the actual food is good. the service, however, varies. a few nights will have friendly and professional employees, while every now and then you'll get a rude one. tonight, the girl working the window around 8:30-9ish was rude. she was short and handed me my order with the box sideways in the bag—didn't support the bottom of it or anything. she quickly left right after without saying anything. as someone who works in a restaurant MYSELF i would never do this. learn how to handle food and work customer service if you're going to work in a setting that asks for it.

Just left here getting lunch I opened my box & they forgot my beef w/ broccoli. I have tried to call the store 5 times and not one answer. Not to mention they were super super slow today.

The food was HORRIBLE!! Continued to try and find some off of buffet that was even worth eatting. Everything either had been setting for hours and cold. Even attempted the Hibachi and finally gave up. Was looking forward to Sushi and there were only two choices and only a few pieces of that even. THE SWEET TEA WAS AMAZING and best part of the meal. The dessert came out of a box and dumped on a plate. The whole experience was terrible. I have never been here before and my daughter suggested us trying it out. Tried discussing the issue with the Manager and all they wanted to do was argue and refuse to even give one of our meals for free. There were three of us. I would even paid for one or two of the meals. Just acknowledge your customer is unhappy and do something. AGAIN THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Very few choices and food was the worst. Spend your money somewhere else.

This place has not changed much. Growing up this was the staple and we stopped going to buffets years ago Curiosity killed the cat and we stopped by to check it out again. The food quality is better compared to some other local asian buffets. The hibachi is still up and going. The pho side of the place is the best part. There is authentic made to order Vietnamese dishes. The buffet line itself had a variety.

My new go to place! Everything I had was good. I've been looking for a new Chinese food place since I moved from Florida and this is it man! I had the sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and pork fried rice. Something came with a small white rice too. Very flavored, not greasy.

Went today and ordered to go. I ordered shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, beef broccoli and Mongolian chicken. The food is more pricey than most, but I was eager to try it out. I got home and it was just short of bad....the beef was mushy, no texture...the Mongolian chicken was %70 onions...no vegetables in the rice and the shrimp in the rice was mushy....needless to say, I wouldn't recommend...

Nothing like they show on google pictures!!!! It’s more a to go place than a restaurant!! Won’t be coming back because they have hardly anything for you here!!! Drinks are warm or hot!!!

Now the walnut shrimp was delicious and it always is. Rice was fine. Beef and broccoli were pretty good, but Panda we need to talk about those egg rolls. Those egg rolls are real nasty. You need to fix the egg roll recipe and just start over from scratch. GROSS. YOU KNOW THEY ARE GROSS.

It was super quick drive thru, service was quick but blah attitude, food was bland, ordered a 3 entree plate, it was cold, small portions, veggies were crisp which I like but cold,no soy sauce in bag to go. Really not much to choose from, then charge 1.50 more on some entrees. The tiny container with 3rd entree was soaked from juice spilling out

Ordered a plate on drive thru and when I got back to eat it there is an embarrassing amount of noodles in here. It’s all cabbage. I would’ve driven back if I wasn’t 25 minutes away. I won’t be coming here again

First time using the app to order online. HUGE mistake there. Had I come inside and saw the food, I would've turned around and gone somewhere else. Placed an order at 10:45am, for an 11am pickup. Apparently, when you order first thing in the morning, you get last nights reheated left overs. I took a couple bites, and the food was lukewarm at best, rubbery, and sticky. Like ... pulled out of the fridge and reheated type sticky. The Apple Pie Eggrolls? Not edible. Burnt beyond being even considered as a viable food source. Why are part of the crab rangoons undercooked and smushy while the others are cooked right?! My dog wouldnt even eat the plain chicken. She spit it out, as it was too chewy for her. We love Panda Express, but this was my most disappointing experience. Do better! People spend their hard earned money to support your business and in return, you serve them garbage. Wont be back.

Ordered Chicken steam dumplings, shrimp lo mein, plain fried rice, general tso chicken combo, and Chicken & Broccoli combo. We were not a fan of the chicken & broccoli, the chicken had a particular odd texture and flavor. The shrimp lo mein and general tso chicken were good. I recommend trying their General Tso Chicken. Another thing that is odd, is the styrofoam containers and not the typical plastic take home containers that can keep your leftovers a little more fresh rather than this type of containers that your food will be dried out the next day. The chicken dumplings were good, just wished it came with the dumpling sauce that it typically would come with at any other takeout place.

Tried to overcharge me and the food was not good. Bland, my steamed dumplings were overdone and the egg roll was hard. The “plain” Lo mein was drenched in some kind of sauce. Definitely not worth the price and will not be going back.

Very friendly, helpful! Food was ok, not original, was cooked well except Broccoli almost raw, and spring roll was mushy inside, went about 4 oclock on wed, 3 dishes empty, everything left available was spicy, only had to wait a couple minutes for 1 of the dishes. Flavored tea was too weak

Tried to go here for dinner today at approximately 5:15PM. We had to wait several minutes to put in the order. We weren’t greeted or addressed at all. But that’s not unexpected for this place. They put priority on the drive through instead. Once we were able to order, we were told there would be a wait for teriyaki chicken for about 5 minutes, which wasn’t preferable, but understandable. We proceeded to order and then we were told that they had run out of white rice. So we had to ask how long it would be and the worker seemed really inconvenienced and annoyed that somebody had the audacity to ask two times about how long it would be for a regular popular menu item to be back on the line. We were then told it would be 30 minutes. No apology was given. It was just 30 minutes was all we were told. What kind of piss poor managed place runs out of one of their primary sides during a dinner rush. This place has always been sketchy at best, but this was absolutely beyond the pale. I will never be going back to this location.

China House 0

China House

China House – A Total Culinary Disaster I have never been more appalled by a dining experience than I was at China House. The food here is an absolute travesty. If you enjoy foul, flavorless mush drenched in what can only be described as industrial-grade goop, then this might be your dream spot. For anyone with taste buds, it’s a nightmare. Let’s break it down: The texture of everything was revolting—mushy, soggy, and utterly indistinguishable from one dish to the next. Everything I ordered seemed to have been sitting out for hours, as if the kitchen has given up entirely. The flavors? Nonexistent. Bland, oily slop with no spice, no depth, and no freshness. It tasted like they were serving reheated leftovers from last week. The quality of the ingredients? Horrifying. The meat was chewy and rubbery, the vegetables were limp and lifeless, and the sauces…oh god, the sauces. They were thick, gelatinous, and strangely sweet with a chemical aftertaste, as if they had been concocted in a lab rather than a kitchen. China House has managed to achieve what I thought was impossible: making Chinese food that is both inedible and unforgettable, for all the wrong reasons. If this restaurant stays open another day, it will be a testament to people’s willingness to suffer. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of good Chinese restaurants in town—this is NOT one of them. If you value your time, money, and digestive health, steer clear of this culinary disaster. China House deserves to close its doors, and frankly, it can’t happen soon enough.

My wife and I had the general tso chicken and curry chicken, and both tasted AWFUL!!! ABSOLUTE WORST fast food Chinese food we've ever had!!! Tso chicken had NO FLAVOR and NO SPICE (KICK) JUST PLAIN!! We won't ever eat here again!!!

If you're not of Chinese origin, please don't go to this place and order take out of any kind of food from this place. I ordered Mongolian beef and all I got was a few fragments of meat and my plate was full of onions. I can say the lady who served, scammed me. I have a picture down here. I don't recommend going there unless you desire to be scammed.

VERY VERY Good food. The orange chicken is so good, not overly sweet. Fried rice, wonton soup, chicken lo mein was amazing. The orange chicken is much better than the sweet and sour chicken, in my opinion. The "large" portions are very large. Would order again.

Ordered a family take out and paid almost $75. Received 6 and not 12 spring rolls and a double order of fried rice rather than an order of fried rice and an order of the original chicken. All items were sealed and labeled upon delivery. We called Panda Express in Norman, we were told they couldn’t do anything, blamed it on Uber Eats, and said their manager was going on break (what a coincidence), and to call back later. Customer service was absolutely awful! We will never use this location again and that’s a shame.

Went today after a long trip from Dallas. I only went to get a $13 deal through my app. A two plate combo with an appetizer and drink. Which I upgraded one to a premium it should have been an upcharge of $1.50. But the lady kept arguing with me and my total came out to be $20. Idk how or why would I pay extra for something that’s advertised. But no thank you. Worst service and thanks for ruining the rest of my night it was already ruined but the meal was suppose to be the best part. Not trying to argue with me for over 10 minutes because you don’t know how to do math. I will not visit here again
