Today 1/16/2024 I ordered 4 plates to go, and I got my food, so discusting. Two of my plates were very low on the sides. I have never gotten them like this before, and my other two plates, the chicken, were burned. I couldn't eat it and also were very low on the sides

Came in tonight around 6 , they were very busy- line to the door. I had my daughter and newborn with me , unfortunately while waiting in like I was spit up on twice by the little one. I wasn’t rude but one of the workers complimented the pride heart blanket I had her wrapped it… I answered very monotone “thanks” and left …. I want to apologize for not being kinder due to my own issue.

I went through the drive through at about 6pm last night . The 2 guys at the window were nice but once I drove the 45 min home I opened it up and realized my bowl had barely anything in it. It wasn’t even halfway full and there was barely any honey sesame chicken in it.

Very happy with the Panda's in West Salem and Keizer Station! The staff is young and they work really hard running those hot woks. Frankly I feel sympathetic because I know how hot it is in that kitchen.

This place was a wonderful surprise! From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a genuinely nice atmosphere. While the prices are a bit higher than some other options, I honestly didn't mind. The quality of the food more than made up for it – everything was absolutely delicious! And I especially appreciated the owner's commitment to minimizing food waste. It's refreshing to see a business that cares about sustainability. He has a great philosophy about not letting anything go to waste, which I respect. Overall, despite the slightly higher cost, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back!

one of my favorite Chinese buffets in Salem. Their selection of sushi sushi dishes it's pretty small you can have them make a stir fry for you that looks good. I would say that most of the food here is pretty plain. Kind of like homestyle cooking. Everything tastes good and when I leave here I feel very satisfied. The food is usually not as hot as I would like it to be but they don't over-salt things and I just enjoy eating here. It's very basic and sometimes that's what I'm just in the mood for

Every time we get take out, there is an issue. We order noodles, we get rice. We order an entree of chicken and a side of noodles, we get a tiny bit of the entree over fried rice. The food is good, and we like it. The attention to the details of the order are not the best, and we have very picky eaters here that are autistic and can’t deal with certain foods. So disappointing. I guess we will have to physically go in and watch the order be prepared and bagged from now on. Please do better.

I bring my four year old daughter here for daddy daughter dates because she loves shrimp. Once a week her and I go out on a date just the two of us. She picks this place many many times. The staff at the commercial st Salem, OR location is always very friendly. They address my daughter directly and politely, give her time to answer and are always very patient! This location is always very clean, including the bathrooms. The food taste great, for what it is, and is never cold or old. Every time we come Lesli, an amazing female employee, is always here. She has become the familiar face my daughter looks forward to seeing every visit. “Daddy does she live here because she is here every time we come?” lol. Lesli is kind, compassionate, gentle, and caring when talking to my daughter. I have seen her interact with other employees and customers while visiting and she treats them the same. She is exactly the kind of employee I would want to hire if I was looking for more staff for my business.

I have ordered a side of fried rice many times and it’s bbq pork and rice. Today it has carrots and peas in it! I called to get it fixed but only got attitude from an oriental women. She would not even let me finish a sentence without interrupting me!! She stated it’s always been that way but is has not. Very rude women who wanted to say the same thing over and over again!! Rude and condescending women who will not even let me talk. I did not get a refund or the correct side dish. Customers beware!! Check your orders before leaving!! I’ll try another place next time and I recommend you all do the same. Extremely rude women!! I also just found a stink bug in the fried rice. As I was removing the peas and carrots I found a stink bug and threw it all away. Disgusting and not sanitary place. DONT GO HERE!!

Usually we have good service but tonight was far from it! Michelle only worried about the bar, I cashed in tickets was going to put in an order and couldn’t she was worried about other customers instead of the one in front of her! We spend a lot of money here and are tired of the treatment we get from Michelle! Definitely will not be going back anytime soon!

I'm so glad I got to try this place! The poor reviews of over privileged people complaining about free samples is ridiculous! I got the szechuan beef, egg rolls, fried shrimp and crab wontons. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, and I got a generous amount of beef. I normally don't do fried foods because restaurants tend to reuse oil for way too long and makes fried foods taste "fishy" but not the case here! My drive home is about 20 minutes. I was salivating the entire way from the delicious aroma and I tore right into it all before getting a picture. It all arrived steaming hot!! ♨️ All very delicious comfort food! 😋

Disappointing. They were offering samples of general tso's chicken which was good so we ordered lunch. I got broccoli beef with fried rice for an extra change which would have been fine but the fried rice came with a few large chunks of fried egg and no flavor. The broccoli beef was equally disappointing. Bland, grey meat with veggies that managed yo be soggy and crunchy at the same time, all swimming in a watery grey... sauce? The egg drop soup, cheap bouillon water. Plenty of egg in the soup, but knorr bouillon cube broth is nasty

UPDATE: After waiting 40 minutes for my food, when my husband got home he opened his box (honey walnut shrimp) and despite it even saying ON THE LABEL honey walnut shrimp, it was the honey sesame chicken breast. To say I’m never coming back is an understatement. I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this location. We paid an extra $4.50 for the shrimp and instead got chicken none of us will eat. Fuming. DO NOT DO ONLINE PICKUP. I don’t think I’ve ever been so frustrated with a restaurant in my life. I put in a pickup order at 6:09PM tonight. My confirmation email said it would be ready at 6:37. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:43, walked in hoping to grab my order and get home, that’s why I did the online order instead of just showing up and standing in line. Bad plan, because I could have gone through the line and had my food 3 times before my order was ready! They finally called my order at 7:20! There was one employee working on the online orders, and 15 orders in the queue to be picked up. A couple of the people sitting near the order pickup had been there longer than I had when I left with my food. Absolutely infuriating, do not order online pickup, if you are absolutely craving Panda either walk in and wait in line or go to the Keizer location. There’s no way that I could figure out to cancel an order once it’s made, or I might have just gone through the line instead.

We decided to check out the newly opened Panda Express since we haven't had any PE for over two years now. It was pretty good! I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and tasted fresh, the portions were big, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for a "fast food" place especially considering how the majority of other fast food joints have doubled, tripled, or quadrupled their prices lately. It was only 11.50$ at the time of this review for a three entree plate, and it was such a large plate I couldn't finish the meal and now have leftovers waiting for me tomorrow. I thought the new Hot Ones chicken was actually pretty good, and it had a kick to it unlike other "spicy" options which really are not spicy at all. The only thing I found strange is they don't offer a free cup of water, you have to pay if you want a small cup of water. All in all we enjoyed our meal, the building looked very shiny and new, the girls working the drive thru were nice, and most importantly the food was pretty good.

I hyped this place up after only dining once. That's my bad 😔. If the staff spent as much time cleaning the restroom 🚺 and checking in on diners as they did standing near the bar and taking to each other , this would be a nice place to dine. Having staff on the floor who can't communicate with diners is frustrating in itself. The hostess podium is absent of a hostess. I appreciate the masks and quick service. Our Salt & Pepper prawns w/I shell , were incredibly too salty. Inedible even with mustard and vinegar. A salt lick. They were perfect the first time I dined here. The combination fried rice had a lot of 'Wok hei' and a nice sheen, good amount of ingredients, but short on shrimp. The sesame chicken had a perfect fry. Delicious. The women's restroom 🚻 was filthy! Garbage over flowed in the stall and outside the stalls. No toilet paper in the large stall, and it stunk. Just disappointed ☹️. Won't be back. Too many better places to dine with better service and Parking, and prices, and cleaner.

Stopped here with the wife for dinner before a Shen Yun performance at the Keller. The ginger lemon drop cocktail was very well made and flavorful, and not light on the alcohol. The mandarin crispy chicken was decent but not awe inspiring; very garlicky. A typical Americanized Chinese dish that I know a lot of people enjoy but it’s just not my thing to have something so sugary and swimming in thick sauce. But even so, it was executed well. However, the shrimp dry pot dish was absolutely fantastic! A completely different type of Chinese food than your usual fare, and I already cannot wait to try another protein. It’s rated at very spicy but honestly it wasn’t too hot at all, although I love spicy food. A majority of the spicy heat came from the copious use of whole Chinese peppercorns which were absolutely lovely in their tongue-numbing effect. The shrimp were fresh and stir-fried dry so they had an interesting crispiness with minimal coating. My only complaint would be too many green bell peppers in this dish, but I easily picked half of them out and still loved the dish.
