Mailee Chinese Restaurant

I've dined here quite a lot this past year. 100% of my orders have been takeout or delivery. Every single time the food has been FRESH, ON TIME, and nothing has been missing or made incorrectly from my order. This most recent time I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Szechuan Beef & The Peanut Butter Won Tons! The Sweet & Sour Chicken is just basic fried chicken pieces, some white rice, and the sweet & sour sauce w/pineapple, green pepper, onion & tomato. I just love the blend of tangy sauce with the fried chicken and the texture of the rice. It's comforting and tasty. You can't go wrong here. The Szechuan Beef was a bit spicy (it's labeled as such) which is what I wanted; filled with cabbage, onion, broccoli, and peppers along with tender juicy strips of beef in a tangy spicy sauce. It is also served with a side of white rice (You can sub fried rice for an additional charge). My favorite part and the item I look forward to the most here is the Peanut Butter Won Tons! They are crispy, crunchy and filled with a sweet peanut butter filling. It's like dessert. SO GOOD! You get quite a few of them (6-7) for the appetizer. I've tried noodle dishes, egg foo young, and even the BBQ Pork app...everything is great. Love this place. I have NOT dined in yet, but I enjoy takeout Chinese - I usually have food for another day after as well.

The food cost increased and dine in has been closed. The food has no flavor and did not taste good. Overall this place has become a no-go. The place is just slowly moving into the 3 stars for sure. I would not recommend. The chicken lo mein (not good) the pepper steak ( no flavor, bland). Overall disappointment.

Delicious Uzbek restaurant! The owner is incredibly hospitable and the food was absolutely delicious! The tea was perfect on a cold night and the kebabs were fantastic with tender lamb and juicy beef as well as perfect rice and salad. The Uzbek dumplings were out of this world as well. The sauces were amazing and everything is homemade. I highly recommend trying this place out! Go support this lovely family business!

I had a few dishes for to go, the owner and his wife were both extremely hospitable. While I was waiting for my food the owner brought me some freshly brewed Uzbek black tea. It’s loose-leaf black tea that tasted like in my childhood. Food wise - everything is fresh, made with love. Those who at least ones tried Uzbek plov know that it’s very difficult to achieve that perfect result where all the flavors are nicely mixed together and yet rice is not overcooked and super fluffy. This one was just right! Lamb in it was also fantastic! Definitely will go there again and will try other dishes.

Lumpia (egg roll), lechon kawali (deep fried pork belly), bok choy with eggplant braised in a sesame sauce and turon (plantain and jackfruit wrapped egg roll wrapper and deep fried). Really good Filipino "home cooking". Highly recommend. The staff is really friendly too.

Wow - a truly wonderful surprise in Highland! My brother and I stopped by for dinner recently and were blown away by how good this place is. We ordered a phenomenal sizzling fish and pork over rice, both were delicious. The owner is also wonderful and welcoming - it feels like having dinner with family. Whether you live nearby or are just passing through the area, Hapag is really worth stopping by for a special and delicious meal. Apparently they'll also do a special platter style shared dinner if you have a party larger than 5 - hopefully we'll get to try that someday!

I don't understand why they keep over cooking their egg rolls. Nastiest egg rolls ever. They were so over cooked tonight (and the last few times we've gone) that you could break a tooth on them and they had absolutely no pork in them and zero taste. Basically rock hard cabbage. The pork fried rice was good tonight. Won't be going back. Tired of spending so much money- $60+ each time just for food you can barely chew .

Good tasting food. Good price. Option to customize the menu.
