Good food! Chinese don’t fool Chinese!

They’ve got the BEST sweet and sour chicken I've ever had! I get Chinese food pretty often from different restaurants, but theirs just hits different. The ingredients always taste so fresh. It feels like their food is seriously made with love. The hot and sour soup is also my go-to; tastes so comforting. It’s to order unlike other Chinese takeout places, which makes them standout. The owner is super sweet and treats his customers like family. I 100% recommend this place if you're in the area and definitely worth the trip just to try them.

These are not traditional dumplings by any extent or standard, spent $70 and threw out more than half our food. They sauce the dumplings like chicken tenders, we were under the impression the sauces and flavors would be inside the dumpling but they’re just lathered generic frozen dumplings.

Where is the chicken i could hardly eat this i chose general tso instead of sesame thinking itll be more meat but i basically was biting through plastic mostly no chicken at all inside im just asking myself where did the chicken go???

The pork egg roll melted in my mouth it was so good. And the beef fried rice was exquisite. I keep going back. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice people own and work here so you'll get good service. The fried rice is very good here. The menu is typical nyc chinese food. Definitely a bit better than average but not mind blowing.

Great food but prices go up every three months and portions go down friendly and quick used to be fairly priced but you can’t use Covid every three months

a perfect Halal authentic chinese takeaway spot. It's a family run restaurant and the people are too kind and nice. we ordered a big one. Fried rice, Beef szechuan, Beef chili, Low mein, vegetable, seasme chicken, prawn toast, wonton soup. we loved all the items. the portion is HUGE. the large size can easily feed 2/3 person. Price is reasonable. They don't take much time to. prepare food. Would definitely visit again. the place is not parking friendly, we had to spend 20+ minutes to find a spot.

After fatima’s halal kitchen closed not much of halal chinese in queens specifically astoria people started finding this gem after seeing it’s another halal chinese tbh the old fatima’s halal chinese is the best the one in astoria not the jamaica one I still believe this place is a million times better than fatima’s this place asks you only to wait ten minutes and they’ll give you amazing halal chinese food thank god for free delivery because their quick with their delievery service also the the register guy is very chill and very friendly this replaces the old fatima’s that once used to be in queens also their great during ramadan after taraweeh I practically eat here 10 times a month it’s that good and affordable I always recommend lunch and dinner special and they have great drink choices! Been eating here for 3 years never disappoints once!

This is the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I would sacrifice my little brother for a single order of pork fried rice. This restaurant is strong proof of a god. Thank you new king wah for healing my cancer. I love you

See the pictures? There’s a BUG in our food! Food was not good at all!! Some lacked overall taste others were too salty. Chicken with vegetables was just pure salt whereas the lo mein had no salt. Inconsistent. The only thing that was GOOD was the STEAMED dumplings. Just order from Great Wall of China.

We ordered for delivery. I don't like how they provided absolutely no sauces or utensils. Food was absolutely delicious. I've been craving the dry chicken with fried rice. I got some for bae or the beef and broccoli and white rice and he loved it. Been craving this past few days and can't wait to get some again.

Small family run place. They made the dumplings to order and they were small delicate and delicious. Melted in my mouth. Also had a spicy peanut noodle dish that was too much for me to finish but was topped with fresh peanuts and spices and was delicious. This is one of those hidden neighborhood places everyone is looking to discover.

The staff is kind and the place is clean. Generally very busy. However in my last visits I got food poisoning from the food. I hate to say this is it for fast food chinese for me, I missed 4 days of work from the food.

Watery mushroom and chicken... seemed like it was an old returned order that was frozen, then reheated and delivered to me. Did not taste like chicken which was worrying. Egg drop soup was diluted. And just has tiny shreds of egg that float to the top giving it a perception of being more than it really is.

if i could give this place 12 stars out of 10 i would! i placed a delivery order for the wonton soup, wood ear mushroom salad, and beef and pepper noodle soup. everything came fresh and delicious, and way earlier than expected. the noodles had a homemade texture that i really enjoyed. i was feeling super sick, so i asked for more wonton soup broth in exchange for a free promotion item. they were super generous and gave me both! love their service.

In my opinion, this is the highest quality meal you can get in NYC for these prices. I don't live in Astoria anymore but come here almost every time I visit and recommend it to anyone in the area. I've tried most appetizers and all types of soup dumplings and everything has been perfect every time. Super fair prices and always excellent service!
