Great place. The staff speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and are friendly. We ordered two noodle dishes and they were big portions with plenty of toppings. I really like this place, the flavor isn't extremely high in sodium like most places, so I'm a big fan. I'll definitely come back in the future.

The restaurant is like a Hong Kong style cafe. We ordered popcorn chicken, assorted meat Pearl noodle, chicken chop salad, pork chop fried instant noodle and a red bean slush. The popcorn chicken are big pieces of chicken breast. It was very tasty and not dry. The noodles has the Chinese wok taste which is very authentic. The chicken chop salad is good too. You get to pick the dressing you want. I like the red bean slush but I will need a spoon next time to scoop the red bean. The staffs are very friendly. They did not rush use out of the restaurant.

The place had a warm, comfortable fun feel about it, and the service was amazing! I asked the waiter " Whats good?" And he didn't disappoint! I got the scallion beef (delicious) and some of the best soup dumplings I have had in a long time! Pork soup and the crab meat and pork dumplings- DELICIOUS! I plan on coming back very soon. This place is definitely on point!

The first time I tried Mr. Bun was when my sister brought their soup dumplings over to our house last year, and we enjoyed it. We noticed on their menu that they also have fried rice cake. On New Year's Day, my family and I decided to order House Special Fried Rice Cake, Shrimp Udon, Sticky Rice Shumai, and Beef with Scallions. Everything was incredibly tasty. I always have to go to Chinatown to eat Shanghai rice cake, and I am glad to find a Shanghai restaurant that serves them in Brooklyn as well.

A dumpling and noodle shop with some traditional Chinese dishes. Service was very good, prices good and food was average. We had some jellyfish, steamed baos, scallion pancakes( bit dry), fried rice, rice cake with vegetable, tofu. We had some sesame balls for dessert and ( tapioca and black glutinous rice free).

Finally, I have tried out Liu's. Just finished having dinner with my family. Everything was phenomenal, the soup dumplings are to die for. The peanut wontons are amazingly sweet and spicy. The crab hot and sour soup was probably the best hot and sour I've ever had. The noodles with a bit of everything were equally as good. The service was great, you can tell it's family run and they really are committed to their restaurant. Prices are great. I am not sure how anyone could possibly have anything bad to say about this place. We will be back again. Thanks!!

This place is bomb! Never have expected it. I left fully satisfied and full. Amazing flavor from the soy sauce noodles. Congee was great portion despite the bowl size looking small. Everything tasted fresh. Ventilation needs a bit more work but interior was overall very clean. Service was great. Overall can’t wait to dine in again. Nice early breakfast or weekend brunch on a lazy Sunday. Soul food because winter is coming. Hope these guys keep it up 👍

We were extremely disappointed with the restaurant in our neighborhood that we had been so excited about. The food was not up to par with the restaurant in China that we had enjoyed so much. The congee was too watery and left us feeling bloated, and the curry combo was mostly pigs skin with very little of anything else. The only dish that we found satisfying was the stemmed noodles, but they were overpriced. We could easily find a cheaper alternative in our neighborhood. Overall, it was a letdown and we are unsure if we will be returning.

In today’s “culinary world”, many fast and fine dining Chinese restaurants are cutting corners to use pre-prepared food or artificial flavors in their food, so a Cantonese spot is a preferred choice to go, at least they use fresh ingredients and freshly made when ordered. So this spot became our go to when we are in Bensonhurst area. Would love to give more stars because the portion and overall flavor is okay, but they were all too oily. The space is clean and not cluttered, servers were alright. Would return, I guess I will specify less oil to all items next time and see if that would change the outcome.

Came here for Thanksgiving dinner, and we ordered a wide range of dishes that came out tasting pretty good, although it felt like the food was warm instead of hot. My favorite dish was the mayo shrimp with walnuts, and it tasted very good. The fried frogs were a bit disappointing as they were about 80% flour. The staff were friendly and engaging. There weren't a lot of people when we arrived so it's definitely beet to have an early dinner here before the crowd.

The food taste was ok. As like many restaurants, it is on the greasy side. Price wise is on the higher side, the dishes are not that big. The down side is how long it took for each dish to come out. They gave us the chicken first and taste was on the salty side. We waited 10 mins and still no other dishes came out. The chicken was getting cold, so we couldn't wait for the fried rice to come out so we ordered white rice. We finished eating the whole chicken and our white rice, and still our other dishes are not out. We sat there for like another 15 mins before another dish came out and we finished that and sat there for another 15 mins and then again another dish came out. So it's either u let your dishes get cold and wait till they all come out or you eat 1 dish at a time. We had 4 dishes. From getting it there and seated till finished was 1 hr 45 mins. It was a disappointment. The time management needs to improve.

A legit Chinese restaurant. It's loud, boisterous, and alive with activity all the time. The kitchen is staffed with old school Chinese chefs tossing woks on afterburners like nobody's business. The seafood is the star here. Get the lobster with sticky rice, steamed fish, and assorted shellfish stir frywith peas. You will not be disappointed.

Food isn't as good as use to be... been around the neighborhood for 25+ years and would always drop by for Chinese American food... chicken lo mein is bland, and the noodle is different now. general tso... chicken was hard, sauce was too liquidity. And ultimately no fortune cookies... 😢

New owners, the food is not the same anymore it’s gotten bad. I tried it a couple of times and I give up ordering from them. They never send duck sauce or soy sauce .And they boost up their prices.

The food is decent but had a bug in my food once….. The area is quite dirty and is wet everywhere. There are lots of options to choose from.

Classic delicious Cantonese food at affordable prices. You can't beat their lunch special. Update: 🧂 🐟 🐔 🍆 complemented the fried rice = 😋. Must tried! The chef is highly skilled at fried rice. 👍💯 It's not oily, rice are loose not sticking together, not hard / nor wet. Is packed with flavors. Update 2: a couple of time after, the 🧂 🐟 🐔 🍆 is very oily. It's probably not the same chef.

food came out quick but everything was served cold.. we had a total of 9 dishes and it totaled to approximately $500 with no tip included. the food itself was quite flavorless and needed to be sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. there are plenty of other local chinese places that can be supported instead of this one, i would not recommend this place at all

It will be busy with long wait list on weekend morning. Most dishes meet expectation for good dimsum. Good dimsum option if you live locally. Like that they have food cart coming around, but would love to it see more frequently. Chicken feet is a must have. Egg custard bun isn’t the best, would be great if they have the savory-sweet runny filling with strong egg yolk flavor.

Always a solid choice for dinner or dim sum. Good variety of dim sum. They don't do it cart style but have you order from the menu and bring it to you. Good selection of usual items. Dinner choices are varied and tasty. Service is always on point. Definitely worth going to.

Approximately 3 years ago we made a reservations for 6:00 but we didn't get to 45 minutes later. However, yesterday the reservation was for 5pm, we got our seating on time. But the service was too slow. We had placed our orders at approximately 5:30 & the first food didn't show up until 6:45. The soup is chewy. The twin lobsters something is wrong with the claws. Well you know that the lobster has 2 claws and each claw has 1 big and 1 small. Turn out we got 2 big one and approximately 10 little one. The table next to us got a bigger portion of lobsters then our. Our was a round plate with only 1/2 full. The table next door got a huge long plate and it's full of lobsters. They got mostly huge claws. The crabs noodles turn out very little, close to none crabs meats. The fish were small. Some of the food was not edible. We had ordered the clam, never came. So we had reorder it and continued to wait for another 1/2 hour. We told them to check on them, they told us that they forgot to put the order in. The only dish that was good was the jumbo shrimp with Walnut and broccoli.

Chinese new year dinner. Always very yummy fast and huge portions.

Made a reservation, and someone got the table. And I mean as stole and the restaurant didn’t do anything. Restaurant was packed, and I came exactly on time. Service was horrid, they made me wait outside in the cold for a table. It was the late afternoon, so many places were packed. Therefore we had to wait. The floor was nasty, i wonder how the table would be like.. Anyways, disgusting atmosphere, terrible service. Got a table overtime, and food didn’t even taste fresh. Overall, 1 star. Someone please help this restaurant do better.

1. The ROAST DUCK is average & the skin not very crispy, the roast pork (SIU YUK) is ok. 2. If come early, the roast meat over rice comes with free soup. 3. Always see the CHEFs SMOKING in front of restaurant. 4. Even though they have a kitchen, but the menu is LIMITED to mostly toisan cuisine.

This spot used to be takeaway only, but recently added chairs and tables for dine in option. The 20 minutes we were there, the folks working at the meats counter were casually coughing and sneezing, without masks. Pretty good prices for the amount of food. The chicken was slightly under seasoned and slightly overcooked.
