Just left there and overall rude encounter! After asking for the name of the manager on duty the guy working refused to give it to me & said he’ll get her for me & walked away while they both stared out the window then went to the back and never returned. Order messed up. I asked fresh none of my food was fresh my fries looked less than a value fry when I upgraded to large! My chicken wrap is old and cold as ice! My royal crispy is old and looks it! It is hard and dry! Whoppers look like it was just thrown together and again not fresh at all nothing was. I’m completely disgusted with the lack of care and quality they put into the food they serve nothing is edible I left photos as well. I mean everything is old and gross. Fries were reheated! This location has completely neglected its duty to satisfy the customer/ consumer. I hope management improves and they find better staff because until then I will not be returning nor will I allow any family or peers to do so.

We have always used this BK, but lately service has been bad and cleanliness has gone to the dogs. I hope the owner gets better managers in there, get them kids off their phones and get people in there who will work as a team.

Came through drive through no hamburgers only fried food so I ordered a #9 plain add cheese told them have an allergy to mayo and I get to the window they all me to pull to the front to wait on fries well word a few minutes then I see 3 workers come out none of them have my food with them instead they're sitting there smoking on a vape pen which I get weed is legal but shouldn't be smoked during work hours and especially in the food industry but that is what it is the one worker comes up to me ask me am I waiting for anything and I said yeah my order from drive-thru and they go well what was your order so I had to tell them and they go oh let me go check they came back out with my food 2 minutes later and said be careful the french fries are hot they just came out which they were they were cold so when I got home and we got our food out of the bag the order was wrong there was mayonnaise on the sandwich that I told him that there was a food allergy too so I basically wasted $30 tonight for dinner and then I tried calling and nobody answers it just rings and rings and rings..

Went there after ordering off the app. They were out of the items we ordered. Then they told me i had to get my refund through the app and they couldn't do anything to help me. The male manager with the long hair didnt even try to make things better. The app can take up to two weeks to return my money. How is the app selling items they dont have???? One of the items was a whopper. Never again.

Coming in the dining room was slow and the floor were dirty as was the state of the restaurant we had about a five or so minute wait before we were helped the cashier was pleasant and probably the only professional person there. We ordered 2 sandwich combos we were left waiting long enough for the folks ordering after us with a much larger order place it and receive it while we were still left waiting and when we finally got our order mine was missing the bacon (on the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger) and when I pulled off the bun to be sure there was a hair in my food. It looked to be a cat hair possible from someone's jacket So all this to say terrible overall I come from food service, if my team allowed any of that we'd all have been fired on the spot

Never been through the drivethru faster than 15 minutes regret coming here every time and this is a “baconater” and “bacon cheese fries”

Im sure I've had McDonald's food thousands of times in my life, and I can say without hesitation that this was the worst fast food I've had anywhere! I ordered my food around 6:30am and there is no way any of it was made the same day. The hash browns were grease soaked( this happens when they are reheated multiple times) and they tasted like they were cooked in old burnt fryer oil. The folded egg had dried out crusted edges( definitely not cooked same day). I'm not a very picky eater. Things can be subpar and I'll usually eat it anyway but this was one of the few times it went straight in the trash. I called the store and talked to the manager about the food quality. Instead of saying anything about checking on the food her employees were serving, she just assured me that it was fresh. Nobody could believe that food to be fresh, so I think she doesn't care at all about the food that is being served to paying customers. I think she should be evaluated by the owner and let go as manager. She did at least offer to remake the order, but that means little to me after you serve me garbage and tell me it's fresh!

We ordered four McDoubles & two small sodas. The burger patties were very dry. The buns were also dry. Observing the employees, they are not anything close to being a well-oiled machine. I do have to say that the girl who waited on us was pleasant. Take a look at the pictures of all the garbage everywhere inside and out. Inside, it was loaded with fruit flies and regular flies. The fruit flies actually came to our table. Upon sitting in our booth, we immediately smelled dirt. It was a very strong smell. That could be black mold because we did not see any dirt anywhere.

So me and my wife order two tuna melts from here along with two 1 1/2 pounds of mild and barbecue wings for dinner for the family . Upon opening the sandwich I took a bite and was about to offer my 2 year old daughter a bite from my sandwich and then noticed a very distinct rotten taste and automatically vomited !!!! Yes you read that correctly, vomited !!! So my wife called them to see if the meal would be refunded and the girl who was working there said she’s going to call her boss and see if the refund is possible …. Long story short we were only refunded for the sandwiches but not the wings . Which is very unprofessional as a business because not only we had to make some thing else to eat along with our wings , but by the time our replacement meal was done the wings were cold . Dinner was ruined ! Be very careful ordering from this store . If digested I could’ve gotten scombroid poisoning and could’ve been fatal ! I’ve never been to a place that serves food and if something is wrong with something on the plate they only refunded the item that had something wrong with it Usually they refund the whole meal . I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here guys if you don’t want food poisoning. So unprofessional as a business !

My family was hungry and every other place was closed on our way through. Thankfully they have late hours. It wasn't fantastic but it was good food and it was hot so it made for a decent meal. Between the 4 of us we rated the pizza at 7/10. If we go back that way on another trip we would likely stop there again.

Wow, I didn't think you could make four different styles of chicken that all taste the same. The "lo-mein" is poorly disguised spaghetti noodles, with no real flavor of lo-mein. Best thing was the giant vegetable egg roll, but that's not saying it was good either (just slightly better than the other options).

The help was extremely nice and knowledgeable The food was not too good but what can you expect from Chinese food that is set out under heat lamps or in heated tubs half the day lol but it's good if you want quick Chinese food without much expectations

Very overpriced for the quality of food. Paid the same as I would at a nice sit down Italian restaurant or something (think Babes) for food that was more akin to what is served in institutions & elderly homes. My child's school lunch, thankfully, is more appealing than what they had. Some examples: mushy tortellini, cold & waxy looking canned carrots, frozen pizza, dried out vegetable lo mein with brown lettuce in it, BBQ spare ribs that were literally black, & many other similar delights. Everything looked dried out, old, mushy, overcooked, or just plain off. There were a few edible things, the sesame chicken wasn't horrible. & the salad bar wasn't bad, surprisingly the veggies were decently fresh. If it was cheaper, then maybe it'd be more acceptable, because you're getting more along the lines of what you paid for (though the remarks would still stand), but it's not. You could get a much nicer dinner at so many other places for the same or even much less. I know there are no more Chinese buffets around, and the nostalgia is nice and all that, but this place is terrible and it needs a overhaul & some outside help because this is not it. & this isn't new either, i had this same experience the last time I went, which was almost 2 years ago. I tried to give it another chance, but it was not worth it. Pretty venue with a lot of potential too, shame.

What can I say that's good about this place? Nothing. Stay away. There are Chinese and American options. The food is not properly kept warm as others have mentioned. Lukewarm by the time you sit down at best. They charge you for coca cola products, but give you Sam's Cola poured from bottles and don't tell you. The machine does not get used at all. This seems to be a common complaint in the reviews. I came here to see if it's a bad as others have said, and it is.

I ordered a quart of shrimp and mixed vegys with brown sauce , not lobster sauce, like with beef and broccoli. It's a sauce, not thin like broth. I had to request mixed Vegys, not just cabbage. When I received my order, it was thin, like soup broth and bland. I couldn't stand eating only an inch or less down. When I called to complain the next day, the woman told me never to come back! I don't intend to. I never do! This time, i ordered only because I was with a large group having lunch. Never again!!

I called and placed an order . I ordered sesame chicken with lo mein and I also ordered beef and broccoli when I got home I realized they charged me for chicken and broccoli so I called them back up because I wanted the item because my mom doesn’t eat chicken. As soon as I walked in, the manager gave me an attitude telling me that her daughter speaks English so I’m the one that got it wrong. Which I know what I ordered so there’s no way I got it wrong. They are very rude at that place Then denied to deliver it to me when it was the mess up to begin with

Honey walnut shrimps and broccoli and beef were amazing chow mein was a little bland and dry spring rolls were soso the service was great and fast too the atmosphere was like any Chinese restaurant

This Panda Express is doing it right! Service was fantastic. The place was super clean and all the food looks and tastes very fresh! And all of the people who worked here were friendly and extremely helpful. Great job, Rome!

The General TSOs Chicken Pizza is my sister’s favorite pizza. I did like the chicken and broccoli special. Everything was hot and flavorful. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the rice is a little pricey for what you get.

You need the General TSO pizza in your life. It's baked to perfection. 10/27/2024 Tried their new Ho Fun dish. Do recommend! Ho fun are boiled wide flat noodles that soak up the sauce they are in. They have a choice of chicken or beef. The chicken was velvety soft. It is delicious but not spicy. I'll try asking next time for some hot chilli peppers to be thrown in our even better, if they could cook in Singapore (curry powder) style. It's a take out place, so no atmosphere other than what you drag in with you 🤣. The service is both polite and patient.
