Went last night with my boyfriend and was blown away by the quality and taste of the food! So delicious and the best vegetable spring rolls we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back soon.

Lana our server was great! Very courteous & attentive. Food was amazing, very delicious, hot & generous portions. We will be back!

the food was served steaming hot & the flavors were impeccable!! 11/10 rating 🙌🏽

I ordered the garlic flavor whole fish and wonton in chili oil. The service was great. The food was overall good but the fish was a bit too fishy.

James frequently checked on our table, ensuring our drinks were always refilled and asking how everything was. Our food arrived quickly, and he anticipated our needs with great attentiveness.

This is a very over hyped restaurant. The food is average. There is nothing unique about it. It’s standard Chinese food served in a very nice atmosphere on nice dishes and with lovely staff at above average prices. Nothing to draw me back for a return. We had the lunch specials and found the rice poorly cooked as it was overly firm (either under cooked or not kept fresh). The chicken protein was a small portion and had no distinct flavour that correlates to how the dish is described in the menu. Soup was lack lister and should really be reformulated by head office as this was a let down. Spring roll was below average with minimal filling, oily, and oil smelled bad and the filling sauce was watered down (think) and once again lacked depth of flavour.

An excellent little restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and the prices were very fair. They have an amazing lunch special where you can get a plate of food and a side soup for less than $10. It’s hard to find deals like that, especially these days, so if you’re in downtown Syracuse and you want to get lunch, you have to come here!

After I had already ordered and paid for my lunch, I stumbled upon the poor reviews on here and got nervous. I’m glad I stuck around! The lady at the register was very nice and my food was done within a few minutes. The portions were very generous - I got the sesame chicken lunch combo with the plumpest egg roll I’ve ever seen. I will frequent this place more often now.

Why does this waste of space exist? There is plenty of space for new owners to revamp the space and add a buffet. The sad thing is many people order from here because they don't care about decent Chinese food, they just want fat, sugar, salt, and monosodium glutamate MSG.

Tight Space there were 12 people in basically a phone booth waiting to order or to pick up food. This is because they closed their dining room after the Pandemic. They have a whole Banquet Hall I've never saw in Use it's been closed for years and now there's a window you order from. GREAT FOOD though.

Highly recommend. Authentic Chinese food that's very flavorful. We were on a road trip and hit bad traffic from Toronto to Syracuse, so we got there later than expected. They were kind enough to stay open a little bit later for us, so we did not have to rush our meal. Very friendly staff. And best part is they allow BYOB!

We had cumin beef and peppercorn fish here. My partner ate the last bit of the fish and wanted to swim in the soup. The spicy level is authentic and you can tell the chef knows what they are doing with the doneness of the ingredients. Nice portion and friendly service. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent food, very polite and professional staff. I grew up eating at the Ding How that used to be across the road next to Carvels. This has been my only go-to for Chinese food for some years now. The woman and the young people at the counter are very friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and a hello.

My husband and I love the food at this place. Food is consistently fresh and tasty, friendly service.

Just moved to the area and was told this was the best take-out. Compared to other Chinese places, the price was a better value and it tasted fresher. I think I will make this part of my Friday night post-workout ritual. The Sweet and Sour chicken with a side of fries and wings for twenty bucks lasts like two meals, I can bring the extra to work. Very good place. Take-out only.

I thought I knew what good Chinese food was, then I had Ming Hings. Every dish I’ve tried tastes Amazing!!! Always made quick!!! Doesn’t matter if I’m ordering for just myself or my entire family, we always leave with our food in no time. Highly recommend!! Worth every penny. Speaking of, the pricing is always a pleasant surprise!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

First time having food from this restaurant. As a person that doesn't eat meat it had some good options. I had the garlic mushrooms over rice with vegetable spring rolls. The spring rolls were very soggy so I only took one bite. But the rest of the food was pretty good.

Idk why all this people talking bs here about this restaurant I’ve been coming here since I was a kid everyone that really is from here know this place is clean very polite and very good food so ya need to stfu and go find something else to do with ur time since ya want to come here talking bs lies smh

We usually frequent a different Chinese restaurant in the area. We are giving Su Su 5 stars and deciding on frequenting getting take out form the place with how much we were impressed by the service and the quality of food. It is also value for money.

Great food and lots of menu options. Authentic Chinese not just the same generic menu you find at every restaurant. Worth the trip!!

Hello, I’m visiting family here in Syracuse and decided to try out some Thai food from this restaurant. I ordered the Thai spring rolls and Shrimp Pad Thai. The spring rolls were decent. It came with a vinegar/sugar/water dipping sauce. It was different but good. I still requested peanut sauce and the combination of the sauces was good! Now for the pad Thai…it wasn’t very good. It was really sweet, goopy and only 6 shrimp in the entire dish. I had to add extra lemon to cut the sweetness of the sauce and it was still too sweet. I’ve been to Thailand and ate pad Thai there and it still wasn’t as sweet! The customer service was blah. Soon as I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, the one server was kinda surly and told me to “go over there” to pick up my order. I was tempted to just leave based on her attitude alone. While, I get it’s 45 minutes before closing, but between the service and the food, I definitely do not recommend this Thai restaurant…

Super kind staff, with very quick results. Had our food ready to pickup in less time quoted. Fresh and healthy sized servings. Sausage in the fried rice was out of this world. The Thai fried rice was one of the best I’ve ever had and I get TFR in every city and town I visit. Wife’s tofu curry was also full of flavor with the tofu being actually tasty!

Perfect little hole in the wall. So we had ordered from here a few times via DoorDash. Every time everything was perfectly made. When we came to sit down however that’s where it got solidified as a go to every time we are here. Firstly the kimchi is on point. The bean sprouts and seaweed salad are great compliments to the fried rice. Service was very fast and super friendly. The beef fried rice is always flavorful and perfectly made. The fried egg was over medium with the right amount of jelly yolk. The kimchi fried rice: more please. The flavor is rich in a pleasing way and isn’t too strong. Pairs very well with the bean sprouts. This is a go to dinner spot for sure when we have time to sit down and relax. If you’re in the area and have some time sit down and enjoy. Also the Duk-Bok-Ki is fantastic as well.

To-go for Korean food. I came here around 4:30pm. The restaurant is small and wasn’t busy. The parking lot is a bit strange. There are 2 doors to go inside: front and side. I got Dak Kal Bi and Den Jang Chigae. They tasted good, and very spicy. The kimchi I got as side dish is quite small compared to other restaurant I’ve been to. And wish there were more pork in Den Jang Chigae. Price is a bit higher as well. Staff was friendly
