Jens has been a massapequa tradition for many years but their portions dropped off for me, too many veggies not enough meat!

Food is good but they messed up my order with the stupid stuff 3 times in a row and lost a lifetime customer who orders food in a lot. So stupid it’s scary. When I told them about the third time they forgot my homemade mustard they were un apologetic and offer me a tiny credit while I was eating my food and it was not what I preferred and effected the quality Sorry three strikes and u act like no biggie. I’m done and I hope they don’t do this to all there loyal customers. Found a different place that I’m very happy with and will not be back. So stupid of them.

I’ve been ordering from this place for at least 2 years. The food is decent. But tonight the owner told me to stop calling! I told her I would call back to correct an order and she hung up on me repeatedly telling me I’ve got the wrong number. People are crazy!

Came in at 9 PM for a quick takeout. I ordered a small wonton soup and small white rice. And it wasn't good. The wonton tastes soggy and disgusting, it tastes old and looks old. The chips that come on the side were stale. That is the worst wonton soup I've ever had and I will not be coming back. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Paid $5 for those two times. Hopefully it's not $5 leading to sickness.

Whenever we come back to Long Beach this is the first restaurant we go back to because it's been our comfort food for nearly 20 years. The general tso's chicken and the orange beef are my favorite. Also love the egg drop soup and the hour and sour soup The chow fun is an awesome savory choice. So glad to see the original chef still here!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered Sesame chicken, the chicken was hard it taste like it was old. They barely put any sauce on the chicken. This place use to be good now it horrible!!!!

I ordered the lunch special shrimp in garlic sauce and it was amazing, it came with the choice of soup or soda and I had a sprite as they did not have a vegetarian option in the soup. The price was also great at $6.50, they only take cash and also offer latin american cuisine.

Food was fresh and delicious very spicy made to order.

Best tasting Chinese take out this side of Queens. I wouldn't dine in the restaurant. The place just doesn't have that kind of vibe. But the food is good and I've never had an issue with my take out & delivery orders. Also, ordering off their website is very easy and cost effective vs. the big online delivery giants. If you're looking for a romantic dining experience with ambiance this is not your place. If you want to sit on your couch, watch movies, and stuff your face, you won't be disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised! The food here is priced low and the portion size is large. The quality is good, and they're pretty quick with getting the orders to you. The only complaint I had was with the rice. I've felt their rice is a little dry, but still flavorful. A very small complaint to an overall good experience. Highly recommended if you're in the east meadow area.

Ordered a large honey walnut shrimp barely got a medium’s worth serving. Did some research online kind of normal that they don’t really fill the box. Ordered from this same panda express again but this time all cart and they shorted me on both Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp and a small serving they’re skimpy with their portions, not worth my money. Extremely frustrated that I pay extra and get less. Just for context that photo of only the honey walnut shrimp was the large one they skimped me on.

The lady who served us was absolutely amazing and very kind. She paid great attention to detail and asked the cook to make some fresh items for us, even though they were an hour from closing. She allowed my family to sit in the lobby even though they were close to the drive-through-only time. This was very kind and made my heart swell, as we were still a good ways from our stopping point. I'm sure she got some flack from some of her coworkers. Her kindness alone will make me come back whenever I'm in the area.

We ordered two of their reasonably priced specials to go($7.59 each). I got the orange chicken and the wife ordered honey chicken. Both came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh and tasted good. Dining area was tidy and table tops were clean. Counter person was polite enough. Place wasn't busy. We were the only customers. Only down side, the meal didn't come with free fortune cookies.

They have real deal Chinese food I am from NYC area and it’s a pleasure to get good Chinese food.

This is located inside Roosevelt Field Mall. Most of the food here is soup-related. The Ramen tastes good as well as the soup dumplings. Since it is located in the food court of the mall, there are a lot of seats, however, if you try to eat during peak hours, it gets hard to find an open seat.

Terrible food. I got duck stir-fry ramen, friend got pineapple chicken fried rice. My ramen was $16. The meal was like 90% noodle, and the pieces of duck were 90% cartilage and bone, I attached a picture. My friend's pineapple chicken rice looked and tasted terrible. Please save your money and go to any other place in the food court. The place also has a sign saying "No refund or exchanges", I wonder why ....

Called at 4pm for a delivery order- they told me it would take 45 minutes. After an hour i called to see how much longer it would be- they told me 5 minutes- 15 minutes later i call back and ask where they are, they tell me another 5 minutes- ANOTHER 15 minutes later i call, they tell me "hold on, were going to call our driver..." after ANOTHER 15 minutes the restaurant calls me to tell me they never recieved my order and asked if i still want my food- apparently, according to whoever i spoke to on the phone, when you call the restaurant- your call is answerd by a telephone answering service and that they had never even recieved my order- this place used to be the best chinese food in all of merrick...not so much anymore

Stood in restaurant almost six or seven minutes and apparently was totally invisible. I walked in and there was only one other customer there (Caucasian man(..they totally ignored me. Black people apparently not welcome

The food was great no complaints at all but I ordered twice in person & twice online The service was good. While ordering online They stated there was no more shrimp rolls.. I was surprised but They gave me a egg roll for free with all of my orders. I don’t know if that was apart of the meal but I am thankful for that. If you’re wondering what I ordered It was (Boneless spare rib tips with pork & shrimp fried rice. 10/10 )

Used to be great. The best in Merrick. New management is adding more vegetables and less protein. Ordered a chicken with broccoli, and there were a few pieces of chicken, and mostly mushrooms, carrots, and onions. This restaurant is getting worse by the days.

Discovered this place because it was one of the few restaurants open during the COVID pandemic. It is by far the best local take out Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. If I could give Ming Sing more than 5 stars, I would. Separately, everyone who works here is very polite and professional, not sure what some other reviewers are talking about as far as the service is concerned. It’s located in the island rec parking lot so there’s plenty of parking too which is a plus.
