Aki Asian Fusion
Aki Asian is a fantastic addition to White Plains! The menu is diverse, and everything we've tried is fresh and high-quality. The love boat is amazing—my kids loved the big roll with tempura shrimp. The true love roll and seafood curry fire wok were also delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
Everything was absolutely delicious. It has a great variety of items that will satisfy my meal restrictions. Location was spacious and very clean. The hibachi was flavorful and well prepared. The sushi was fresh, delicious and well made. Peter is the GOAT and we will be sure to come back again.
Royal Palace
I loved this place! My friend and I buffet last Sunday and it really reminded us of home. The food is good although I’d say it is a bit on the oily side and the paneer isn’t the way it should be. The texture isn’t right. But still, I’d highly recommend this place as you’ll find something you’ll love! We loved the chole, pani puri, appetizers and mango pudding. Chai is well made too! People are nice too. I’m definitely taking my non-desi friends here lol
Food was excellent. We asked for spicy and it was really spicy. We are accustomed to eating spice but I guess mild would have been the way to go. Customer service was excellent.
P.F. Chang's
I had an exceptional dining experience at P.F. Chang’s in White Plains! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. What truly made our evening special was our server, Thomas. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thomas’s recommendations were spot on, and he made us feel so welcome throughout the meal. This visit has definitely set the bar high, and we can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!
Honestly couldn't fault any of the food here , as an Irishman I was interested in what American Chinese food was like , epic chicken fried rice , delicious Mongolian beef , staff were really kind and helpful , the restaurant in white plains was quite dead though, big spot, lots of tables and not many people, no idea why . I'd be back in a heartbeat
Thai Den Restaurant
The presentation is amazing. We love that the delivery is well packaged and appealing. We often order, and they never disappoint us. The food always tastes amazing, and the consistency is what keeps us going back. We love the soup and mini spring roll with tasty sauce. We recommend all to try it once, and you'll be a regular. Our toddlers always approve the delightful meals.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was unique, and the music was fantastic. The exceptional service from Thomas elevated the experience even more.
Noodle Plus
Just ate lunch at Noodles Plus and it was a delight! The lunch specials come with a choice of spring roll, chive dumpling, or pork pot sticker. I tried the chive dumpling, which was wonderfully springy and paired perfectly with a tasty dipping sauce, along with a light lettuce salad on the side. The lunch menu features classic Thai dishes like Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, though I noticed there’s no Pad See Ew. You can add chicken, tofu, beef, or shrimp to your dishes; we both opted for beef in our noodles—Pad Thai for me and Drunken Noodles for her. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious! The restaurant is cozy and quite popular during lunch hours, especially with the nearby office crowd in downtown White Plains. Don’t expect a leisurely lunch, as there are only about 8 tables inside, plus a few outside. We loved our meals and can’t wait to return for both lunch and dinner when we have more time to unwind!
Really tasty!! Summer rolls were fresh, great peanut sauce. The drunken noodles were so good - each noodle was thoroughly coated with sauce and delicious flavor. Fairly spicy but still allows the flavor to shine through.
China King
Typical small family run Chinese takeout. They took the order incorrectly, but she was rushing a little on the phone. Their Brown sauce was good. However the chicken was chewy or rubbery. The spring roll was a little oily, have to let it drip at the fryer more before packing it. Price was reasonable.
I gave this place 2.5 chances. Tossed my food each time. They don’t know how to cook. Not even worth $5 for small and $10 for large plate. Literally worth $0 taste so bad, texture of food feels fake. Meat feels very fake. Something is fishy about this place. Stay away. Edit: I’m 99% sure the other reviews are fake. The food was nasty.
Chen's poke
Literally has to be the the best poke place ever, the lady who greets you and services you is absolutely the nicest. And the food is always the best and highest quality. I highly recommend everything, it’s always so clean inside and sweet. You can eat by yourself or in a group. There is always space to dine in and easy to eat out. 10/10
Small, clean little restaurant. Fresh ingredients. A little stingy with their protein amts but lots of things to add to the volume later on. Fifty cents for 2 T of extra sauce was a bit much given the very little amt the server put in and the $14.95 price for the bowl. Service was okay…cooperative but very little to say.
Red Plum Restaurant
Excellent food and delightful service. Great menu variety-our table had everything from Hibachi, sashimi, fries rice, and red snapper. We enjoyed two for one drinks on a Tuesday night. Hip atmosphere with red lights and industrial feel.
UPDATE: This location closed down Feb 2017. However, you can still get the great food in the original Mamaroneck (251 Mamaroneck Ave) location. This Is my go to for sushi and miso soup. They even deliver! But the bar is a nice place to sit, so I like going there when I can.
Asian Legend
The crispy orange chicken could use some work in terms of flavor. Also tasted a bit old. I enjoyed the pan fried shrimp dumpling though!
The flavor was great, but I think I got some chicken that was tough and extra chewy. Also don't get boba here. The taro milk tea was sweet and wonderful, but the boba pearls were odd shaped and very tough.
Haiku Asian Bistro
Very good white tiger and (I think) a dynamite roll, both very good. Also ordered surprisingly good sautéed garlic spinach. Oh, and the hot and sour soup was great. Atmosphere just OK most likely due to being seated directly adjacent to serving station where bus people and servers were pretty much on top of my seat, like inches away, texting, pulling out dishware, etc.
Hello everyone. I keep going to this place and I may say that if you really want a good sushi this is the place. Excellent quality freshness of the dish it is otherworldly. The service and the waiters need to bee a-bit more warm and welcoming. Overall great for evening Sushi. Especially for the ( BlackForest Sushi ).
Aberdeen Seafood & Dim Sum
We were happy with the Cantonese-style dim sum options - they had many of our favourites. Enter via the Marriott entrance. Admittedly, while ordering via a QR code at the table was efficient, I did miss the traditional bustle of dim sum carts. All in all, this restaurant is a decent option for dim sum in Westchester. Service was friendly and accommodating.
Firstly, be there when they open at 11:30am and have a reservation. They are inside the Residence Inn. Otherwise you’ll have up to an hour wait. Service is excellent, place is smallish compared to most Dim Sum restaurant. You order on your phone and the food comes out fairly quick. The food is not bad, but not the best Dim Sum I’ve had. Being from Connecticut, it’s the closest Dim Sum without going to Chinatown. It’s clean and decent enough!
Young's Chinese Kitchen
I’d been living in Queens for 13 years. Thought I’d try this place as I was in the mood for Chinese. I only ordered egg drop Soup and pork fried rice. Glad I only bought the small sized containers. Egg drop was decent but for a Chinese restaurant they should be ashamed they can’t make pork fried rice- absolutely no flavor. Guess this place is out for future ordera
HORRIBLE THEY CHARGE U A DOLLAR FOR DU K SAUCE AND BBQ SAUCE WHEN U HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR SAUCE NEVER AGAIN EVER NASTY ASS FOOD
