. In addition, the breading was not fully cooked. Yuk. The pork fried rice had minimal onions and pork. Unlike a better place, it had no bean sprouts. The hot and sour soup didn't have mushrooms. It also wasn't spicy hot at all. Even temperature-wise, I'll point out for you that the soup was not evenly heated. It was actually cold in spots. When compared to my China Inn review, this place -- New Ruby Chinese Restaurant -- fails.

i genuinely think this is the worst chinese food i've ever had in my life-- shrimp lo mein overcooked, mushy, and soaked in grease, fried rice somehow undercooked right next to it, wonton soup tastes like dishwater and the TWO wontons are huge and don't have nearly enough filling to justify the size, crab rangoon so greasy i gagged biting into it, and this sweet tea somehow tastes like grape koolaid-- never coming back here EVER again

Went here for the first time and ordered chicken rice soup, BBQ ribs, and General Tso's chicken--3 items I most often get from take-out places. The person taking my order was nice, and ordering and paying was fine. Atmosphere-wise, it's a basic take-out place. They did have several chairs for sitting and waiting, which I appreciated. The soup tssted best to me of the 3 items, but the chicken pieces were weird in shape and texture--really soft, like maybe pulverized chicken powder was remade into chicken bits...? Not great. The BBQ ribs were nice and tender, but super salty and overly charred to the point of parts of them being burnt to inedible. Not a lot of BBQ flavor. The General Tso's had a thick layer of breading, which kept the crunchiness, but overwhelmed the amount of chicken, and the chicken was again a weird texture, as with the soup. The sauce was ok, not very good. The broccoli was a bit rubbery. The white rice that accompanied was fine. The total was around $27 (tip separate.) My stomach felt "off" for 2 days after eating here. I won't be going back.

Crispy fresh chicken wings. I made up a order and they got it right..rice noodles,shrimp, broccoli with black bean sauce..cooked to perfection. The woman said call the store to tell them what I think. I had a better idea and put this review. Friendly people. I'll definitely be back

In all the years I’ve eaten there, I have never gotten sick from the food. That’s a plus!

EveryTime I Order the food taste very fresh.. the oil they used to fry the chicken in taste fresh and the chicken itself was good.. general tso sauce was good

I fail for the couple good reviews but noooo The food was terrible.lol I’m only laughing because spirt was screaming at me “don’t do it” and I still did it 😂 and it was the only close place and I’m pregnant and still is hungry. But anywho They don’t answer.the telephone, if ordered through ubereats Something told me to call before I placed the order because I ordered on Uber eats and I like to call to confirm my order and ask for sauces. But moral of the story is the rice chicken soup was pretty good and I guess I got the short end of the stick because I write twice in the notes and instructions very nicely can I have a extra bag of fried noodles and the one bag/only bag I got was literally like 5 fried noodles in it. But the rice chicken soup was okay. Everything else was terrible I got a chicken and broccoli with shrimp fried rice it was horrible tasted old and Chinese donuts was bitter, the spring rolls I guess they don’t care to much about making them good because it’s buy two get two free they was small burnt drenched in oil , and didn’t taste like the springs rolls I get from around the way. The lo main noodles was soggy and dry and the chicken have no flavor

Best Chinese takeout in the area. Kind of scary at night because of Bar a few doors down. But otherwise the food is great and alway fresh.

Great if you want food poisoning. Brought ice cream from them and it was metal chips in it. Later tried their chicken and ended up on the toilet shooting from both ends. I can't recommend their food less but if you want a quick bottle of soda, cigarettes or a pregnancy test this is the best in the hood.

First ! from both perspective (inside-outside/outside-inside) is a kind of hard to notice if this is a Restaurand or a grocery store (kind of) but giving a try to their food... my order: frys, rise and fry chicken.... the frys on my opinion, 2 out of 5, the rise 1 out of 5(not recomended) the chicken 2 out of 5.... overall of 2 star on my opinion, the chicken and frys wasnt better because the oil (on my taste), was tooo old... If I recommend this place? not really.

3rd time ordering here 1st time ordering beef and broccoli! beef was too chewy and tasteless rice was mushy and had uncooked rice broccoli is chrunky (i like it that way) 3/10 just because it doesn't taste bad it's just the texture maybe ask them to cook the beef a little longer

Hot and sour soup has pork and does not say on the menu, drops of pork in our schewan chicken . I’ve had better Chinese in general . Fried Rice not good either .

I forgot why I stopped going to this place and mistakenly went here. And I ordered two large sweet and sour chickens with vegetable fried rice. To my surprise there was no vegetables and no sweet-and-sour sauce. I'm sharing this with you all so you are not also disappointed in your meal when you get at home.

Cool on and off depends on how busy it is but normally good overall

I ordered food over the phone, with the woman, picked the food up with the man, got home only to find out they shorted me my food I paid for. I called the store to inform them and to get a resolution, the man said I never called and placed and order, refused me my food or a refund and hung up. I’ve ordered from here for years 15+, not the best service but the food was always good. But the way I was just treated, they’ve forsure lost this customer!

I ordered from here yesterday: chicken and broccoli that came with a pork roll, a chicken teriyaki stick, fried scallops and chicken fried rice. The fried scallops were PERFECTION! LOVED THEM. That's where it ends though. The pork roll was crispy and looked good on the outside but when I bit into it, it smelled disgusting and tasted horrible. It was 0 out of 10. I will never get it again. The chicken stick was ok . The chicken and broccoli platter was ok. The broccoli was great but the chicken was gummy and was tough to get through and looked a lil suspect. I ate all the broccoli though. The chicken fried rice did not look appealing at all. It looked bland and it was a bit salty.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I was eating my beef lo mein, actually enjoying it when suddenly I start CHOKING ON A PIECE OF METAL!!! There was some sort of metal bristle in my food and I had to gag over and over to get it out. I’m 3 months pregnant so having to gag like that made me full on throw up. I don’t know if they use a metal brush or Steele wool to clean their dishes but they need to get it tf together. I have a sore throat and queasy stomach after all this. DONT BUT FROM HERE!!!

They have some of the worst Chinese food i have ever taste in my life. I ordered shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce. There wasn’t barely any sauce at all. The shrimp were big and they also were nasty, the food didn't have no type of flavor to it. It was very bland. I also got a shrimp roll with literally NO SHRIMP in my shrimp roll no one single shrimp at all. And that literally taste like NOTHING. Then i got a home made fruit punch that taste so water down it taste like i was drinking water with a drop of flavor in it. Everything was nasty i usually order from rising sun Chinese store on Wyoming ave they are the best but it was late and they weren’t open. The only reason i ordered here because i am 8 months pregnant and i wanted something quick and fast. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER. Tried eating the whole thing but just couldn't so i forced myself to eat whatever i could

People in there have always been nice to me. There general tso chicken and egg rolls are pretty darn tasty as well
