Food: 3/5 I got a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and the spicy orange chicken. The food is pretty standard, and the portion size seems to be way smaller. The chow mein was a bit too greasy as well as the orange chicken. Besides that, everything was alright. Service: 3/5 Mediocre service, nothing special. Also, there weren't any tables eat on, unfortunately. Overall Experience: 3/5

Had a great lunch from Panda Express @ Factoria. Organized, friendly, and lots of good portions to choose from. They were very quick with my order which is a plus! Love love love it 😍

We had dinner here on a weekday evening and found the restaurant nearly empty. It was quiet and spacious, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The Sichuan-style food was delicious, and the waitress was very kind, even helping us pack our leftovers. Overall, a great dining experience!

I passed by the store and was drawn in by their $9.99 daily special. I tried the salty fried pork slices, and they were delicious! The servers were also super friendly. I had trouble finding parking, so I called ahead, and they kindly let me know I could park at the Redmond Park and Ride garage, which was just a short walk from the store. Great experience overall

Exactly what I expected in Bellevue, WA. Having just left Taiwan today, I ended up eating here bc a friend likes it. We ordered the steamed fish, a spicy fish, and a-Choi vegetable dish. Everything is good, solid. For the steamed fish ($33-36), I wish they would cut 4x the amount of green onions, ginger if any. The spicy fish ($27 in 2025) is heavily on the five spice (common for Hunan style) and jalapeño, very different. You won’t find much value in Bellevue so you accept it. Overall, 4 star for the food taste and ingredients. Enjoy.

It was a really bad experience. We ordered Shrimp Tofu and Smoked Ham Cauliflower. Shrimp Tofu - All the shrimp we have got are at the bottom left corner. See it yourself. Smoked Ham Cauliflower - the cauliflower had been heavily trimmed, not sure if it was because the veggies were not fresh. It was a treasure hunt game for shrimp and smoked ham. The taste was so so. They probably have changed chef. The waitress was interesting if not rude. I put the order but had to have my husband go and pick it up. I was driving so I just told him what I had ordered. The waitress asked him what he ordered. He said "I forgot, my wife put the order..." She said "I don't know your wife. What's her name?" After they got it, she told him next time he should have the order number ready. How about - "No worries, may I know your wife's name?" "Next time, if you could have the order number that would be great!" Will this sound more professional? I don't know...

The atmosphere is actually decent. I’m not sure about the restroom cause I didn’t go in. The lady who took my order wasn’t necessarily rude, but wasn’t really welcoming at all! When she handed me my change she didn’t throw it at me but kind of placed it on my hand as if she didn’t want to touch my hands. I’m really bummed out cause I really wanted to like the place but save your money and go elsewhere. The fried rice reminds me of mall rice, and the sweet n sour chicken had this horrible weird aftertaste that as soon as I chewed it I spit it back out. I didn’t even try the crab ragoon or the rice I was too afraid, and it’s a bummer cause it smelled so bomb.

I was highly pleased with the food and service. I will most definitely be going back to eat. The Red Door restaurant gets a thumbs up from me.

We ordered Uber eats spent $30.00, ordered beef and broccoli, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, we got rice, 4-5 pieces of orange chicken, size of 2 quarters, was zero beef!!! Just 3 pieces of broccoli no beef at all!!!!! Main thing i wanted, straight trash not worth $5.00 much less $30.00 call back to have fixed!! And no surprise no answer like always! Will never spend $1 there again, also I looked up the owner of panda and calling them tomorrow! I want my money back you can take this trash back! I'm not spending $30 on 3 pieces of broccoli!!!!! Order# 33634764582715392 i want refunded! Don't ever try selling someone just broccoli with out the beef!! Like seriously you serve food, not hard your not a surgeon, the food is literly spooned up and put in the carryout dishes! No way you just happened to accidently do this!! Let me guess you under cooked for the day and ran out? We'll make more cause i work hard for my money unless you guys! So don't want to provide a service you offer? (QUIT)! REAL EASY! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I AM NOT BEING SCAMMED INTO BUYING 3 PIECES OF BROCCOLI WHEN ONLY THING I WANTED IN THE ORDER WAS (BEEF) & (BROCCOLI)! SO WHOEVER MADE MY ORDER QUIT, CAUSE I AM CALLING THE OWNER! NOT THE MANAGER! THE OWNERS! YOU ARE TAKING THIS BACK AND GIVING ME MY MONEY! NOT SELLING ME 3 PIECES OF BROCCOLI, NO BEEF, AND THEN WONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Management in these kinds of restaurants is key and I've witnessed the store manager of this location many times after hours doing extra cleaning and all the other details that may not be achievable during the work day. I witnessed a crew that respects mamgement and is detail-oriented. Well done,

Best Won Ton Pi & Hong Kong Style noodles....great chewy texture. I vacuum seal, freeze and bring back to Japan all the time. Hard to find this kind of wrapper in Japan...they mostly have gyoza wrappers here which is not good for Cantonese Won Ton....it over cooks quick and your left with a soggy blob of Won ton. The cashier/?owner? is All business so you better have your ducks in a row!

Freshly made noodles and wrappers - there were probably over 10 types of noodles and 5+ types of wrappers. The wonton noodles were chewy and bouncy. We bought extra to take home - popped them in the fridge then brought them in our luggage!

Recently went here looking for something in some hot food. Loved this place instantly. Food was good for sure and the staff super polite and helpful. The packaging was also good.

Simply the best service all around. Thank you Stephanie and Carol for making the order possible. You girls and your team were life savers. We called to place a catering order and they were so efficient and nice. Will definitely recommend

Happy Wok is nothing short of excellence. The food is delicious, the service is a star above standard, and it is always ready in 10-15 minutes. There is always someone enjoying a meal from happy wok for good reason. This is my staple and is clearly the best Chinese food in Blacksburg. Whether you are looking for a quick bite on a budget, or simply stuck in a craving that can only be solved with Chinese food, Happy Wok will always leave you Happy.

Had this delivered so I can not comment on the service or atmosphere. But let me tell you about the food! Some of the best Chinese I've had in a long time. The egg rolls were soooooo tasty, had a nice crispy outside and do fresh inside. The portions are huge, each dish we had was very satisfying! I wish I wasn't an out of town visitor... because I'd eat here often

[SPECIAL FREE ICE CREAM EVENT ONGOING!!] The owner is very nice! The food is SOOO awesome. I personally love their pork belly the most, and their spicy dumpling soup is also fantastic. Recently, they have a special event! From what I remember, if your total cost is above $20, you can get a free waffle ice cream. I came from Hong Kong, and I can tell you the bubble waffle is very similar to what I ate when I was young. If you want to try some authentic Chinese food, this is the place to go! It is not too expensive, and the portions are generous—you will definitely get full.

2019-12-11 Update: Rating increased to four stars. The new cashier was friendly and attentive. Tried their spicy pot. Large portion and reasonable price. Unknown if other dishes remained the same as before. 2019-05-13 Update: Rating reduced to three stars. The noodle soup quality has decreased appreciably: Previous spicy soups full of flavors have been changed to clear broths mixed with spoonful chili sauce. Luncheon meat slices become much thinner than before. Free oranges are gone. Price increased by $2 averagely. 2018-09-20 Updated: rating reduced to four-star: the server at the front desk taking orders was indifferent. No greeting, no words and I could not feel any passion from her about their business. A newly opened Chinese noodle restaurant. Had the original beef noodle soup there. The noodle is quite tasty and full of flavor. Beef size and portion are huge. The portion size definitely exceeds the expectation of the inexpensive price (~$8). Overall, this place deserves five stars and I will surely recommend it to my friends. The regular beef rice noodle was okay. Very mild, not spicy. Roasted beef fried noodles are tasty as well but a little too salty. Stay hydrated.

I work around this area and I usually walk by this Chinese restaurant on a daily basis so I decided to finally give it a try. I’m so glad I did! The Pepper Steak Combo is pretty good, plenty of meat, green peppers and onions. It comes with a standard yellow fried rice and an egg roll. It only took 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready. Although the inside needs a bit of spicing up it is still a pretty clean and spacious area to eat in. I really want to mention the owners as well. They’re your local ma and pa, grandma and grandpa that are very kind and patient and always try to get your order right. I would definitely come back again during lunch!

Uniquely designed as if you are sitting in an outdoor Japanese Market...the foods are authentic and plain delicious! The 2nd floor Arcade is a definite plus!

I eat this often while at CMU—it’s my go-to. The mouthwatering chicken is super flavorful with the perfect kick. The lunch boxes are great, with good portions and satisfying taste. Definitely one of the best Sichuan takeout spots around.

This is my most visited restaurant during my college life there. Authentic chinese food and has very good quality. The spicy food is brilliant!!

Took my wife to happy walk for her lunch break. All we ordered was the chicken on a stick some small dumplings and two vegetable egg rolls came to $17. A lady took our order. No one was in there to order for we was the only people in there five minutes later she come back ask us what did we order by this time other people start coming in there they have made their food. We still sitting there waiting now mind you a lunch break is only 30 minutes but this time we was in there for 20 minutes they hadn’t even started our order so lady come back and refund my money And my wife didn’t get to have lunch

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY SERVRE RAW FOOD. I ordered for my work and went in, the place is disgusting, unkept and smells funky.. I ordered for myself the general chicken.. after eating a few bites I noticed the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way!!!!! I called them back and explained the situation and with an attitude they said I would have to drive all the way back to get a new order.. like I mentioned I’m at work I can’t leave.. never eating here again, they should be reported to the health department and shut down! Go to the one on N main if you can!
