The Red Samurai Steak House
10/10/24 delivery via grubhub, deserves zero stars! received probably the worst meal I've ever had from here. Ordered steak & scallops, side order of udon noodles. The scallops were spoiled, the shrimp were not deveined, steak was very fatty, udon noodles had little black things on them & the taste was not normal. The vegetables were not fresh, they were all old looking & tasting. Just terrible meal. Everything went in garbage, No excuse for this at all. Apparently they are no longer a quality restaurant & for the cost the meals should be at least 5 star.... so be warned if you are ordering delivery from this restaurant it will probably be disgusting.
Amazing sushi! They have so many specialty rolls, it is hard to choose just one. I've never had one I didn't like. Service is also very fast and always friendly. A great place for a quick bite with a friend, a date night with your partner, or a birthday party with family and friends.
Michael T's Italian-American Specialties
We just went to this restaurant for our first time last week. Our waiter was fantastic, very nice, and attentive. Our food on other hand was not so great. We ordered long hots that were not hot at all more like a sweet pepper, we also ordered the spicy hot greens. The greens were very very bland and had way too many breadcrumbs in them. For our main course my husband ordered the triple plate which came with three different items including chicken parmesan, ravioli, and a pork choice. I ordered the lasagna. Both plates were very large portions but overall the taste was just mediocre.
Michael T's Italian American restaurant is a nice place to go get a bite when in town. Now the place is always packed- which is good, but the food is just okay especially if you're used to excellent Italian food, which in Providence, we are. I wanted to order the veal parm and I asked server if the veal they used was provimi veal(the best) and she had no idea so that meant I was having chicken parm instead. So for 3 meals (1 chicken parm, 1 small kids cheese pizza and 1 vodka chicken riggie) and a water, lemonade and Shirley temple our bill totaled $57.00. Not bad, but if you're from our of town keep Mr. T's in your rear- view mirror. However, our drinks were for free so that's the plus side of things.
