Sumou
Food was good but weird vibe- servers staring at you while you're eating, and talk about being rushed.... We showed up at about 415 after a funeral... Party of 2. We sat down and were quickly greeted and asked for our drinks. The food arrived quickly as well. My mother finished first at which the server came over and took her plate and waited at the table for me to finish 3 pieces of my roll. She took my plate, brought the check and within seconds returned with the change. Great service? .... We placed the tip on the table and continued to chat. Within 3 minutes she returned and took the tip and our drinks??? I paid $60 to be kicked out promptly? Within 5 minutes of finishing my plate.... Won't be back
The food is wonderful ; the servers are all over you the moment you sit down. I particularly don’t like the feeling of being rushed to order a $100 dine in meal. I like a little time to sit and enjoy our meal. Call me crazy , but if want to relax and enjoy your meal. This is not the place for you. IF your in a rush and on a limited dinner break ….. then it’s your go to place for FRESH Sushi.
Panera Bread
I love Panera but I would like to see more detailing in their restaurants decor. They all seem so bland and devoid of attachment to their respective communities. I realize it is in keeping with a minimalist, easy to keep clean approach but it does not motivate customers to stay a while and/ or make it a dining experience.
$51 for 1/2 veggie sandwich, bread bowl, kids mac n cheese and a brownie. Paid over $12 for the baked potato soup and it was like watered down lukewarm cat vomit. Never again.
Gianna's Pizzeria
A Spicy Delight! 😋 I recently had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Fra Diavolo pizza at Gianna's Pizzeria, and it was a flavor explosion! The combination of tender, grilled chicken, tangy marinara sauce, and a hint of heat from red pepper flakes was absolutely perfect. The crust was thin and crispy, providing the perfect base for the delicious toppings. If you're a fan of spicy food, this pizza is a must-try. The heat is balanced perfectly with the other flavors, making it enjoyable for those who can't handle extreme spice. I was so impressed with this pizza that I'll definitely be ordering it again in the future.
Pizza is absolutely delicious, loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. Cooked peppers not raw . Place is super clean, the staff are all very nice . Surprisingly the best dessert , I don’t know what it’s called but it’s cannoli filling in a sweetbread looks like a mini volcano ♥️it was delicious
Gino's Pizza
Always love coming here at Gino's! :) pizza is always fresh out the oven and the staff is always so friendly and respectful! Love them there! Great food and service!
I have now been here three times and all three times the staff was rude. The pizza is pretty good though which I why I returned. But after today, I don’t intend to be back. I am surprised they are rated so highly. There are plenty of other pizzerias available with better service.
Howard's Cafe
The food was decent and the price was reasonable. I ordered a burger with blue cheese and french fries. They don’t use blue cheese crumbles which would be an easy upgrade - they use blue cheese dressing. The burger was cooked exactly the way I asked, but overall, it was nothing special. The french fries were plentiful and good. The salad was lettuce with a thin slice of onion and a thin slice of tomato and croutons. My drink, burger, and fries with side salad was $15.95 – all included. Pretty good deal, but for average food. Service was a bright spot and they seem to have a regular crowd of older gentleman customers. Seats were uncomfortable wooden booths. Don’t know if I just didn’t order the right thing there, but all in all, not worth a trip back. I was expecting a lot more based on all of the 4+ star reviews.
This is a local favorite, little secret. The burgers are absolutely delicious. Cute little carafe of wine or Beer for 3.50 with a meal. Service is top notch, feels like family. Sports bar type tv’s on one side while the dining is separate. You must go! In the Staples shopping center.
The Monster All You Can Eat Seafood & Bar
We made reservations for 6:45 for a party of 5. Our table was ready when we got there. We were waited on by Owen Li, who was super helpful and gracious during our dining experience. This spot is relatively small, so if your party is larger than 5 people, I suggest you book a reservation to guarantee seating. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. FYI, everyone in your party must order the all you can eat buffet if one person in your party wants it. The drinks were tasty too! I would definitely return to dine here again.
What a place! Most of these Cajun boil places use low quality seafood. This is not one of them! Service was good but sometimes slow but the quality and taste of the food is outstanding. The all you can eat is a bargain considering the amount of food one can get as well as the $1 cocktails.
Chicken Place
Please do it order tostadas from them. They only give you six pieces for $5.00. That is a rip off and just insane.
Best chicken I ever eat amazing oh my God it’s very small cute place people just keep telling me a very nice food I just try today love it
EL SALVADOREÑO CHAPIN RESTAURANT
Best El Savodorean restaurant we've tried. Cozy restaurant with great ambience and very friendly service. Everything is definitely made fresh (we had a little wait in between ordering and getting our meal) but absolutely & definitely worth the wait. Every bite was bursting with fresh, savory homemade deliciousness, made with ingredients that taste farm to table. Portions are very generous so we very happy to be able to bring food home. Staff are attentive and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
The pupusas at Salvadoreño Chapin were absolutely delicious! They were cooked to perfection, not greasy at all, and packed with authentic flavors. The friendly staff and lively atmosphere added to the overall experience. Just be prepared for a wait, but rest assured, the delicious pupusas make it all worthwhile.
Joy Wo Chinese Kitchen
Top notch and good quality food. Wish they were open Mondays also.
Joy Wo Chinese Kitchen serves up amazing Chinese food! The flavors are authentic and delicious. It's my go-to spot for tasty dishes and friendly service. If you're a fan of Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-try. Five stars for consistently great food!
Zona Out East Diner
I visited this restaurant with a group of friends during the holidays, and I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of Christmas decorations. The festive atmosphere really embraced the holiday spirit! The food was excellent, and I especially loved that they offer breakfast all day, definitely my favorite part. The service was attentive, with the staff regularly checking on our table to ensure we had everything we needed. I truly enjoyed dining here and highly recommend it. Don't miss out. Enjoy!
First impression, the Diner was decorated adorably for St. Patrick's Day. However, the decorations were hung really low, so you walked through and were hit by, an overwhelming amount of decorations. We were sat with menus immediately, although it took quite a few minutes for our server to arrive for our drink orders. From there, the service was quick and consistent, with our very friendly, funny server. Our dinners came with soup or salad, I opted for the French Onion Soup, which was delicious. My husband chose the Greek salad, which was a very generous portion. For dinner, I had the Lamb shank over orzo, which was tender and delicious. My husband ordered the Teriyaki combination, which he enjoyed. Both dinners were nice portions, worthy of doggy bags. Here is where a star was lost for the review. My husband receives regular discount texts from the Diner. We tried to use a recent 15% off coupon. Upon checkout, it was expired, for around a week. There was absolutely no flexibility with this, which was disappointing from a customer service point of view. Overall food and experience were good.
Japanese Asian Cuisine
That is not a Japanese restaurant. It's far far from it. It's run by Chinese nationals essentially for Chinese takeout but has 7eleven type sushi for us to order. Do not dine in, the service is non existent. I can't believe there used to be a great Japanese restaurant here before this lot took over. If you crave Chinese just drive a bit more on 25 to middle island. There's a hole in the wall Chinese take out place on a strip mall that's better than this abomination
Great food love the decor and service. Just don't shame the seniors and others who simply cannot use chop sticks 😊
China Wok
This place is a disgrace. They charge you an extra $1.50 for “white meat chicken” and then give you 99% breading. Most of my General Tso’s had absolutely zero chicken in it. I don’t even understand how in good conscience you can serve this to a customer. $15 down the drain. Don’t bother calling to let them know, “that’s how they make it” was the response I got. Maybe that is how they make it now, but there was a time when it contained actual meat.
Place is legit I come all the way from Shirley now to get this decent Chinese their chicken and broccoli is in a light brown gravy sauce not like the black soy sauce type over by me. So I come out here for just the Chinese !!! Ha
