The only reason that they are getting a 3 🌟 is because the food is good. The fact that they have given me for large portions when I said small or extra food and charged me more money is ridiculous. 2x's now is unbelievable! We are not talking about a couple of dollars either. So I suggest everyone reads the receipt before you even leave with your food. Then all they want to do is comp you with more food. Sincerely pissed off!

I simply and nicely asked for my chicken to be cooked crispy/well instead it was so soggy and mushy I couldn't even eat it, it was like chunks of breading mush I wouldn't even call it chicken I'm thinking it was probably sitting around for a long time and just warmed up in microwave also the vegetable fried rice was nothing but big nasty vegetables with barely any rice. I had to trash the whole meal and order something else.

Ordered fried shrimp, wasn't cleaned & was cold! Orange chicken, dry with barely any sauce! & then I get yellow rice with egg, not fried rice! Horrible food!! Added the pictures of the feces still in the shrimp!! Every piece!

Our Yummy House take-out order turned out to be an unexpected delight! It was the first time we ordered Chinese takeout since moving to Rochester and Yummy House didn't disappoint us at all. First of all, I was impressed with how quickly Yummy House was able to prepare and deliver our dinner. At 5:38 pm I placed an online delivery order from their website, the est delivery time they provided was 6:32 pm. Which is a reasonable time for delivery. However, I was surprised to receive a call at 6:11 pm informing me that my delivery driver was outside. 33 minutes to prepare and deliver 3 dinners and appetizers! Impressive On to more important things...the food! We ordered 3 dinner combos; Sesame Chicken & B-B-Q Wings with shrimp fried rice, Bar-B-Q Spare Ribs with pork fried rice, and Chicken Teriyaki, Boneless Spare Ribs with pork fried rice, and Crab Rangoons. Everything and I means EVERYTHING was delicious. There was nothing that we did not like. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection, it was all well seasons and tender. The fried rice was very good and flavorful as well. Our favorite was the Crab Rangoons...Yum! We are all very happy with our meal and look forward to trying other Yummy House dishes. P.S. The best part was our order, delivery charge and tip only cost $49. The delicious meal and the speed at which it was delivered were well worth the cost in my opinion.

We ordered the chicken and steak hibachi platter. You definitely get a lot of food for $ 15. The meat was over cooked but seasoned well. The veggies were delicious. The rice was top notch - it was salty and a bit sweet. Was prepared quickly. No complaints - would come again.

Listen I’m a first timer and I was Absolutely Blown away by the Portions of Food .. Quality of Food and The Deliciousness of everything prepared! The Vegetables were just perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce over everything! This Is Our New place to Eat Without a Doubt! Thanks So Much for bringing Great Service and Food to Our Area! We waited 2 hours for our food. It was cold and when we called the only thing they offered was for us to bring the food back and they would replace the order. We paid for delivery cause we didn't want to go out in the cold. Yet still had to go out just to return the food. Got a refund but will take 5 days

Never again. I decided I would try again after ten yrs. We waited 2 hrs for our food and it was cold. Called and complained and they told us to bring the food back and get warm food. No offer to compensate for our inconvenience. All they did was refund our money that is gonna 5 days to get. NEVER AGAIN.

I have ate here twice now and both times my food was ready quick, it tasted great and the lady that helped me both times was nice and accommodating to my requests. I had chow mein fun both times it was delicious and this time tried a steak egg roll which was different but good! They definitely should have a higher rating than 3.9! I have been looking for a go to Chinese restaurant but have not had the best elsewhere but this is definitely it going forward!!

I absolutely love this place. I've been ordering from them since 2012 before I met my wife. Now I live on the other side of town but no CHINESE-AMERICAN cuisine can compare so I drive across town to them. They are so wonderful they even deliver to me still if I ask nicely. DONT MISS OUT ON THE STEAK EGG ROLLS!!!! They have specials too! If you spend $30 they have a $2.49 pint of sesame chicken which is a great snack for later!!
