We waited for 45 mins for a table, which is understandable it was busy and after a Bills game. We ordered our food and it took over 50 mins to get our food. We ordered 40 wings, (10 bbq and 30 mild). The food came to our table and the mild wings had no sauce. They were plain wings. The waitress told us that there was a buttery sauce on them but all we saw was the cooking grease on the bottom of the bowl (see picture). The BBQ ones were decent. The fries were cold, we sent them back and the they replaced them with fresh ones which were good. My sons chicken fingers were mostly breaded crust, very little chicken and dry inside. The waitress never came to check on us once, and left all our dirty plates and napkins on our small table (there was 6 of us). She never came by for more napkins or see if we needed anything. It was busy, but not that busy, and if they are short staffed, that is not our issue especially when we are paying good money for food. I then waited 20mins for our bill. Conclusion…. I would not recommend this place at all. It’s ok at best and the service is terrible. There are way better wing places in Buffalo.

Wings sauce was excellent. The wings themselves were extremely overcooked. Couldn't pull the flats apart by hand.

This place is inhumane and unsanitary. I ordered shrimp with pork fried rice before I ate the shrimp I looked at it. It was literally feces in my shrimp. When I called and asked them nicely for a refund or if I could get a different meal they refused. They told me they don’t clean their food and I would have to deal with it. So I immediately called the health department and contacted the police. When I showed up to their establishment the door was locked. They put up boxes all around their windows and barricaded themselves inside. I could smell them still cooking outside. They did all of this over 19$. So if you care about your health, I would not recommend you to eat here.

General tso chicken white meat. Is that what I have, or is this sweat and sour chicken in a different sauce? I called and was told it's similar but not the same as the chicken used for sweat and sour because they both are white meat. I've ordered white meat for general tso elsewhere, and it was not breaded, so I'm just disappointed and a bit hungry still. I took the breading off a couple of pieces so you can decide if you like may like it.

Ordered a sheet pizza for delivery. It had been awhile since l last ordered from them and was very pleased I did. Pizza was even better than I remembered. I was especially impressed that it was delivered hot and on time during a typical Southtowns snowstorm. Thanks Pappaceno’s!!

Pretty sure General Tso’s chicken should have chicken under the layers of breading and tasty gel. I was looking forward to trying a new place. I’d never go back or recommend. After eating a few chunks I noticed I wasn’t seeing chicken. So I used my fingers to smash open each piece looking for what I ordered and expected. The few pieces that had anything like chicken were no bigger than a peanut M&M. The entire dinner amounted to the equivalent of maybe two chicken wings. Awful. Not much different than KFC chicken mashed potatoe bowl. Under all that greasy breading you will struggle to find any chicken. These days we pay way higher prices to keep up with what places are forced to pay employees. As a result we the consumer get shafted. Just sayin. If I wanted bread I would have made a sandwich.

Updated review. Have tried them a few times in the last year or so. Seems like ownership/staff has changed. Food used to be generally above average for fast food chinese, now it's definitely just average or below. Chicken lo mein had almost no discernible chicken or veggies. The noodles were chopped up, and the chicken and veggies that were provided were unappetizing. The lo mein used to have much better flavor too, now it's just blah. Chicken with garlic sauce also was a favorite, and it's definitely changed. Sauce used to be flavorfull and didn't have that weird gelatenous and oily consistency many places have. Well now is has it. It also had a funny taste to it initially was eventually overpowered by the garlic (I assume). Even the egg rolls seem different. They were above average, and are not very good. Overall the freshness and quality that were once there are gone. I wish I knew where the old owners and staff went.

Food and service for black friday was very good. Atmosphere ...the small ledge at our table was very dusty and hadn't been cleaned in awhile the bathrooms definitely needed attention. Purse ledge in the stall I went into was broken or tilted if it was supposed to be that way I'm not sure? But our server was wonderful and very busy which was understandable. We came up for an apt i had to go to and wanted to stretch our legs and eat quick before driving home and it was a pleasant change of venue.

Phoebe was a very nice waitress and she did great service. The locations was very beautiful but could have more cleanliness. Especially the seats and menu cards. The food was great. Much and delicious. We would have loved the eggplant dish but it was discontinued. Sad but understandable if it was not a fav in this restaurant. Thanks for having us.

I met up with a friend to catch up on a cold day so it was obviously time to order pho. My first time here, I was impressed with the large menu and variety of Asian cuisines offered in this fun and casual spot. They seem to do a large takeout business but have some tables to sit inside and eat as well. The pho was hot and delicious and had plenty of big shrimp that were perfectly cooked. Service was friendly and quick and prices were very reasonable. I am excited to go back and try more.

Honestly a little disappointed. I read all the great reviews and ordered this for delivery through DoorDash. I didn’t really like the chicken pad Thai that much. I may give this place another try and have something different but I’ve had better 🤷🏼‍♀️

Friends came in from the capital district area to experience what this great city of Buffalo has to showcase for chicken wings. Went to six places back to back to back etc... in one day. The atmosphere is great. The staff was amazing. Ordered 10 medium. 10 General Tso’s per the same recommendation from a patron at Gene McCarthy’s. All the wings were cooked great. Juicy. Tender. Crispy. The medium had small amount of parmesan cheese and or garlic. I liked the creativity. The general tso’s were not breaded but battered. Similar to wingnuts. The flavor was amazing. I Wish Chinese places used these sauce. Unreal. I loved the batter texture. Soooo good. Thanks.

I would say don’t come because I don’t want my wait time to increase. Phenom. Wings are perfection with flavor of sauce, crispiness and the right about of seasoning on top. Pizza has a great crust perfect amount of sweet and savory in the sauce

Dinner last night was delicious. We had the hog wings burnt ends and two different smoked wings. Everything was delicious my favorite was the italian smoked wing wow. There is daily specials and I cant wait to go back and try some. The tavern atmosphere is very cool.

First time there but definitely not the last. Food is fantastic but beware Oscar’s Big Lid, it could feed a family of four! Can’t wait to head back for a catfish fish fry and to catch some music.

Picked up dinner on Christmas Day. We ordered on DoorDash pick up option and it was ready at the estimated time. Everything was hot and delicious. Favorites were the steak, pepper and onion as well as general tso’s chicken.

The food quality has gone way down hill. At one time I would go to this place but the food wasn't done fresh at all. As u see it's mostly pepper to hide the taste of crap.. I wouldn't waste ur money I had to throw it away cuz of how it looked and tasted. Definitely won't ever be back. Once I get a bad meal at some place u can forget about it. If u want good this isn't it..

Buffalo’s new gem!!!!!! We loved our experience here. The food was amazing and definitely had that authentic Bangladeshi taste! The service was extraordinary—everyone was so kind and welcoming. My husband and I tried their Bangla Chinese dishes, and we loved them!!!! I look forward to visiting more often and, InnShaaAllah, bringing our families here as well. This is an absolute gem of a restaurant, with the potential to be the next hub for Buffalo’s Bangladeshi community. It’s wonderful to see such a place in our city, and we’re so happy and grateful for this gem of a restaurant! We can’t wait to see it thrive and become a go-to spot for all Bangladeshi food lovers in Buffalo.

Customer service is good but food test was bad . Specially there fried rice and fish .. fried rice test was so bad .. fish was so salty .i tell them to fix it bcz i cant eat .they fix it but i was so watery ..i spent more thn $100. But im disappointed with there food . I go couple of time over there for lunch .every time i saw food color and test was different .. Tai soup test was good …

Hands down best Chinese in town. I've been going for 3 plus years and have never been disappointed. The homemade bean curd is my wife's favorite and the house lo mein is to die for. Still the best.

First time going there. It's a really neat old house turned into a restaurant. Looks like it's been around for quite some time. The service was so nice and they take very good care of you. We had a yellow pike fish fry. Best tasting fish for a fish fry. They also have fresh cut fries. So good.

One of the best fish fries had in a while. They have perch and pike as of today. Very rarely you see that type of fish at a restaurant. Was great food. Sides were home made. A+ old style bar you wouldn't think it would be great food. Definitely recommend.
