Best Kitchen Time
I used to love ordering their food and the service was great, but the past three weeks, their other delivery guy is making demands for tips being very rude about it. They raised up the prices on food and delivery charge without informing the customers. I’m just gonna go to another restaurant. It’s not worth the vacation. Their customer service skills is terrible.
First time ordering. Very good, fast and they live up to their name. I recommend.

Beware, non-meat-eaters! I had a taste for Mapo Tofu. And ordered it again from here because I loved it. But for some reason they put meat in it this time. I’m still sick from it two days later. And UberEats has yet to refund my order.
Ordered a large house fried rice & chicken wings, there was a special buy 1 get 1 free and I was kind of nervous to order late because they were about to close but it was well seasoned I would order from them again. I'm glad I gave them a try & would recommend!
Taste of China
My fiancé comes here. Wonderful customer service and friendly neighborhood Chinese. They remember his order and serve food with a smile. Your basic Chinese.
The lady answering the phone was quick and accurate. She was so quick in fact that I thought she missed my order. I think it was her kids working at the counter and they were very pleasant. The food was fast good and it was cheap. What else can you ask for? It had an a rating from the health department
Hai Sun
What a nice experience. I ordered delivery and expected regular veggies in my rice. They gave me a whole vegetable farm! The woman on the phone was so patient and polite, and the delivery man was the same way. This place serves good food at good prices with good attitudes. I don’t know why you wouldn’t go here for your next lunch.
Wednesday I ordered chicken wings, cheese fries with extra cheese and vegetable lo mein. The vegetable Lo mein had metal pieces in it, from what I presume is the wire brush they use to clean. My friend nearly choked on a piece. The cheese fries had two unmelted Kraft single slices and 85% of the fries were dry and cold which I was charged $8.25 for. Everything had to be thrown out just in fear of more metal being in the rest of the meal. Also, I was about 5 blocks away from the store and waited over an hour for the food to arrive. When I called to tell them about the metal in my food the man I spoke to was very rude and said my next lo mein would be free, if I wanted. I won’t be eating from here ever again. I’ve ordered from this place for over ten years…. It was a childhood staple for Chinese food in the neighborhood but the quality has steeply declined in the last four years while the prices have gone up excessively. I will not give them my money ever again. If I could give less than one star I would.

I won’t be ordering from here again. The quality is utterly gross. Had shrimp and broccoli which was extremely goopy and oily. The peas in the rice were not fresh, in fact rock hard as if they were expired frozen peas they didn’t want to throw away. Last thing was the egg roll had no seasoning just bland. I just moved to the area a month ago, as long as I’m in the area they’re blacklisted.
Title: Pricing Discrepancy and Unpleasant Experience I have been a dedicated Google reviewer for New York, and my recent experiences with one of our community's Chinese restaurants have left me with concerns. Despite enjoying their food for over four years, I have discovered a significant pricing issue. While the quality of the food remains OK depending on the dish, I found that this particular restaurant is overpricing its menu items compared to others in the area. For instance, they charge $22 for fried chicken wings which cost between $15 to $18 at all other nearby restaurants. Having developed a good rapport with the staff, I brought this matter to the attention of the person at the counter, expecting a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, my attempt was met with resistance, and shockingly, the race card was played. This incident raises questions about the restaurant's integrity in pricing and its commitment to customer satisfaction. As a reviewer, I believe it's crucial to highlight such experiences to help our community make informed choices. I hope this establishment improves.

NEW Review - Reduced my review after visiting. Restaurant needs a deep clean overhaul. It's shockingly glum and filthy. Not a restaurant I would trust or patronize from walking by. When ordered delivery, food was always delicious and fresh. However, seeing how unsanitary and gloomy the place feels, won't order again. OLD Review - A relative ordered delivery, so can't attest to the condition or smell of restaurant. I had brown fried rice, broccoli, and sauce ($7.50). Delivered quickly and tasted delicious - fresh and nicely flavored.
This spot is a great late night option for dinner in the neighborhood where not a lot stays open past 9pm. It's very quick and quality is standard. My favorite is the general tso tofu, but they have a huge menu and very generous lunch specials too, so you'll find something you'll like. Cash only, but they have an ATM and there's several ATMs in the gas station across the street, at the surrounding restaurants, or bodega on the corner.
