China Wok
The food is amazing especially for the price. The cost is low but the portions are large. Everything tastes fresh and cooked to perfection.
Best Chinese food in Orlando, no comparison unless you’re going to a fine dining establishment. General Tso combination platter is my go to but the fried chicken wings are PRESSURE!
New Shanghai Chinese Restaurant
Everything I got was really good! Customer service was really great! The girl taking my order was super sweet. I got the sweet and sour chicken with chicken lo mein and a hot and sour soup. I loved how the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken came on the side. Best chinese take out in the UCF area hands down.
These are our favorite dishes: 1. Orange chicken because it has orange peel, plenty of sauce and broccoli - yummm. 2. Shrimp fried rice. Has a little bit of smokiness flavor 3. Chicken and mixed vegetables. Daughter's favorite. Also, their egg drops and wonton soup are very good too.
China Chef
great local business. always tasty and decently priced. recommend the general tso. teriyaki on a stick is great (comes with 4)
I always do take out. Some days it can be a hit or miss on how well the meat is cooked, but honestly this is the best place in town. I love their shrimp egg foo young. Their fried rice is amazing and they have the best fried spring rolls. If I am ever not satisfied with something, I am positive they will make it right. You just have to let them know.
Fu Hua Chinese Restaurant
Placed a large order for a family gathering. The food was fresh and very delicious. We ordered chicken wings, egg foo young and eggrolls. The house fried rice has lots of meat and my whole family loved it and asked where we got it. We are from New York and it was reminiscent of home. We will be back!
I have been ordering here for years and never been disappointed. I don't know if there is new management or what, but the menu got updated and everything is still fantastic.
He Sheng
Just stopped here to grab lunch and it’s definitely a take out restaurant because there is only space to eat inside for a couple of people. The lunch pricing here is incredible and the lunch portions are big! I ordered my go to of roast pork egg foo young. Theirs had 2 very big and tasty and had the perfect amount of mixed diced carrots and peas and a good amount of roast pork. The gravy was darker than I’m used to but was flavored well with a slight hint of oyster or hoisin sauce. I was pleasantly surprised that their fried rice had not only the same blend of diced carrots and peas but also a good amount of roast pork! I will definitely come here ever time I’m in this part of town and you can’t beat the value and taste for the price!
Amazing food for an amazing price and it fills you up!, there is no dine in at this location but, you can order and walk in.
Andy Nice House Restaurant
I ordered delivery tonight. It came very quickly and I was impressed with that. Few comments: 1) No utensils were provided. Recommend throwing in a chopstick set or two for delivery orders. 2) My shrimp chow fun had the wrong noodles (see pic) and I only ate a couple shrimp before tossing them because they tasted off. 3) Crab ragoon had too much onion (and I normally like lots of onion and garlic in my dishes). 4) The sauce in the eggplant in garlic sauce needs more depth (maybe some oyster sauce?) And cook the eggplant a little longer so it's not so hard).
Delicious sweet & sour chicken! My husband also really enjoyed the boneless spare ribs. Best part was the restaurant being opened past 10pm because that’s when most restaurants are closing in the area. Definitely will be back to try something new!
Taste of Chengdu
This place is the real deal. As someone who eats Chinese food religiously, it is -without exaggeration- one of the best (if not THE best) Sichuanese place I’ve tried outside of China. It executes the tried and true staples at an incredibly high level. The mapo tofu, boiled fish fillet, string beans, and cabbage were phenomenal. Flavors and textures were all 100% authentic and on point. My dad said the twice cooked pork is better than most versions he’s had in China (where he still lives). The value for money is unbeatable. $30 pp will leave you feeling stuffed. Service was also great. Just a note that they have another location that supposedly caters to more “native Chinese” tastes. But from our experience, you really can’t go wrong with either. Can’t wait to come back.
Just visited in Baldwin Park the Sichuan restaurant Taste of Chengdu. The Chinese style food was very unique and flavorful. We had some very delicious dishes. The minced meat suit was phenomenal. Everything seemed very authentic even down to the chefs and waiters.
Peter's Kitchen China Bistro
Was hungry and looking for food in the area and decided to stop by Peter’s kitchen to eat there again cause I hadn’t done so in years. Now they were out of some menu items due to popularity (not surprised tbh) but honestly the quality of the food is still high and every item we ordered was delicious and hot. Their menu is also vast so there’s something for everyone’s taste.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve known Leon since his time at Lu Garden, and he has outdone himself with Peter’s Kitchen! The food is absolutely phenomenal – every dish is packed with unique and unforgettable flavors. The service was top-notch, with a warm and attentive staff that made the entire dining experience even better. Look’s dedication to excellence is evident in every detail. If you’re searching for a place that combines exceptional cuisine with impeccable service, Peter’s Kitchen/Chuan Lu Garden is the perfect choice. Come out to taste truly authentic dishes! Highly recommended!
EverSpring Modern Chinese
It was my first visit and l ordered Crispy Beef and Veggie Potstickers. Cripsy Beef is the signature menu of EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, and as the name suggests, it has a crispy texture and good taste. However, it is a little salty, so it is better to eat it with rice. EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant does not sell beer, but if they did, it would be a good beer snack. Veggie Potstickers are cooked in the Japanese Gyoza style, and it tasted very bland and healthy. I like bland food, so it was great for me, but people who do not like bland food may not like it. At EverSpring Modern Chinese restaurant, you order at the kiosk at the entrance, take the number marked plastic stick bar to the table, and wait, and the robot will bring the food to your table. The interior of the restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good, so i plan to visit again.
Cafe style setting with fresh Chinese food options. The menu is not extensive, has enough variety for the family. Cute robot cart brings plates to you. The food is not salty, yet flavorful. Enjoyed the cucumber salad, shrimp egg rolls, tofu and veg stir fry, hot and sour soup, and chicken and broccoli. The chicken was generous, but could have used more tofu. Service is great, very friendly. Open on Christmas Day, appreciate you guys!
Tan Cang Newport Seafood
Best lobster I have ever ate! The mussels were good too. If you are close to Santa Ana this is a highly recommended restaurant. You shouldn't miss it. There are so many Vietnamese dishes to choose from. Don't miss out on the lobster! It tastes so amazing!
The food was decent overall—flavors were enjoyable, but nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. It’s a good spot for a casual meal, especially if you’re in the mood for seafood. The dishes were presented nicely, and there were a variety of options to choose from. The service could use a little improvement. While the wait staff were efficient, they came across as a bit on the rough side. A warmer and more attentive approach would definitely enhance the overall dining experience. All in all, it’s a fine choice for a simple meal if you’re not expecting anything over the top.
949 Grill Lounge
My son loves their Northeastern cold noodles and lamb skewers! I had their bullfrog and chicken pot; it was spicy but satisfying! Very authentic Northeastern barbecue.
Their bbq were okay, I agree with some review saying their meat were small and mostly were fats. I've had bigger meat with the same price. Their other dish was better. Abalone was worth trying, it tasted really good and super spicy. Mala dish was my favorite, the more I ate the more numbing my mouth got. The service was fine in the beginning but later the servers stopped coming over to check up on us. We requested some items and to go boxes, but no one ever returned. Lol.
Paradise Dynasty
Want Chinese food but going with a group of 2? Paradise Dynasty is it. The first time I came here I got the rainbow XLB, but actually everything else is even better!!! There is nothing bad on the menu. The chef specials seasonal menu if you want to be extra fancy is fantastic. The wonton mala noodles has the perfect amount of mala, where you can still talk to your date without your nose running 🤣. Pan-fried Shanghai rice cakes has a taste will take you back home. Jindu pork ribs(sweet and sour pork) is a dish most people will find comfort in, especially kids. Don't forget to order a garlicky leafy greens! Pea shoots is a great value. It is priced the same as spinach and broccoli on the menu but costs around $5/lbs at the groceries. Shout-out to Hendry, he's always attentive and brings good vibes 💖
I stopped by for lunch and decided to try the signature original Xiao Long Bao chicken served on a bed of flavorful chicken fried rice, paired with a refreshing sake. The dish was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked! The service was attentive and friendly, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The restaurant was impeccably clean, which added to the overall positive impression. I highly recommend this place if you’re at the mall and looking for a quick yet satisfying bite! 😊✨
