The soup was a delightful surprise—its unique flavor profile was unlike anything we’ve tasted before, and it was a standout dish. General Manager himself, Shivi, truly made the evening memorable. Not only did he deliver impeccable service, but he also took the time to craft a cocktail based on his own special recipe. What impressed me even more was his genuine passion for both the quality of the food and the well-being of his customers. The drink was a refreshing, sugar-free concoction—no syrups, just pure, healthy ingredients. It’s clear that Shivi takes great pride in serving not just great food, but also in promoting healthier choices. If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines great taste, thoughtful service, and a commitment to health-conscious ingredients, I highly recommend giving Vindu Indian Bar & Banquet be given a visit!

We celebrated our son’s second birthday on March 27th 2025 at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager, Shivi, was extremely helpful and well-organized, ensuring everything went smoothly. All our guests appreciated his warm and professional reception. The food was absolutely delicious, and Manger- Shivi guided us in selecting the perfect menu, offering excellent suggestions that enhanced our experience. The other staff members were also very friendly and attentive, making the celebration even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic event, and we are grateful for their exceptional service. I've been a loyal patron of Namaste Flavours for over a decade, and every time I dine or order takeout from this delightful Indian restaurant, it never fails to meet or exceed my expectations. Recently, I had the pleasure of introducing some of my non-Indian friends to this culinary gem, and I'm thrilled to report that they too were utterly impressed and relished all the dishes. We started our culinary journey with an array of appetizers that set the stage for an exceptional meal. The Gobi 65, Goat Sukka, Special Chicken 555, and Baby Corn Manchuria were a burst of flavors. The Gobi 65 offered the perfect balance of spice and crunch, while the Goat Sukka was an aromatic delight. The Special Chicken 555 had a unique blend of spices that had our taste buds dancing, and the Baby Corn Manchuria was a sweet and tangy treat. It was an appetizing beginning that left us eager for more. Our main course choices showcased the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. We savored the creamy indulgence of Malai Kofta, the robust flavors of Kadai Paneer, the fiery kick of Chicken Vindaloo, and the tender succulence of Goat Curry. Paired with the fragrant Kashmiri and garlic naans, every bite was a revelation. To cap off our meal, we indulged in the sweet pleasures of Gulab Jamun and Double ka Meetha. These desserts were the perfect ending to an outstanding meal, with the Gulab Jamun's syrupy sweetness and the Double ka Meetha's comforting warmth. We recently dined at PFchang and I must say, the experience was exceptional. i would like to site an incident where my 3-year-old son accidentally broke a glass. As a parent, I was initially embarrassed and concerned about how the staff would react. However, their response was nothing short of amazing. The management and staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They quickly reassured us that accidents happen, cleaned up the mess promptly, and even made sure my son felt comfortable and safe throughout. Their professionalism and warm attitude turned what could have been an awkward moment into a reminder of how much they care about their guests. The food and ambiance were fantastic, but the way the staff handled this situation truly set them apart. It’s rare to find such compassionate and thoughtful service these days. I wholeheartedly recommend to visit this place and would give them 5 stars for their excellent service and hospitality. We will definitely be returning soon! On a recent weekday evening, we visited this restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated, despite arriving during what is typically a busy time. The atmosphere was relaxed, with a decent crowd for a casual dining experience. Our server, Tim, truly enhanced the experience. He was both personable and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations when asked. We opted for the Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and Vegetable Fried Rice, paired with a Rising Dragon Cocktail—a margarita featuring tequila, pomegranate, lime, agave, and a touch of black lava salt. The cocktail was perfectly balanced and really well made. The food arrived promptly, and the portion sizes were generous. The Vegetable Spring Rolls were crispy and flavorful. The Chang’s Spicy Chicken—while delicious—was a bit sweeter than expected, lacking the "spicy" kick. However, Tim quickly remedied this by bringing us some chili oil and hot sauce, which added the perfect heat. The Vegetable Fried Rice was tasty but leaned slightly on the bland side; a bit more spice or seasoning could have elevated the dish. We finished the meal with a Chocolate Soufflé for dessert, which was a decadent and rich ending to the evening. Overall, the combination of delicious food, a laid-back ambience, and stellar service from Tim made this visit thoroughly enjoyable.

Honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants I have tried in Connecticut. The employees I have encountered with have all been so kind and friendly. Found this place because I was looking for chicken dumplings. This place does not disappoint they are amazing. I tried the soup dumplings and they were good. But the fried chicken dumplings were amazing. They were so good I went back twice in one day just to get another order. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good place to eat. The food taste so fresh, and the service is so quick. I’d make the drive to this place any day for their dumplings!

I went for dinner on a Sunday, and this place was packed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent. The spicy shrimp and the roast duck were amazing, the steam and fried dumplings were good, and I'm definitely going back to try other items on the menu. I think they have wine and some beers, I don't think they had cocktails.

Ordered chicken and broccoli and got slimey pink uncooked pieces of ‘meat’ also ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and there was almost no sauce at all on the broccoli. Everything was so bland. Called and asked about the uncooked chicken and was offered a ‘credit’ (no thank you) but when asked about the broccoli and was told I should’ve asked for extra sauce if I wanted sauce included with the broccoli. I order this dish from other places all the time and have never had to ask for extra sauce in order to sauce to be included when I literally ordered ‘broccoli with garlic sauce’. Excellent. I've been to Green Tea in the past but sadly not in the past few years. I had loved it though & recommended it for lunch last week when I was out with my daughter & my two grown granddaughters. The atmosphere is charming, all the wait staff were friendly & attentive, the menu's selection varied enough for all our tastes & the food, delicious. Everyone loved it. Thank you for maintaining your level of excellence over the years. 🙏

Very efficient service provided by our waiter. He had 10 of us seated, served, and cashed out in roughly 30 mins. The food was very good and no complaints. If I lived in the local area this would be a frequent visit. Thank you
