The Scallions PPancakes, Pork Buns, Beef Buns & Sesame Balls are delicious! Sometimes they will throw a Sesame Ball for free. The prices are affordable. This place is just for take out only. Also the staff are always friendly & helpful! I totally recommend it!

I ordered 2 plates of food and they got one order wrong I ordered online and it’s like they ignored how I wanted my food made they gotta do better or they’ll lose customers and to be honest I never had problems with my orders till now

Inexpensive Chinese food. If this is something you enjoy, China Ocean will not disappoint. Egg rolls are good, and their green beans were great. I had orange chicken, it was good. Service was fast and friendly. There's a lot of places to eat in the downtown underground, and this one is decent enough to eat at more than once. Not impressive enough for five stars, but it is good.

Came by super early before they even opened, they had a couple of items already ready to go. They were super good and fresh you can tell they were just made and not something re heated.
