Green Garden
I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been consistent. I also love that they will take your order even if it’s close to closing time. They stick true to their hours with delicious food. The Chicken and broccoli flavors always hit the spot, plus the 5 jumbo shrimp - fried to perfection. Pan fried dumplings is a must to try!
very good! Loved it! I got general Taos chicken. The package was heavy which is a good sign. I opened it up and I was so pleased. The chicken is crunchy and big pieces. Broccoli is added for garnish. The rice is great there are chunks of pork and shallot.
Great Wall
They have new owners as of earlier this year & the quality of the food as increased exponentially. They also have a cool drink selection (boba tea, slushes etc)
I Absolutely love this Place when mom and I visit New York a Place I grew up it’s just a Blast from a Past and that has a lot to do with the Comfort Food of Great Wall, I love they’re Chicken and Broccoli definitely recommend putting egg drop soup on the rice it along with the Entree it’s so delicious and there Ribs are the best in Newburgh.
Iron Chef of Newburgh
Love this place, the chef's are awesome and always fun. I have been a little disappointed with the cleanliness lately, I picked up the salt shaker and it was very greasy and dirty last time. I always wonder what the kitchen looks like when it's not clean where we see. Again, the food is always awesome and pretty good value for your money. I think they make the best scallops around.
We went for sushi. 3 roles per person, shared edemame apatizer, and 2 drinks. Bill came close to about $100, not including drink. The food was excellent. Great presentation. We didn't have any trouble getting a seat. Went on a later Sunday evening. The service was very good. I was very impressed with the presentation of the food and the quality. The selections we chose were very scrumptious and well paired. I've had sushi at places where the sauces tasted too sugary (as though it was from some canned syprup) these were perfect with the dishes and tasted fresh. I felt full and satisfied when leaving. In this circumstance, you get what you pay for. It was a little pricy, but the quality of our rolls matched the value of what we paid. I would certainly go back again in the future. Great experience. The parking lot is a little run down, and kind of in a weird area of town. The inside is modern and nice. This place would make a great date night when you're feeling like a special occasion. I'd also like to note, the food came out quickly for us. There were no conflicts. And, bonus, the booth seats had this extremely soft gel in them; I was feeling run down from other work, they were incredibly soft on my sore ends.
The Barile's Planet Pizza
We order from this place at least once a week I prefer to have my pizza with a little crunch to it not doughy when I asked for that yesterday I got very burnt Sicilian pizza for a change when I received it and took it home opened it to find it was burnt to a crisp I also order the wings well done never happens when I can I always tip the delivery person well as I can and if I don’t I pick it or have some pick it up as the case yesterday I don’t know I am so disappointed how could you not know you burnt the pie did you forget it or was it deliberate won’t be ordering that pie anytime soon not from there anyway. I would be embarrassed to serve this.
How do you serve food so horrible? Lived around the street for the longest and always pass by when I go to the dollar store. I finally tried it and this screams disappointment. You have to do better, this is the meatball you are serving people that is worst than high school lunch. When you cut into the meatball, it’s hard and the taste is horrible, not even heat could make it better. For the price, you guys have to provide better food. You’ve definitely lost a perspective customer. I wish the food was as good as the service. The Caesar salad taste disgusting and the pizza is subpar. I don’t recommend.
Seafood Village
If I could give 1/2 a star that would be my rating Went in for dinner was very disappointed. For a sit down dinner they bring our soup in to go container, appetizers given to us in to go container after that we decided to have our entire dinner to go. The microwave is used to much for my liking. They cater to door dash entirely too much. Forgot about sit down customers. Poor service, bad decor ( two deep freezer are out in middle of dining area) They have potential but need to clean up there act. I would avoid the restaurant..
We saw this place and always intended to come in and now regret not coming in sooner. The service was great and very polite. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I love the live plants which gives a fresh homey feel. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and a miso soup. Well, my daughter, who usually doesn't like miso soup, slurped it down quick. Yup, delicious! The chicken teriyaki rice bowl had flavor which was quite unique then other teriyaki bowls I've tasted and I loved that. Well, the hubby and I decided we shall come back soon to try the crab legs and I, for sure, want to come for more of the bubble tea. Have an awesome day!
