Fast, cheap and delicious Chinese food! CASH ONLY!!! They do have an atm. Got the lunch special: chicken chow mein for $10.

Food was ok price as well for this area but the place is bit dirty and wired people around.

Best soup dumplings I've ever had. This place is better than all of the restaurants I've gone to anywhere and I've eaten a lot of soup dumplings. They are a lot bigger here and have a lot more soup. Incredibly flavorful. The scallion and peanut noodles were delicious too. Steven was an amazing server. Very friendly place. Can't wait to be back and try more things on the menu too

Incredible soup dumplings!! Really enjoyed our dinner here after a quick decision in the area for a late meal. Quick and friendly service. There is also a booth in the restaurant where you can see them rolling out and making the dumplings - nice touch to walk by. Definitely get at least one order of soup dumplings (we went with pork but there were a few different options) and the sautéed green beans were top notch. If you’re in the area, definitely worth the stop in for lunch or dinner.

This is my favorite go to spot , I love how to rice rolls turned out with egg pork and corns. I still want to try something more next time ! Definitely coming back for this

My friend said she was going to take us to buy THE BEST STEAM RICE ROLLS IN NEW YORK, the same vote among her local friends in Brooklyn. So instead of waiting in the car for her to order, I decided to check it out inside. The restaurant itself is pretty clean with limited seatings (2x4=8) since it is mostly for takeouts. Not sure if they provide delivery service but it’s only a phone call away to find out. When I stood by the cashier, I peeked at the kitchen and saw two stone mills, which are used to freshly grind rice batter to make the steam rice rolls daily. So I asked the cashier to take some pictures of the stone mills for me. When I ate the rice rolls at my friend’s house, they did taste full of fresh rice flavor that you can not easily get nowadays. My friend and her family all loved them and they order them very often. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a try, you may come to the same conclusion as my friend, her family and her friends. In my opinion, the rice rolls did taste very authentic and so far are the best I have tried in the US. Two thumbs up!

Egg roll is amazing. Got approximately 4 meals for $35 including tip. Not necessarily cheap, but it’s fair for the amount and quality. Lomein was a bit over cooked but had a good portion of protein. I would skip the fried rice. I think I spent $13 for shrimp fried rice, and it was literally yellow rice with boiled shrimp, maybe a few pieces of chopped white onion. No egg, or any other vegetable… and Im usually the picky eater who complains about too many vegetables… Sesame chicken was pretty good. Tostones are decent for $5. On par with other Chinese spots in the area

Literally everything on the menu is from Costco and sold at a mark up. You know a ling ling product when you taste one if you grew up with it. Nice folks , if you want bland Chinese for white at this is your spot.

The menu has a lot of choices. I picked the breakfast specials #D that is recommended by many people, and I like it. The Singapore fried noodle which is highly recommended did not disappoint me. The egg drop beef chow fun is okay, not as good as the regular beef chow fun. Overall it’s a good Hong Kong style cafe in Brooklyn with many items in the menu that I will try out next time.

There's another piece of sandwich with much less filling. And the meat in the noodles is like limited edition, there are only three tiny pieces. We paid almost 20 for two meals and the portion shrunk a lot, the lemon tea was in regular cup size, now it shrunk to a coffee cup size. I think this is deceitful.

Quick service and large portions! Came for lunch and got the lunch special which is an entree with rice plus soup. Ordered fried wontons because it’s in their name 😂 The AC wasn’t on inside for the majority of our meal and we could feel the sweat dripping down our backs as we ate. Not so fun eating inside on a hot day and still sweating. Regardless, food was your classic American Chinese fare. Yummy and filled the craving we were looking for.

Great location and a nice dining room. Service was great, and the food was amazing. Great price with even better taste. Amazing! (photos are from a takeout order from a second visit!🥰)

I enjoy getting take outs from here. I think the foods are pretty good in general. Usually order orange chicken and hot and sour soup. The general tso chicken was very juicy. The lo mein was ok, a little bit on the salty side.

Rude service from the women at the front. Chicken wings were stale( yellow in color of the fat and meat) rice was dry. Picture attached of the skin to show yellow color of skin and meat.

Hidden gem. Roseli is high quality Cantonese, as good as any in Flushing or Chinatown or Sunset Park. The food is spectacular. Their pork dishes, fish dishes, veggies, tofu, and noodle dishes were all amazing. Perfect amount of flavor, without being heavy or greasy. The crispy noodles were executed with precision. The fried fish was so tender and crazy. The saucy pork chops explodes with savory flavor. The service is top notch. Billy is attentive and cares so much about the food and experience. We feel blessed to find places like this in the neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back for dim sum and watch a game at the bar!

Ordered the General TSOs Chicken with Egg Drop Soup and Spring Rolls. I absolutely loved it. Great meal, atmosphere was quite likely because I was eating closer to late afternoon versus dinner. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

They have the best breakfast specials. I always get the Combo E which is fried noodles and a bowl of congee, and tea or coffee for $7. The congee is packed with meat and flavor and the noodles are tasty as well. The service is very good here and the place is clean. The bathroom is huge and well-kept. I always stop by when I am in the mood for rich and creamy congee. The portions are huge and the staff are nice.

This is a good place for lunch and their breakfast combo seems like a good deal. Pros: The Chicken Steak Rice was the best dish out of everything we ordered. So delicious and filling. All the rice dishes were awesome portions for the price. The beef with Chinese vegetables (just yao choi) was also really good. The beef was super tender. The Beef Chow Fun was also good! Cons: I missed breakfast so I got ham & egg with macaroni alone. The accidentally gave me spam, and the entire thing was super bland. It’s like there was no salt at all. We also ordered the beef stew over rice and when it came, it was all beef tripe with ONE piece of beef.. when we asked they said that it’s mixed with beef tripe and the meat but they didn’t have that much meat that day. Why wouldn’t they let us know that before we ordered?? No utensils or water given to us unless we asked. Not great service.

Second time ordering from this spot and is definitely some of the best Chinese I’ve had in Brooklyn. Everything is really fresh! I ordered the Szechuan bean curd which had a nice heat, the Singapore style rice noodles which was also nice and spicy and a hot and sour soup. I usually judge a spot going off their hot and sour soup because everyone’s is different - this one is the best I’ve had in a minute and our food came really quickly and super hot. This is definitely our new go to we love it!

Best Chinese takeout in the neighborhood- great portions and amazing flavors. You won’t be able to find a Chinese restaurant that gives out as much food per dish as New Chang Hong. They’re truly a gem- 10/10, would recommend
