Bi Kitchen
My wife and I were visiting Dover Plains when she decided to place a carry out order from this restaurant. As I go in to pick up the order, I see a gentlemen in from of me picking up his order. Once he was done, I approach the counter where I encounter a young girl who just stares at me without uttering a single word. Meanwhile, I am staring back at her expecting some sort of greeting or acknowledgement. When none was forthcoming, I finally say, “I was waiting on you to say something” as she continues to stare at me. I finally say I am here to pick up my order. Once she confirms my order, I ask “are you ok?” She responds “yeah” and gives me the order total. Once she makes my change, she walks back into the kitchen. I understand finding good help is problematic, but basic customer service skills should be a requirement for anyone in a customer facing role. At least it is in my business. Without even taking into account the food, I won’t be going back to this business.
the only complaint i have is that the fried chicken wings are 90% of the time fried too hard . they look like they may have been reheated several times. when i call in to order my food i ask them for my wings not to be cooked too long . on the receipt is the instructions “not well done”. $7.00 for 4 wings is too much money especially if it’s not cooked right
