I don't understand how the workers get disorganized with the food orders. The customer has to keep an eye 👁 on their food, or it can easily be lost. Mine was just sitting there, and food was passing mine. My teriyaki chicken was almost taken away. The customer was honest and said it wasn't his. There was no apology for making a mistake. Panda, please do better.

The food good but always short on food I had to stay 10 minutes extra because the showmain it's out my break at work was gone just driving get there stayed 20 minutes and hit back to work I had no chance to eat

I’ve been dinning here for years now ! Jenny and her staff are always friendly and kind. Home made Chinese! Try their secret menu! If you know you know ! đŸ€ I got the house chop suey, and a side of teriyaki chicken! Also try their ribs ! A must try.

The staff is nice, the food is great, the restaurant has seating, the prices are affordable, and the place has charm. Grew up eating from here and I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else 🙏

Wow this place at 1 time was fantastic it is completely so bland Chinese we just paid $45 for 2 dishes and some egg rolls the best thing was the egg rolls I can't believe That they actually call the superordered hot and sour there is no taste whatsoever what happened in this place $45 I reiterate $45 for Chinese food like this don't go it's terrible we've been eating herefore 20 years when it was Quick walk this place is seriously a problem just raping everybody for the cause of overinflation there's no way this is not Chinese here's what you do get in your car drive 4 minutes down to Oceanside boulevard and 5 fwy

Friendly fun people. Patient as I was ordering for a group and gathering all the dinner items! The portions are well worth the $64. Spent. Had chicken. Broccoli and shrimp. Potstickers. Fried rice. Liming noodles. Lasted 2-3 meals for 3-4 people. And warmed up great the next day! Can’t ask for more. Next trip to CA I will stop by.

The atmosphere was great and the servers are really friendly. We ate pad thai, pad see ew, tom yum soup, papaya salad and coconut curry. They were all so yummy especially the papaya salad was soooo good and a bit spicy đŸ„”. The only thing we didn’t really like was the tom yum soup. It wasn’t bad but felt like it was too sweet rather than sour. Overall a great place. Love the flower detail in the dishes.

Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday!!! Service was very friendly, received our order quickly, and the food was amazing!!!!

I was so cold from the moist cold nights and dropped in for a hot bowl of pho. I was not disappointed, it was very hot, huge, and full of flank and rare just like I ordered when a great aromatic broth. It hit the spot, and warmed me right up to the core. Perfect! I want to go back to try a ban mi, they looked awesome. Fair price, clean, quick and a nice place to linger 😊

As the world’s foremost reviewer, I approach every experience with a refined palate and an unyielding demand for excellence. This pho restaurant? Unparalleled. The broth is a symphony of depth and clarity, simmered to perfection, each spoonful a crescendo of umami. The noodles are tender yet resilient, embodying the ideal balance. The herbs—vibrant and fresh—elevate the dish, while the thinly sliced meat melts like a dream. Service is swift, attentive, and gracious, reflecting the care evident in every bowl. The ambiance? Inviting yet humble, a perfect stage for this culinary masterpiece. This is not just a meal; it is an immersion into the soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Truly, a destination worthy of my little visti.

Little more expensive than Panda Express but you get more food. Panda has better chow mein in my opinion. If I were to go again I would get the teriyaki chicken, it’s good.

I ordered on the online Door Dash App on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. This is my first time ordering from PanPan Wok Restaurant. I wanted to try out a new Chinese restaurant. I ordered the Combo C. It includes (Kung Pap Chicken, BBQ Pork, Teriyaki Chicken, Rice Noodles & Fried Rice). The price is $14.99. Then I ordered the (4) pack on the Almond Cookies. The price is $1.99. My beverage was the one can of Sprite Soft Drink. The price is $1.99. The subtotal was $18.97. The delivery fee was Free when I spent over $12.00 with a Dash Pass Membership. The service fee was $3.60 but this service fee was reduced to $1.70. The estimated tax was $1.25. The dasher tip was $3.00. The total bill was $21.13. Their prices are inexpensive and PanPan Wok Restaurant served me delicious food.

Surprising! My son was visiting and he seems to always crave GC as he now lives in another state. He says they are different. Better where he lives. I guess we’ll have to check it out. I wasn’t expecting much to begin with, so maybe that’s why I am surprised. Price was still a bargain considering the selection of rather tasty food (it was all pretty good); and, the fact that you can do just what I did, have a bite or two of just about everything before you get full. Then, you can go back for more . . . again. And don’t forget to grab a plate of desserts so you can taste those too. A rather sketchy customer crowd, but it is a buffet. Please don’t forget to leave the table servers a buck or two. They seemed to be putting in a pretty good effort. Dicks

Wanted to grab some FOOD because I was hungry, but undetermined on what to eat. So why not a buffet? I walked in and stood at the register for about 5 minutes before an employee finally noticed that 3 people were waiting. Fun. Then I sat down and the lady that filled my water and took the dirty plates was amazing and awesome! She's the only reason this place is getting a 3 star. The food was just not it. Bland and upsetting. Best thing I had was a Ceasars salad. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Sad Very sad, actually the pot roast was pretty good. Ok Bye

Fried noodles and rice were somewhat mundane, taste like 'been-a-while' there. Nonetheless, all other entrees were amazing ; Sirloin steak, Beijing beef, Brocoli beef, and pepper(?) chicken.

Its a great place as you pass either north or south on I-5, easy on off access, very close to to the off ramps. Manager seemed to be on top of the food quality watching and checking the prepared food, I was happy to see him check the food. Facility was clean.

Literally sent us home with nearly a double portion of something we did not order (appears to be Kung pao chicken, when we ordered Beijing beef). Then charged my husband for half our order, forgetting the other part of our order, and then had to charge again for the remainder. The way they fill orders is so inefficient and makes for these types of mistakes occurring more often. I'm so disappointed. My husband chose no receipt, otherwise I'd have submitted a complaint in the survey. I'll be sure to give poor results next survey code I get so that corporate knows.

First, they didn't have all the offerings that Panda Express normally has and second, the employee was rude and made me feel rushed when I was trying to figure out what I wanted because they didn't have much of a selection. Also, they don't accept your app for discounts and they don't take gift cards. The cashier seemed annoyed when I asked for chili sauce and soy sauce.

We came from AZ to visit and the staff in this restaurant were one of the best things we encountered in California. They were all super nice and offered an excellent service. They made us feel welcome when we mentioned we were visiting from AZ. Thank you guys for your wonderful hospitality and 5-star service. They were all bilingual, which is Great! đŸ‘đŸ» They interact with the clientele with a smile, in both English and Spanish. That is a PLUS!

Went it today and service from the young lady was horrible. 1st. Off I noticed her drying moisture from her head with her hand. She wore a glove but didn't wash her hands after or changed gloves. Saw her serving food then do register. When she asked if she could help me I asked if she could wash her hands. She got upset about it and asked again how can she help me. I again asked if she could wash her hands. She then says something about she doesn't need to because she took her gloves off. So I asked again by now she really pissed about having to wash her hands. She rolls her eyes at me then makes a rude hand gesture. I noticed what looked like a supervisor near by but they didn't intervine. When the young lady returned she tried waiting on another customer instead of me 1st. Just tried ignoring me with more rude service. Not only that but she kept trying to overcharge me. Then she just dumps some condiments in my bag rudely. Never asked what I liked. I Then asked for a extra bag and she throws it on the counter. I told her that wasn't nice but she didn't care. Looked like she started playing with her nose. I have seen before that they don't like to wash hands there. Was there about 1:30 pm.

General manager at this location has great customer service skills. Recommend picking your pizza up in person delivery usually pretty good. They come in a timely manner always have the food hot and ready.

As I was ordering online I realized that dominos prices are no longer competitive. 2$ extra for hand tossed 4$ extra for their new crust. 3$ for a extra topping regardless of what it is. It's kind of anti consumer practice but 7$ for a delivery is also crazy. I'm not tipping at that cost. Basically expensive for okay pizza. Last year it was 2 for 6.99 each now its 7.99 for each with extra cost. I will no longer be a customer here until they improve this.

Arrived at lunch time on a week day. It was packed with a long line of hard working Marines. This location is well managed since the place was spotless and the line moved quickly. My order had freshly prepared food, was hot and delicious.

Service is terrible. They almost always stop making food almost 2 hours before they close, don’t even bother coming anytime close to 7 or 8 all your going to be left with is orange chicken and rice
