Have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Flavors are great and portions are large. The orange chicken is my favorite. I'm not a sushi fan but what I've had there has been great. It is BYOB and I do believe there is a corking fee.

I have not been here in a few years. This used to be the top notch Chinese place. Whelp. I ordered food for take out. My fried rice had barley any egg or veggies. Fried dumplins had no red pepper flakes. Kung pao had barley any chicken. I was super upset by how the BEST CHINESE place went to ....a 3 star 🌟

Best take out Chinese food...the test is always hot and sour soup. I've ordered at many places....they nailed it 👌

Try the teriyaki chicken on the stick. It's perfectly cooked every single time. The pork fried rice is divine. The egg rolls are amazing. The awards they've received are well deserved. 11/10 stars

I don’t usually write reviews, but Phan Shin has more than earned one. Over the past four years, I’ve become what you'd probably call a regular. It started with delivery to my dorm during my first two years at Miami, and by junior year, it turned into frequent dine-ins. The food? Consistently incredible. I’ve never had a bad dish. What really sets Phan Shin apart, though, is the unique blend of both authentic and American-style Chinese dishes, something that’s surprisingly rare and hard to get right. But they do. Still, what’s kept me coming back isn’t just the food, it’s the people. Over time, I’ve gotten to know several of the staff, and they are genuinely some of the kindest, warmest people I’ve met in Oxford. The food feeds you, but the service makes you feel at home. Thank you, Phan Shin - for the meals, the memories, and the friendships. I’ll definitely be back as an alum!

Awesome food. Fantastic service!! If you like Chinese or Thai food, you will LOVE this place!!!

Food is ok but service is horrible. This is our second time here. First time service was bad but we thought will be a one off and food was ok so we thought maybe this time will be better. So we decided to give it another chance. This time same waitress as last time, she throw the water on the table when serving water and didn’t care. Bring my daughter juice and was not filled. Asked for new cutlery because their were dirty, didn’t stay long enough to understand what I asked and she came with another cup and throw a table like if you’re serving a dog. I mean even an animal should deserve better treatment. Not idea what is going on with this person but I’m sorry for her. We have to ask for a different waitress. I mean and paying for good service. I’m not asking for free food.

A great place to go for a relaxing lunch, not to mention the great food. There's quite a variety of food and tons of vegan options, which I'm partial to. You won't be disappointed here Serving portions are great, quality ingredients and a wonderful flavor profile. Don't like Asian food but your family does? Get the wings! Yep. This place is a complete package for everyone.

We've been here twice now and it's quite delightful. My partner got the Singapore Mei Fun and absolutely loved it. The staff are incredibly nice, so sweet and generous with kids.

I ate here about a week ago. I stopped in for a quick dinner on a Tuesday night by myself. There was no one else sitting in the restaurant though a lot of people got takeout while I was there. I ordered the yellow curry. It seemed more of an Indian curry than a Chinese curry. Very thick sauce and not that much of it. The ingredients were fresh and good though. The spring roll was pretty bland even with the orange sauce. Service was good with a kid serving my menu, water and silverware.

10 dollars For a decent amount of food is good. They have Shredded pork with peppers, shredded prok with potatoes, sweet and sour ribs, and Mala Spicy Chicken tenders.

I got the noodle soup with beef, the Broth was absolutely amazing, just the right amount of flavor and the beef was really delicious, I love the fact they also put more beef in my soup than I had originally expected! I also somehow love that they added peanuts too!

Delicious, we ate there 3 times in 2 days!

Literally the best Chinese I’ve had in my whole life. Service is always pretty solid, food is prepared quickly and correctly. There isn’t a bad food item, anything you order will be quality The actual restaurant atmosphere is cool too, they have Lego structures built throughout the store

Had dinner for the first time today at Naing’s, my meal was excellent! Fresh vegetables, big portions, great price and very nice people. Ignore the building aesthetics, it’s the food that matters – I was impressed-all for only $10 !

Put right in the trash after one bite I wasted 16.00 on this disgusting 🤮 food they literally just took some old sweet and sour chicken and poured general tso sauce on it I tried to call the store no answer and Ima call the health department don’t go here trust me

I went here yesterday and the crab Rangoon’s were good. I came back home put my food in refrigerator. Later that night grabbed my food and warmed it up. Begin eating my food and there was a cigarette but in the food. I took pictures and threw the food away. I called the place today after they open and informed them what happen and the guy said I should have saved it and brought the food back for an exchange. Why would I exchange it? Will not be returning.

Normally this is our favorite place. It’s usually fresh and delicious. Today it was far from it. The chicken was hard and you could tell it had been cooked awhile ago. The cabbage in the egg rolls tasted super wilted. Some of the Rangoon’s cream cheese were chunky and yellow. Not sure if they were trying to reuse old food or what. I would have called them to let them know, but the one time they completely forgot our Rangoon order. They tried to say it was in there. So I doubt this would go over well. So all this is going in the garbage. I just wanted other people to know.

We ordered the crab rangoon and egg roll a spring roll the Walnut Chicken with fried rice and Mongolian beef with fried rice. For drinks we got the taro smoothie and honey dew jasmine green tea. The food was great! Everything we had you can tell was made in house and to order. The crab rangoon you can tell is made in house. Even the sweet and sour sauce was made in house. The Walnut chicken was tender and juicy. The sauce was slightly citrusy to cut the creaminess. The Mongolian beef was very flavorful and melted in your mouth. This has been some of the best Chinese food we have ever eaten. The atmosphere is modern and very clean. The service was prompt and quick to get everything out. We will definitely be coming back again.

I dined here with my wife and grandmother on Christmas day. This was our first time at Hunan Bistro, and it did not disappoint! I had the Szechuan tofu, my wife had fried rice, and my grandmother had the sweet and sour chicken. I've been trying to add more protein to my vegetarian diet, and the tofu selection at the Hunan Bistro is extensive. The portion size was generous, the presentation was nice, and the flavor was off the charts. I enjoyed everything about my meal, including the spring roll appetizer. The service was great. Our server made sure our drinks were full and we had all that we needed throughout the dining experience. Since it was Christmas day, they offered complimentary cake to all of their dine in guests. Like the rest of the meal, it was excellent! Thank you Hunan Bistro for serving as such a wonderful meal on Christmas Day. It was a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Stop by for lunch while driving back to Lexington, I am craving for some General Tso’s chicken and I made the right decision. I ordered the GT chicken and a Happy Family as vegetable dish to share with my girlfriend. The GT chicken is tender and the sauce is probably the best I ever had. The Happy Family comes with BBQ pork and seafood with good amount of vegetables, I downed 1 1/2 bowl of steam rice (half bowl from my gf) and felt recharged while driving back home. Also their Hot and Sour soup is very yummy but I forgot to take picture of it. Will stop by again in the near future if I drive by.

I was not at all impressed with my food. I had it delivered because I’m sick, so I wasn’t there to check it before leaving and didn’t want to drive there to get in remade or refunded. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, vegetable fried rice and crab Rangoon. The food was barely warm (understandable since it was delivered). The chicken was dry and hard, almost like they were leftovers that had been reheated. The vegetable fried rice tasted weird- possibly from being cooked in old oil, not sure. It also had lettuce in it, so it was wilted from the heat. It was some of the worst Chinese I’ve had. I should have saved it and demanded a refund, I do realize this. Had I not been sick, things may have been different. Anyone who orders from here, I would recommend checking your food for quality and freshness.

solid cuisine and prices! been going here since I was a kid, classic and delicious take out.

Mom-and-Pop family run Chinese food, cooked to order, as God intended. Food comes out steaming hot. Great food, very reasonable prices I had the Garlic Honey Chicken and it was very good. Most folks seem to do takeout, I ate in. I'm always on the lookout for family diners, and especially am a fan of family Chinese food. Couldn't find egg in the fried rice, only thing different I found. I recommend this place. , of you want good food. If you're pit off by rustic settings look elsewhere.
