Been going here for years since highschool. Graduated college and it’s just as good. Great people and the lady in the front is always super nice and kind. Food is awesome as well and I feel prices aren’t bad. If you need a local spot definitely choose Shen weng!

Omg! The best boneless bbq rib tips I’ve had in Rockland! I asked for extra bbq sauce and they up charged me for it and packed it in the bag! I’m very happy about that and it was reasonable ( some cents). Then they packed the extra sauce and condiments in a little ziplock bag, that was a really nice touch that everything wasn’t all over the place and the sauce didn’t spill. They stapled the bag up, and tied it in a plastic bag, ( I ordered through Uber eats) and I appreciated this a lot. All in all great food, and great packaging /customer consideration.

I stopped bywith my daughter this afternoon for lunch. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious. My daughter was already asking when we can return before we even settled the check.

Great first time experience - high quality fish. I will be back! I went in today for the first time after having seen the restaurant for years and was extremely satisfied. I got to catchup with a good friend for lunch, and also enjoyed a very high quality sushi Omakase experience along with the fresh scallop special. Not only was our server Jasmine extremely attentive, the sushi chef was on his game and we got to meet Peter was well who has been running the business for 25 years. Good sushi, fair prices, and a lot of fun. I will definitely be back and bring my sushi loving parents next time they visit too. Looking forward to my next visit.

Simply the best sushi 🍣 ever and the hibachi chefs are the world's best showman. The food is amazing full of flavor and the rt spice and awesome portions. The servers are extremely friendly and the place is extremely clean not to mention the incredible drink list .a must try fir the experience and great food at a reasonable price luv it 5 stars in every way possible.

Found 2 bugs in my food… they kept avoiding my call. Bugs were either in the lomain or crispy beef. They Only called me after I originally posted the review said they issued me a refund and Asked me to take down the post. Waiting to see the refund reflect in my account.

To start. I Walked in greeted the workers & was ignored! I placed a order in advance & was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes - I ended up waiting for 40min I asked the lady at the register about my order she basically didn't care- Until the second time I made a fuss. someone came from the back asked what I ordered turns out it was ready without a label. first time here terrible experience will never come back. I wouldn't support this rude business!!! And the "spicy" food isn't spicy at all🤢🤮

I can’t believe how good the hot & sour soup is. They even add fresh scallions to the soup. It’s the best hot & sour soup ever! The orange chicken was rated 10 and it was kid approved. It was said to be the best Chinese orange chicken in town. They ran out of brown rice though.

Don't buy here their portion is unfair and not worth ur money I paid 13 for jumbo shrimp and French fries check the pic I was so upset

USED TO BE The best Take Out Chinese in Spring Valley. You can call to order ahead but no delivery. They're also very flexible when it comes to dietary restrictions. Update 08/13/24: Stir fried foods have become extremely really oily lately. Please lay off the oil & go back to original recipes from a yr+ ago. Thanks Update 09/25/24: Food is still super oily, so much so that you can see the oil pooling around & on top of sauce. It's seriously unappetizing & nauseating...

The food is delicious. We got drunken noodles, shrimp rolls and chicken satay and everything was delicious. 45 min drive home and it was still hot and fresh. So good and cheaper then other places in the same area! Highly recommend

I’m not sure about some of these reviews because their portions are great and as a chef, the food is flavorful. Highly recommend!!!

Was in Monsey for just a few hours. Need to get quick lunch. Found Kosher Castle. Bought a pastrami sandwich it hit the spot. Amazing, tasty, bread crust cracked, pastrami was warm , perfect. When i come to Monsey again I will definately stop. And as a bonus some Cholent.

While out on an evening walk, my husband and I decided to have a spontaneous date night at Grub, which is in walking distance from our house. The food is amazing, nice variety including Vegan/ Vegetarian options, delicious desserts, and wine. The service is top notch. Our server, Ava was awesome. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!

We stopped by for lunch on our drive to the catskills and it hit the spot. We ordered two large dishes: the fried whole sea bass and beef noodle soup- it didn’t feel heavy at all and the flavors were great. It was actually the perfect size for two. The interior seems renovated and modern, bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking.

TLDR: try the duck salad, pad thai, tom yum, mango sticky rice This family owned restaurant has been around since 2008! The Thai family that runs Thai Garden is so warm and welcoming. As I walked in on a cold winter day, it felt like entering a cozy, warm oasis with beautiful decor. It’s perfect for a cute casual date, a group dinner, or take out! I’m a big fan of the pad Thai, probably one of the most popular Thai dishes in America. I get pad Thai with fried tofu (and add extra squeezes of lime and chili flakes). The fried tofu is cooked perfectly— crispy and hot outside and soft on the inside. It would convert any tofu hater to like tofu! Their tom yum soup is great and they also added another menu option to get tom yum noodle soup. The texture of the rice noodles was perfectly al dente and helped soak up the soupy flavors. The duck salad is a unique dish that I would recommend trying — crispy duck pieces mixed with cashews, red onion, and other vegetables in a sweet, tangy, mildly spicy sauce. My kind of salad! The pad kee mao (drunken noodles) was different than I’ve had at other places— here it was more emphasis on the spicy flavors and didn’t have brown sauce. We tried the mango sticky rice, fried bananas, and deep fried ice cream which were all good! This is a great spot for vegetarians (I think I like the tofu even better than the chicken!). They are also a great takeout spot! You can tell that people picking up their food orders were regulars and happy to see the staff who have been working there for many years. I’m grateful this restaurant has been a place for the local community to eat Thai food and keep coming back again and again!

Always a delicious meal. Service is awesome and a nice pleasant atmosphere. We have been coming here for years.
