Ordered the cumin lamb bun and cumin lamb noodles (hot). The bun was good. The noodles were tasty BUT they were skimming on the meat. There was maybe 4 small pieces of meat. When we brought it up, the cashier said that serving was predetermined. So expect mostly noodles, bean sprouts and tofu.

The best Hu La Tang I’ve had! The soup was full of flavor, and the texture was spot on. The restaurant gives you that cozy, traditional vibe. I’ll be back for more! old Luoyang in the city. Can’t wait to try more dishes here!

I've been coming here for a long time ever since 2023, and it has been one of my favorite restaurants that I recommend to everyone. It has a great atmosphere and the servers here especially Bryan are incredibly accommodating! You'll never regret coming here, I love their wine chicken and their osmanthus cake!

🔥 Cheli – An Authentic Taste of Shanghai in Flushing! 🔥 Stepping into Cheli feels like being transported straight to Shanghai—the decor is stunning, and the vibe is just right. But the real showstopper? Their flaming Beggar’s Chicken—literally set on fire right at our table! With a huge and diverse menu, every dish was a masterpiece, both in presentation and flavor. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and we’re already planning our next visit! Don’t leave without trying the Chinese Brush Pastry—it’s as unique as it is tasty! Features: Tofu skin with mixed vegetables Crispy smoke fish. Osmanthus plum juice Song Dynasty Flaming Beggars chicken Black.pepper Beef Ribs Steamed egg and minced crab meat Chinese Brush Patry Jasmine Milk Pudding

While I'm sure there are better reservations of the sort that require a reservation and/or a jacket, outside that echelon, this is the best food in New York City. Bold claim, I know. But when I want to show visitors a shining star of New York cuisine that doesn't necessarily have a reputational wake outside the city, this is where I take them. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but the hand-torn noodles with either lamb or beef are an ideal entry point to the menu.

Fast service with the best hand-pulled noodles I’ve ever had. The flavor of their chili oil can’t be beat. There’s limited seating but strangers seem to sit together and enjoy their food just fine.

I’ve come here multiple times and each time I leave with a full stomach. The fish here is delicious and well seasoned!

Food and service was great. First time here and enjoyed it very much. Wish they had more non spicy options since we were there with kids.

Asian Jewels (敦城海鲜酒楼) is a classic Cantonese dim sum hall with food carts still roaming between tables—fast, loud, and nostalgic. We came on a packed weekend morning and got seated instantly. Within minutes, food was on the table. We had all the staples—shumai, chicken feet, congee, fish balls, shrimp dumplings, milk buns. Everything was solid, nothing mind-blowing, but very true to the old-school experience. Service was efficient, no frills. The space is huge and hectic, but that’s part of the charm. Price is totally reasonable—three people ate well for about $70 with tips. Not the best dim sum in town, but if you want that bustling, cart-pushing vibe without the wait, this spot delivers.

I had heard great things about this place but didn’t expect it to be the best dim sum I’ve ever had. We only tried three dishes, but each one was perfect. I should mention there may be some bias since these are our usual favourites to order, but they were still the best I’ve ever had. They also have cart ladies pushing around the dishes, which is awesome to see since many dim sum spots I go to no longer do this. I can definitely see why this place was Michelin-recommended in the past.

The Mao Xue Wang was the highlight—rich, spicy, and packed with authentic Sichuan flavors. The broth had that perfect numbing heat, and the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. The ambiance was lively, and service was efficient, though it can get quite busy during peak hours. Some dishes, however, didn’t quite match the bold flavors felt a bit lacking in seasoning. Still, the overall quality was great, and the spice level was just right for fans of Sichuan cuisine. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes!

This Sichuan restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The flavors are authentic, bold, and perfectly balanced. Every dish is bursting with the signature spicy and numbing sensation that makes Sichuan cuisine so irresistible, The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for an authentic Sichuan dining experience, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

the braised mushroom and gluten dish we had was way too sweet and oily and needed vinegar to balance both out. the pig ear was very snackable and satisfied my cartilage cravings. i'd originally tried to order one bowl with half and half of each entree, but i'm not sure if they misheard me. they did have an english speaker at the counter which was helpful to me.

This is the second location of Golden Corner. Located inside the Flushing Food Court. They serve Wenzhou cuisine for togo. Plenty of seats inside the food court. Reasonably priced. Food is always good.

The restaurant was very full and the tables were occupied by large families, luckily just when we entered there was a table available :) Unfortunately dim sum cars wouldn't pass by our table :( We had to chase the carts to be able to order something. Otherwise, we wouldn't be able to eat anything. I would say the food is so-so. I've tried Dim Sum in different restaurants and almost all of them taste the same. I would recommend this place only if you come for a casual meeting with family/friends, drinking tea and talking while eating dim sum.

Had Christmas Dinner at New Mulan, it was an amazing experience. The dining hall looks like it was just renovated, it was very nice and clean. The Sashimi Platter was fabulous, fresh, and tasty, same with the Crispy Shrimp with Walnuts. The server we had was attentive. We will definitely come back again! If you are looking for Authentic Chinese food, New Mulan is a must-try!

The tastiest little pan fried pork buns - $8 for 4 pieces. Worth the taste, this is the only thing I had from here; but will certainly try more next time!

I absolutely loved loved loved the pork mooncakes! The outside was crispy and flaky and the inside was flavorful and juicy. While I adore this unique treat, the prices here are very weird and while I personally just had the experience of being slightly miffed over how much the mooncakes were, others have shared many stories about being overcharged.
