Family Kitchen is a waste. Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Delivery address was 2 mins away from them, they won't give a $5.00 discount and think it's ok to have customers wait that long and pay in full. I cancelled the order, then they're telling me telling me it's already cooked, they have no idea how to treat customers especially when they fail to deliver on time. Unfortunate.

Ordered the same meals 2 days apart & got 2 different prices . Kept the receipts for both for proof not only that but I called & made an order at 9:59 pm it’s now 11:15 my husband & I are STILL waiting on our food . I even politely called & the lady ensured me the man was already on his way .. we literally live 7 mins away 🙃 UPDATE : food NEVER came . Will not be ordering from here EVER again ! Black people stop giving these mfs y’all money they don’t appreciate the black dollar no way . We keep there bills payed meanwhile they won’t even provide proper Customer service

Broccoli was fresh and crispy but not the chicken . Chicken wing bone was breaking apart and the chicken was yellow inside and had a curry type of taste . Wouldn't order again from here

I got the Sesame chicken w/ their house special fried rice that includes chicken, beef, and shrimp. I was impressed with the taste. The chicken had crunch and enough sauce - which was both sweet and savory. I especially like the fact that the rice doesn’t have any food coloring in it. I will be back to try out more dishes.

This place has the most consistent food around the area, it’s a hit everytime, the staff is very nice, I always call and ask for delivery & the most I’ve ever waited is 30 minutes. I love the delivery person is always sweet & he just seems delighted to serve you. If you had to get one thing at this spot it would definitely have to be their chicken wings, which are ALWAYS crunchy & seasoned nice & or spicy chicken broccoli with white rice. Amazinggggg!

They really stepped up their service and food quality. Better than the one around the corner. Very reasonable pricing and extremely nice people working here.

Ordered the chicken chow mein. The noodles were bland, nothing too memorable. The service, though, was the weird part about the restaurant. I like hole in the wall restaurants, but it just felt dirty. If they cleaned the interior, I think it would create a better experience. The man who took my order also overcharged me.

Chicken still pink inside. Immediately got sick after taking one bite. Called the restaurant and the man said that it was the sauce (garlic sauce) which gave it that color lol. Garlic sauce is dark brown.. and I’ve ordered it before and the sauce has never colored the meat pink before.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. THE DELIVERY MAN SAID DO NOT CALL THEM ANYMORE IF IM NOT GOING TO TIP. FROM THE EXPERIENCE I LIKE TO TASTE THE FOOD FIRST FROM PLACES I NEVER ORDERED WITH BEFORE I TIP. I OPENED MY FOOD AND IT WAS REMADE THE FRIES WERE REALLY BROWN MORE THAN THE PHOTOS AND THE CHICKEN WAS OLD YOU CAN TELL BY THE COLOR OF THE MEAT. IM HAPPY I DID NOT TIP BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GO OUT AND BUY MORE FOOD BECAUSE MY FOOD IS NOT EDIBLE. THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER PAID FOR IN MY LIFE DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ALSO SPENT $24 AND WAS TOLD IT DOES NOT COME WITH A FREE BEVERAGE.

This is a clean neighborhood spot where you’ll always find the locals. It’s on Sutphin Blvd and 97th Ave so parking can be tough if you’re driving. The food is always fresh and tasty.. The owner and workers are all friendly. I stop in when I’m in the neighborhood. There are a couple of new smaller hotels in the area when I’m sure would enjoy it

I go to this place very often. Always delicious food, friendly staff. A little small space to sit inside, but that's not the main thing

Food is usually good but they could work on customer service. My family and I have been ordering from them for years now. Most times, they are pleasant, other times a bit rough, but the prices and food keep us coming back, 🤷🏾‍♀️ . They have really good house special fried rice, we always customize though 😋

Food is decent but the driver is horrible ! He literally harassed my family over a tip ! Personally texted our phones and threatened us over a tip. This is horrible service!!!!!!! Y’all need to do better
